Giving your log here a follow bro! Fish diet is the way to go. Amazing for organ health.

Low doses are the ticket. Did you notice any increase in e2 related sides with the introduction of the proviron? Do you have bloodwork from both before and after? I'd be curious to see.

My e2 always run a little high but I have no actual estrogen side effects.

My last bloodwork 9/15/25 estrogen was 58. I was on anastrozole only.

when I was on Proviron daily and dropped anastrazole to 0.5mg/wk I noticed no increase in estrogen sides.

Yeah the original baguettes were way better; I felt like the quality went down too. My son got Panera and the bread he didn’t eat was just sitting there right next to me 😆
 
I do 90lbs up a hill at my cottage and question my sanity everytime I do it again...pure torture
There's a photo of a buddy of ours when we had the strongman gym in Gloucester dragging 400kg/880lbs. Heck, I'd do arm over arm with 200+kg/440lbs on a sled

Yeah I try to get the sleds in now when it’s not busy. Usually there’s too many people to do them.

Bruv, that’s a solid push day especially backing it up after boxing. Shoulders cooked and you still showed up, pushed weight, and keeping it tight, that’s discipline. Days like this are what actually build you not the fresh ones. Proud of you for grinding through it king 🤜🏼🤛🏼
