Yes i convinced my brother to go on HRT (as old school overseas women; there very anti medicine etc), but having seen my life im like go ask your Dr, tell him about these symptoms and ask for e2 replacement. Skip to 13:00 LOL, women have estrogenic fat deposits whilst men more focused on androgens. Ideally for a women you'd want to be on a mix of test/e2/pro and your turning into a Brazilian (fat : muscle ratio). You rarely see it with girls well because boards etc.

This health phase could change everything again, im loving the increase in calories. Maybe if im seeing improvements and sleeping and feeling good, possibly i just go to 300 test and extra calories, milk that for all its got then 450 , then 600 etc real slow constant build phase over 20+ weeks etc

Hams and quads together, split the volume over a few days. Quads still had fatigue from previous workout, killer pump in he glutes.
On leg extensions the limiting factor seems to be reps not weight. Previous session 20 kgs more same amount of burn, any thoughts fellas? I thought the weight drop i would be able to push heaps more.
Go heavier or lighter if the burns the same?
