Sleep
Well it finally happened only 5.30hrs sleep last night. So record is 15 days of 7 or more hours sleep, ive never done that in my life.
Reduced sleep was due to staying up late , still felt great all day and also managed a 25min nap.

Weight keeps trending up the increased calories are doing the job.
Tonights dinner, so few chippies for such huge calories, no wonder people get so overweight. Had to skip dressing on the salad to make macro target.
