Can't disagree with all those recommendations bro! Bang on there.Well its been another productive week in the gym...Shoulders and Quads were stand out sessions this week with weight increasing on my 2 main compound lifts being dumbbell Shoulder Press and the Squat Machine...I'm going to reiterate how much of a game changer knee sleeves are, if you don't own any id buy some yesterday, protect your knees and increase those lifts
I've introduced daily injections of L carnitine in the am, ill be honest though I feel like I'm chasing my tail trying to have fresh injection sites...I guess its because I split my oil injections into every day...somethings got to give haha will ride this out for the next 3 weeks as this phase draws to an end before I go on holidays at the end of December for 2 weeks...Will be NO training, thousands of steps and lots of delicious food
My log will continue into 2026 and beyond...Its actually been such a great addition to my training...great way to hold myself accountable, track progress, make friends and get behind some mates, push each other along and have a laugh...good little push when you cant be bothered going to the gym but you've committed to an updateThat's my second recommendation for this post, START A LOG TODAY

Shout out to the man who’s made these gains possible @Core Pharma
My brother!!!! I’ve been way to quiet lately, but busy everywhere elseIt's a lovely day when I get an update from my Aussie bro! Love when you bless us with a log update for a change LOL!
Pendulum squat is the GOAT. Bro you figuring all the best shit for those legs at the same time. First the wraps and now the pendulum. You're quads are gonna blow up and your knees are gonna feel so much better. It's on!
Don't forget to get us to final cycle progress pics
Ya bro your legs will thank you long term. I can only manage 1 squat session a week now and even then my knees are crying for a day or two after..My brother!!!! I’ve been way to quiet lately, but busy everywhere else
You’re not wrong, it took my so long to figure this outhonestly my knee pain was starting to be present daily after legs and now absolutely nothing I’m loving it!!
Will def get the wife to help me get some pics this weekend in the gym

I actually failed getting them up the first time, I’m able to only bounce one up…my wife tried to help but it didn’t work out….while I was recouping for another crack she told me the bloke behind was laughing when I failedDamn bro that's a killer shoulder sesh! NPP power haha.
Jesus how do you even get 50kg dumbbells up there to shoulder press? Did you have some help?
Interesting session where you smash the shit outta your shoulders and then hit a little bit of bi and tri at the end. Is there a reason you do that or just trying to get some extra arm volume?
I just seen the 50kg db press and was like ooof injury incoming...You smashed that shoulder day

Bro nothing in you is weak...cmon. that's crazy talk.I actually failed getting them up the first time, I’m able to only bounce one up…my wife tried to help but it didn’t work out….while I was recouping for another crack she told me the bloke behind was laughing when I failed
Took a couple of deep breaths grabbed the 5pkg dumbbells and with her help was able to get the left one up then banged out the reps
Yeah bro arms are a weak point, tbh hasn’t worked out though…always fatigued when I get to them…will need their own dedicated workout for bi’s and tri’s going forward
I appreciate you saying that brother, so I’ll rephrase…I’d like to grow my arms a little moreBro nothing in you is weak...cmon. that's crazy talk.
Was the guy behind you Samson Dauda cuz who would laugh at that. Getting them up there is literally half the battle and you'd have to be one hell of a weapon to get 50kgs up alone.
That's sick that you two pulled it off and then you banged out so many reps too
You have to quote him or he wont knowI just seen the 50kg db press and was like ooof injury incoming...
Then i realised whos log this was hahaha

Haha that makes more sense bro. You're hurting the feeling of the little guys like me when you talk about yourself being small LOLI appreciate you saying that brother, so I’ll rephrase…I’d like to grow my arms a little more
He probably wasn’t, but my Mrs knew that it would get me ready for the 2nd attempt
Felt really good, it’s a shame the cycle is coming to an end cause everything is still moving up but I’m heading overseas for a couple weeks and it’s kinda time
Haha that makes more sense bro. You're hurting the feeling of the little guys like me when you talk about yourself being small LOL
Nice move my the Mrs!! Kinda makes you wonder how else she's "motivating" you in life LOL. They're all so good and getting us to do what they want. Must be an evolutionary thing so women could survive lol.
I felt the same way when my cycle came to an end too. I added the NPP on the last 8 weeks and my lifts were still climbing steady too. I'm definitely planning a future cycle where I start with NPP and let it roll and see how far it can take me. We live and learn I guess. Atleast you got a great reason to stop. Overseas for the holidays sounds really nice
you're going to run just sustanon hgh and reta now?Started the week with a decent Quad Workout, always feels like a job well done when you smack your legs on a Monday
PED update - NPP was removed last week and my last EQ injection was Sunday. Sustanon dose has been reduced to 500mg per week and I’ll run that until the 27th of December when I head away, will commence my cruise upon my return. HGH remains the same, but Reta has been removed, I want the full use of my appetite while I’m away to enjoy the time with my wife

Merry XmasI hope everyone’s had a great Christmas spending time with their loved ones
Will be very quiet from me for the next couple weeks while I head away with the wife
When I’m back my cruise will begin with some much needed tidying up after way too much food and very minimal training
Hope everyone has a great new year and let’s smash our goals in 2026
