It converts around half the rate of testosterone but it still converts so it will work alongside testosterone and up the e2 plus its fast acting shorter ester thus providing possible help in a shorter time frame. Yeah it sucked bad lol.

Checkin with Gainsman went well
Everything stays as is for now Including Calories . Ped doses will increase once shoulder has improved.

Currently shoulder is travelling at 100% on Pull exercises.
Push exercises still behind probably at about 70%

Did tweak both Shoulders earlier in the week from shot putting the kids into the pool repeatedly. No fun 😕

I was supposed to do a built in grill outside with a sink and fridge then after the kitchen was finished we realised we didn't need it.
I couldn't imagine working put of a tiny kitchen nowadays
in the USA that is important. a home without a nice kitchen will not sell. same with bathrooms. we are spoiled in modern times

I have a messed up wrist so I can't do a push up anymore but I started using dumbells for deficit push ups and bro that lights my chest up.

Yeah just a warmup, probably dont need it as i spent 20mins doing shoulder activation exercises. I can give deficits a go next time

Tris were Proper cooked after all the weighted bench dips, no one does them anymore, always found they burn the tris up just right.

Lol!! I'm actually gonna say that too her next time

The Tren has been great for my weight and my look. I'm up about 6lbs in a week and walk around like I'm pumped all day LOL.

Performance wise there's been no change yet, but I'm still low dosing it. I think today might be the day in the gym where I feel the big difference. Been pinning everyday now for 3 days and I got some good rest yesterday.

We are getting weaker, just wasn't use to it. But yeah its been over 35c 95f for a while now . Still haven't seen a 40+ day yet , normally start around Christmas
