Even if it's 100mg/ml you're a bit over 100mg/week bro even on the 0.15ml days... but no biggie tren is the shit.

What's the first thing you noticed once you started it? Did microdosing help with the night sweats?
I have never done it before - but heard about the night sweats and insomnia. I have had none of those.
First thing I noticed would be 'beer goggles' without the beer. Also after a week or two just a bit more intensity during workouts.

Ok so we have some anecdotal evidence for microdosing helping with night sweats. n=1 but maybe we can keep this going? @LevButlerov

I think this is a great idea, there is a lot of guys interested in it! I have been nerding out and reading research papers on rats and Tren which supports the low/micro dosing idea.
 
micros-dosing Tren A is what I am doing atm (last week of it now - just used it for the 1st 6 weeks of cycle)
I have noticed zero sides (apart from being a bit more horny) and i feel a bit of a recomp which is good.
Were you running deficit calories or in surplus? , Love reading feedback on the lower dose side of Tren.

Dynamite combo! Add injectable l-carnitine and thats the hat trick.
Look up the mechanical pathways on how these three work. Every one playing their part in the same goal but it different ways that all synergise with eachother!!

Carbs before bed always helped me sleep on tren but high glycaemic carbs always made me sweat more especially if i had a decent amount of protein with it. Not sure why this had an effect for me, diet induced thermogenesis maybe? Who knows im jist guessing but the influence was real none the less..
At 200mg im good to go regardless. 250 im flirting then 300mg or more im coming off second best every time lol

That's exactly the dosing that I have to stay around.

And the thermogenic effect of food before bed I bet contributes to it for sure.
 
With work travel now settled down for December it's time to really lock down on my calories and macro's; I have been 90% on good intake but not always easy to hit calorie intake when travelling without consuming crap; with that said food prep has been done for this week and back to prepping on weekend.

Trying to keep it simple, but going to give cream Rice and Protein a hit this weekend @Allupfromhere taking the idea from your posts lol

Breakfast - High protein Oats
1st Snack - Chiboni Protein yoghurt
Lunch - 300g Rump, Jasmin rice 125g, Chiboni Yoghurt
2nd Snack - Carmens Protein muesli bar
Dinner - 300g Rump, Jasmin rice 125g, 100g Sweet potato
3rd snack - Protein shake - mixed berries

Blood tests attached, I do this every 4-weeks without fail.

All looks good BUT HDL, bombed badly
Plat count outside of range, reading 521 range (150-400)
E2 Slightly high, but had not taken it for 4-days, so will move Aromasin to E3D
hsCRP elevated but currently on medication due to ear and throat infection (flu)

I have dropped all PEDS with the exception of Test P & GH; This Saturday Test P drops to 100mg per week and will Pic 3 days a week, will be nice to be pinning everyday - Bottom of post shows current protocol - Will remain on Reta ongoing, won't be dropping this.

I can see AB's easily now, I can also see that I have been able to hold and slightly gain some muscle throughout this, But now I am looking forward to aiming for size on my next Cycle in Jan, will be planning cycle with the legend @stevesmi in our next session

Going to try and post daily to keep myself honest and on track.

Feeling a lot better with ears and throat clearing up, Antibiotics will be finished by Friday but overall good.

I am going to microdose Tren A 10mg daily for the next few weeks starting this weekend.

So I think I found the magic combo and timing that seems to put me out like a light and give me a good sleep rating and recover, same combo twice now has worked

CBD Oil - 60 mins out from sleep
3IU GH - taken very last second before lights out
I didn't toss and turn whilst trying to fall asleep, I was just out.

Tuesday is in-door soccer, no gym or treadmill session, but I tried to get my step count up in-between meetings and managed to hit 9k steps without including soccer so I am happy with that, today aim is 10k steps as I hit the gym tonight

I didn't hit my intake calorie mark, ate 3 white bread sandwiches with honey before soccer as I was rushing from getting home and heading to soccer and brain went pacman mode just to eat, so a little bit of a let down on my discipline on good foods.

Maybe discussion somewhere in this log, but I’ll ask anyway… work travel - how do you normally deal with nutrition on road? I travel regularly (every two weeks). Try to prep as much as I can but sometimes tricky.

Chipping away at it lol, can be hard but looking at your physic you are absolutely smashing it!

I try to make it as easy as possible for myself when I’m travelling for work, I always book accommodation close to a Woolworths or Coles and an Anytime Fitness.
As soon as I arrive, I stock up on everything I need to hit my targets; Depending on the facilities E.G cook top where I am staying, I will often grab some Muscle Chef meals as well.

I usually buy enough of the below for the whole trip:

YoPro High Protein yoghurts
Carman’s protein muesli bars
Muscle Chef meals
Microwave Muscle Nation oats

Most of the time I am also doing client breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, When that’s the case, I will usually aim for a protein & greens option.

Not always easy, so if the meal isn’t ideal I will just eat smaller portion and make up the rest later.

It’s too easy to blow out macros and calories on the road and during client visits, so I just try to stay flexible and make the best choice available.

Will have back over 200 as of today, aiming for 300 daily but trying to figure out low GI carbs from Saturday with Tren so need to rethink my total calorie intake to match carbs needed.

Sounds very similar to my approach and yes, client entertainment is the killer! Especially when they are expecting a boozing session!
 
What do you think of the below, slight deficit at around the 2600-2700 calories? or is this too carb heavy

60-70g fat
On tren I would go with 300 grams of carbs to start, dont worry carbs will play well with tren @G-Merc 80
 
Lol as an ex drinker I try to avoid it and usually bring along one of my staff who is a seasoned drinker to kick on with them

Another bloody good sleep on the CBD/GH combo! even slept in which doesn't happen lol

2nd weight session on the PPL bridge program, I went too light on the weights last night which the RPE tells me, so will escalate in the next sessions.

Weighed in last night and came in at 93.3kg, officially the lightest i have been since 2014! I am feeling much more comfortable in my own skin, I have a loose skin fold from the weight loss which I am proud of as stupid as that sounds, it's like an achievement badge for me; all of this gives my confidence going into a lean bulk. (will be making @stevesmi Carb bars this weekend, look bloody good)

Getting a better balance of carbs v protein in leading up to Saturday kick of for Tran A by the legend @StoryOfTheProphet ! mate thank you for your support and sponsorship, I am going to treat this like a science experiment with more detailed body comp pics, food and weights, call it the OCD part of my brain to validate Risk v Reward lol - I will need to shave the rug on my stomach now, thanks @Allupfromhere re the lighting piece advice, on order.

I need to buy new clothes but keep thinking I am going to end up fat again so don't waste my money lol

Chipping away at it lol, can be hard but looking at your physic you are absolutely smashing it!

I try to make it as easy as possible for myself when I’m travelling for work, I always book accommodation close to a Woolworths or Coles and an Anytime Fitness.
As soon as I arrive, I stock up on everything I need to hit my targets; Depending on the facilities E.G cook top where I am staying, I will often grab some Muscle Chef meals as well.

I usually buy enough of the below for the whole trip:

YoPro High Protein yoghurts
Carman’s protein muesli bars
Muscle Chef meals
Microwave Muscle Nation oats

Most of the time I am also doing client breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, When that’s the case, I will usually aim for a protein & greens option.

Not always easy, so if the meal isn’t ideal I will just eat smaller portion and make up the rest later.

It’s too easy to blow out macros and calories on the road and during client visits, so I just try to stay flexible and make the best choice available.

2nd weight session on the PPL bridge program, I went too light on the weights last night which the RPE tells me, so will escalate in the next sessions.

Weighed in last night and came in at 93.3kg, officially the lightest i have been since 2014! I am feeling much more comfortable in my own skin, I have a loose skin fold from the weight loss which I am proud of as stupid as that sounds, it's like an achievement badge for me; all of this gives my confidence going into a lean bulk. (will be making @stevesmi Carb bars this weekend, look bloody good)

macros tight at 209 protein but bump up protein and carbs as tren starts imo a lot more on the carbs
 
So I think I found the magic combo and timing that seems to put me out like a light and give me a good sleep rating and recover, same combo twice now has worked

CBD Oil - 60 mins out from sleep
3IU GH - taken very last second before lights out
I didn't toss and turn whilst trying to fall asleep, I was just out.

Tuesday is in-door soccer, no gym or treadmill session, but I tried to get my step count up in-between meetings and managed to hit 9k steps without including soccer so I am happy with that, today aim is 10k steps as I hit the gym tonight

I didn't hit my intake calorie mark, ate 3 white bread sandwiches with honey before soccer as I was rushing from getting home and heading to soccer and brain went pacman mode just to eat, so a little bit of a let down on my discipline on good foods.

If something is available as subQ I always recommend that vs oral. The bioavailability is superior as it doesn’t have to pass through digestion.

SLU-PP332 was initially designed as an oral but now that it’s available as an injectable you’ll get more efficacy that route.

Having said that there’s more data on oral at the moment vs injectable. Orals come in 250mcg and 1mg. Are you able to try it 3 times a day vs one bolus dose? What dose are your orals?

If something is available as subQ I always recommend that vs oral. The bioavailability is superior as it doesn’t have to pass through digestion.

SLU-PP332 was initially designed as an oral but now that it’s available as an injectable you’ll get more efficacy that route.

Having said that there’s more data on oral at the moment vs injectable. Orals come in 250mcg and 1mg. Are you able to try it 3 times a day vs one bolus dose? What dose are your orals?
This is one peptide I haven't given a try yet, if i can fit it in I wnt to give it a run

Thanks Brother, I have found with each PED i have used and layered over this period my mind has become more peaceful and focused which i found odd reading alot of negative mental health effects, and given my disposition to anxiety/ocd/Depression I have been hyper aware, So I hope I am also a good responder to Tren (Fingers crossed as it seems like a game chager, but think going smaller daily injections might avoid the mental)

I was using Valiums when the restless legs and insomnia kicked in, restless legs went out the window with Test E being introduce, but sleep was still painful, but GH/CBD together knocks me out solid.
 
So I think I found the magic combo and timing that seems to put me out like a light and give me a good sleep rating and recover, same combo twice now has worked

CBD Oil - 60 mins out from sleep
3IU GH - taken very last second before lights out
I didn't toss and turn whilst trying to fall asleep, I was just out.

thanks @ventureboy, its only been a short period of time and still titrating up on the CBD as directed by the GP but with the combo of GH and CBD together I actually go to sleep without waking up thorughout the night, I haven't had that in a very long time.

I take CBD an hour before lights out with the intention of sleep, then GH 30 mins out; by the time i close everything down and put my head down I easily fall to sleep without struggling, wake up feeling great which I reckon comes down to not waking up multiple times throughout the night, I have tried so many different combination of things and this has worked really well for me, I will look at the ratio for you this afternoon on the CBD.

I will be logging everything Tren related from tomorrow onwards, physical and mental.
 
Decided to give a 24-hour fasting a go after reading through a few logs and benefit of it, wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be but found that I did get pretty dizzy at one point and a little short fused; but once I got passed that I think I could have gone to the 48-hour mark. Not sure I will try it whilst on Tren from tomorrow.

Broken fast with a skim coffee at lunch today (addicted to coffee and wanted one bad)

Something I have noticed and I am sure it is a combo of things, I am getting DOMs; higher volume and possibly because I have dropped all PEDs with the exception of Test P, not that I mind it as it tells me I am working hard I guess lol

Thursday is Cardio day, hit 8k steps, still under my goal and working towards 12k steps daily but also pumped out 1 hour on the treadmill steep incline fasted with GH, noticed my left hip is tight, (I broke my pelvis in multiple places when I was younger so I do get so grief from it) again only noticing now after dropping things from cycle, so will now look into stretching and Yoga as suggest by @stevesmi which I wish I had done when we first spoke about it, but live and learn right.

Total Calories and Macros - cut off at 12pm to start a 24-hour fast

Fats: 96 ( this was a egg and bacon pita wrap - plain nothing else added to it)

2nd weight session on the PPL bridge program, I went too light on the weights last night which the RPE tells me, so will escalate in the next sessions.

Weighed in last night and came in at 93.3kg, officially the lightest i have been since 2014! I am feeling much more comfortable in my own skin, I have a loose skin fold from the weight loss which I am proud of as stupid as that sounds, it's like an achievement badge for me; all of this gives my confidence going into a lean bulk. (will be making @stevesmi Carb bars this weekend, look bloody good)

Getting a better balance of carbs v protein in leading up to Saturday kick of for Tran A by the legend @StoryOfTheProphet ! mate thank you for your support and sponsorship, I am going to treat this like a science experiment with more detailed body comp pics, food and weights, call it the OCD part of my brain to validate Risk v Reward lol - I will need to shave the rug on my stomach now, thanks @Allupfromhere re the lighting piece advice, on order.

So the CBD is 10mg THC and 10mg CBD per ML, I take 1 ML per evening

Truthfully speaking sometimes as im the biggest fan of ppl i think on evo lol its all i run, i split it up one week heavy lower reps the next super lite or moderate/lite higher reps just to pump as much blood into the muscles as possible, its almost like a hybrid as i only train 3 days a week with 4 days off, strength week then volume week, i switch that pretty frequently just depends on what my aim and goals are.
