Yeh shoulder injuries are annoying bro, not like you can do surgery remove attach bla bla.

Unsure if tb500-bpc combo would work though?
Yeah no surgery,

I think it can help with the inflammation side but moreso I need to work on how I perform exercises to eliminate the aggrevation.

Shoulder actually feels pretty good after the recent workout , still really light weights but its progress

I did program it, right shoulder is causing trouble so the whole session was just about light weight & form. I turned the headphones off and could hear all the clicking so finding different elbow or hand positions to mitigate it.
Heaps you can do rotationally at the shoulder too so probably a great opportunity to practice different movement patterns and cues. Nice work on the programming bro.

Yeah for sure please share wookie. I'm doing a couple banded arm walks i seen mountain dog recommend apart from that not much else.
First time ive had trouble with shoulders, have never really appreciated how essential they are and the amount of work they do.

Its made huge difference for me even postural. I even think its helped the overall development muscular wise. All those little ones from rear delt to rhomboid and down to lats

@Freki Try taking the growth hormone at a different time of the day. Have you tried taking it just before bed? Maybe that will help out with the sleep issues.
 
Bro prop does that lol with the tiredness from GH. You need a little combo boost with that prop. Dw i tried 3ml ED for 21mls id know.

You can try 'boosting' a little if that makes sense, Mast/Tren with -TE, mini summer bulk if you want.

cake isn't really an alpha food. @Freki It's more for 8 or 9 year olds. If you're going to eat something like that, you might as well eat something legit.

Bro my q; your achieving alot of upper celing natural limits on the doses your on, which is good. But are you aiming for that? or supernatural gains? good both ways regardless.
Supernatural gains brother. 🤩

Just had a cortisone shot this morning in shoulder. I don't see much point in increasing doses without being able to properly build Back, Chest and Delts.

Have bloods in 2 weeks if markers are back in range we will revisit dosages then, and hopefully shoulder is much improved. 👌

and macros at 3600 hit close to plan so keep that steady and move up if you can.

Loving it , pushed it to far last night ha ha but thats alright will drop back to 3.5, it's quite overdosed so thats more like 5-6 iu. Only thing I don't like is feeling sleepy all day , maybe thats why higher dose gh is so effective you sleep more.

I love the look of this log update. Putting on the pounds slow and steady with good protein too.

Were you doing the 5-6iu before bed and then still sleepy the next day?

Absolutely good for recovery. My experience is limit your nap to 30 mins or just send it and do a full sleep cycle and let it run 1.5-2 hours. Anywhere in between for me and I'm groggy.

That's just your nervous system in a fasted state. Your fight or flight system is still more 'asleep' since it has no food to react to a threat. Not to get all fancy but I know about this because of PTSD and Operator Syndrome and your parasympathetic nervous system (the 'rest' and 'relax' system) is more dominant so when you're exerting yourself the body says nope LOL.

I'd just stay at 3.5iu or lower until your blast. Then for your blast you can go 5+ and see how that feels. You may have to split it up AM and PM but we'll cross the bridge when it comes.
