Would you consider this a cruise period or is this because of the shoulder injury? Looking forward to following your progress bro and hope you get some good news out of the ultrasound.

Yes a cruise period now, I was on a bit of tren ace for a 4 week cut so now its time to get healthy.

EQ is purely for e2 management.
I even look at test and i start aromatising. 100mg is all I can take before e2 going over range, daily injections and low body fat haven't changed that!

I feel I'm pretty in tune with my e2 lvls without needing bloods so will adjust on the fly as the EQ saturates. Then confirm with LCMS e2 test in 8 weeks

Good plan easing into a surplus after the cut while holding 12%BF, smart with the reset before your next push.
. Tracking sleep and bloods will make this phase dialed in perfectly.

Oh yeah Tren Is bloody great lol, 180mgs a week along with the same of Mast and 250mg test.

Only bad side was sleep was average, I didn't sweat to much and the libido is nuts. Also constant PRs day after day.
No mental sides which was great, because Deca sends me crazy.

I should be pretty good once the tren wears off. Sleep hygiene is pretty good overall, just gets hot sometimes with the Mrs thick bed covers. She runs cold I run hot.

Thanks Brother, Had to check the dates 3 times, it feels longer but couldn't of asked for any more. Now its just all about setting myself up for an epic 2026 but tell you what its going on be hard to top 2025 l, feels like I've hit a different level in life and living

Codeine is not over the counter in Australia or NZ anymore coz people kept eating them without extracting the paracetamol or ibuprofen first and soccer mom's were dying in droves 😆

I am doctor monitored and prescribed, he has me booked for bloods in 4 weeks as well as a liver ultrasound. I also had an endoscopy last year and everything is in top shape.

The safety profile of paracetamol is levels of magnitude safer then NSAIDS so ill be blunt here and say you might be coming into this with quite a few biases.

It's always good to hear someone else's point of view so thankyou for that. In saying that we are a long way apart in what we consider safe.

Fair enough bro, sounds like you're all on top of it anyway. It's a drug they have on the shelf at the supermarket so lot's of people think it's benign when it's not that simple.

Started off with a really broken sleep
2.5hrs then awake for 2 then back down for 3.5hrs plus also a mid arvo 45min nap
6.45 hrs total

Family day today , took the kids ice skating and some other shenanigans. Damn I suck on ice lol , great to go do it but won't be going back anything soon.

Afternoon was spent with a dog walk about 4kms and 30mins of soccer.

The GH is phenom, it's so ridiculously overdosed compared to everything else. Ive been on 4ius of some quality gh for months and 3ius of Pheonix Aus GH just blows it away, its not even close. The quality and sheer bang for buck is next level.

I only ride mountain bikes now on trails because the consequences are so high on dirt bikes LOL. Can't afford anymore big crashes.

Do you still ride MX? AUS produces a lot of insanely talented riders. Enduro and Rally too. Toby Price is my hero!

You guys have ice skating down there??? That's hilarious for some reason. Must be so hard keeping ice in the rinks with all that heat and humidity. Is there any hockey down there?

If you want to learn to skate easy bring a folding chair with you next time. Use the chair as a brace for balance and it helps you learn skating technique a lot quicker and easier. Less falling on your ass too LOL

Can you try using it PRN like 'as needed'. If you run an oral this will add to your liver strain and if you use it PRN you may also find it works better as your body will adjust to 1g of it a day every day.

It was such a weird mix of people, bold middle aged men doing twirls and teenagers ha ha. Kids loved it , folding chairs a great idea !!!
I think its 2 ice rinks for 2 million people so not very popular, but grass hockey is huge

Depends where you ride too I guess. I avoid the downhill stuff and stick to the MTB trail systems. Get my hoonery out that way and the crashes arent nearly as bad cuz of the speeds and the bike won't crush you lol. I miss MX tho...I have a KTM 690 Enduro R but I converted it to a supermoto and avoid putting the dirt tires back on so I don't get tempted lol.

Perth is really flat and then you have one set of hills called darling range, so the whole downhill scene is compressed into a small area , really vibrant and healthy group. Just to old to get injured now lol

Yea I feel you bro. Way too much riding on the line now to get seriously banged up and miss a bunch of work. That's why I stay away from tracks and try to not go too crazy. I'm telling you bro the MTB can be a sweet little outlet on the trails. Good for fitness and nice little buzz here and there. Just avoid that downhill session spot cuz that can go pear shaped real quick
 
Yea I feel you bro. Way too much riding on the line now to get seriously banged up and miss a bunch of work. That's why I stay away from tracks and try to not go too crazy. I'm telling you bro the MTB can be a sweet little outlet on the trails. Good for fitness and nice little buzz here and there. Just avoid that downhill session spot cuz that can go pear shaped real quick

Wow that's a beefy looking build. Were you a big DH guy? Did the feeling come back in the quad?

Once you get older trail riding is where it's at. More techy stuff, hit some berms at speed, smaller jumps, way less risk but still good fun and adrenaline here and there.

Eating shit on a drop in sounds like skateboarding a half pipe lol. Well me skateboarding a halfpipe any haha

I was more an enduro rider that couldn't help but do stupid shit, feeling is slowly coming back but if messed me up good, was in bed foe three days recovering

Morning hike in the hills with the family, around 3k. 30 mins of zone 2 cardio on elliptical and a 2k arvo walk with the dogs. Very happy with zone 2 HR, hit 120 after 8 mins and zero drift till the end.

Those HGH mid arvo snoozes are epic, only taking 3iu but has to be equal to 5 or 6. I'm considering lowering the dose will wait and see how the week unfolds.

Back in the gym tomorrow, cant wait need a good weight session.

Going to be very interesting what happens at this higher dose of GH while on trt. Is it possible to get healthy and also get gains 💪 🤔
Better sleep, Less stress, healthy liver, healthy kidneys, nutrient partitioning through GH. Will have to be vigilant in tracking calories Im thinking , but could be possible.

Anadrol kills my appetite, might have to try some Ancillaries to counter it. Can't grow if I dont eat, any thoughts?
I mentally force feed myself. I'm 2MAD and sometimes and not hungry at all for meal # 2 but I go through the motions of prepping it (usually 2 steaks at least) and then I sit down and just eat it and I disregard how I feel or what my stomach is telling me.

Just force it to happen and it will.

You are talking about paracetamol right ?? Did I miss something.? It’s the same thing as acetaminophen/Tylenol. It’s not an antibiotic.It’s a pain reliever for his neck pain he takes at night. It’s toxic to your liver if you take more than 4 grams a day! What’s this about ruining good gut bacteria? Never heard that before @LevButlerov. This is Intersting.
 
Freki I was taking Gh and test I gained! Now I am female so there’s that, lol. If your training and eating for growth it xsn happen. Great for recovery. Food used well. Sleeping better is huge. Recover faster you can gain. All the best with this! 💪🌸

Thanks RRW thats what im thinking good to know your on board , I might have to start looking for a coach if I want to be consistent with this. I was always an easy gainer as a natty but put on a lot of fat as well.

Now that you have leaned out and have a diff body mass balance your prob burning calories much more efficiently! More lean mass better metabolism. So likely to gain less fat. My thoughts
 
I will Lev, still want to prioritise health for now , but wont say no to some gains if available 🤔
health is #1 now for sure :D
