Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

Mix some whey protein in with your greek yogurt brother! Easy way to increase protein intake and it's delicious. Don't forget to include a hinging movement of some description in your leg days if possible!

@zucchini get raw coconut Yogurt myself. They have different flavors as well, but I like the plain one. It tastes just like regular yogurt, but no dairy and no junk.

The food looks fantastic. I don't mind a little bit of yogurt. It's good though that they don't add any sugar to it. @zucchini

That's a pretty good carb meal for dinner. I like it. Mixing the carbs and protein in the same meal is smart. @zucchini
Oh yeah, these "healthy choice" brand name frozen meals are okay. around 33 carbs and 28 protein in this. I think this is good to have on hand especially when I don't want to eat anything I had cooked or don't feel like cooking.

I love yogurt. Back home we have 100% pure, full fat one and I just love it, tastes so much better than anything here. But yes, this greek yogurt I get is healthy and good too. I tried the plain greek one it wasn't that delicious for me.

Thanks both. Lev has asked me to dial up the reps and lower down the weight. it does get hard after 16th rep and 2nd set usually, good solid pump thou and workouts have been simpler since.

yes that raw one is the one to get. for me i go with raw plain coconut yogurt since i do not tolerate dairy

there are worse options but its not idea. you want to food prep that is very important. do it 2x a week

I'm VERY sure you'll have a very hard time with cravings and hunger if we just drop off retatrutide cold turkey, very bad to do that. Reta is a minimum 24 week plan @zucchini please get a bottle asap

Don't mix semaglutide with retatrutide, it's not a good mix for you @zucchini you need to get more than 1 bottle of retatrutide so you dont run out

To be quiet honest, I cannot tell the difference. I really think Reta in general hasn't done anything but to keep me alert and that's about it. I still feel hungry when it's time. can I prolonged my fasted time on reta, sure I can.
But if I compare it to Semaglutide, that was more of a well I am just not even hungry thing. and If I even had food to eat, I would eat a lil and then feel like I don't want to eat.

I think I need to understand more what Reta does to be able to know what should I notice if anything.

Yesterday, all the food I had was what I shared here, nothing else.
Weight is at 91.20kg as of today.

I brought lunch with me today, 325grams of chicken breast, 6 chicken wings (frozen) all air fried. + a pack of frozen fettucine chicken pasta. I plan on dunking the chicken I made in it. Total nutrition profile with this would be:
Protein = 135 grams
Carbs = 47 grams
Fat = 45 grams

I will go to the gym AFTER work today, will hit a 30 mins cardio and then a leg day then maybe some 15 ish mins cardio more. Let's see.

Seated calves raises: 3x15 70lbs
Standing calves ext: 3x21 70lbs

Leg Press: 4x20 270lbs
Leg Extensions: 4x20 110lb

Post treadmill: 10 mins 1 incline 3 speed

Came home and had only the 6 chicken wings. will have the remainder of the food later.

interesting, that just means we need a higher dose, please get a new vial of retatrutide, we should go for the normal 3-5 mgs/week dose and see how you do.

We got around 10kg to go to be is super grappling shape and 5 to go to look so much better. Lets keep grinding.

I was hoping I'd get paid before Christmas but its actually gonna be end of them month so vial will have to wait

Sorry, I don't know what you mean by past switch, but I cooked beef yesterday, ate that with Keto tortilla and then some chicken at night.

Don't feel hungry today. My sickness was gone, I guess that was from the extreme cold of -27 F we got. However, I am a bit sluggish today. ++ it's 1st day back to work after christmas long weekend.
I will train arms today and eat once home.
 
Arms Monday:

Warmup Cardio: 20 mins treadmill 3 speed 5 incline

Biceps:
Standing Dumbbell curls: 2x20 27.5lbs dumbbells 2x20 25lbs dumbbells
Incline dumbbell curls: 3x20 20lbs dumbbells
Machine Preacher curls: 3x25 70lbs on the machine

Triceps:
One arm overhead ext: 3x20 15lbs dumbbell 1x20 17.5lb dumbbell each side
Tricep pushdowns: 3x25 110lbs
High pully tricep cable ext: 3x25 110lbs

Wrist curls superset with rev wrist curls: 3x15 20lbs on the fat bar
 
Just came home and had some skin on chicken thigh, half a breast and the wing. it tasted good but only about 700 calories. Hungry a bit.
Already emailed Nordic for another reta.

Progress picture time (This is at 90.8kgs) I couldn't pose that well esp on the back but oh well:

I think we can see more clarity, better muscle frame as well. So I guess what reta did was it made me leaner without actually making me lose fat? maybe more muscle retention and made my body use more of the far for energy??? I am still confused but I do see a difference!



P.S. Should I pin that last 1mg of Semaglutide I have or not right now?

Good size on you, you have some serious mass :D @zucchini and retatrutide can make you leaner as a recomp muscle gains fat loss.
There is clearly a difference.

And you should NOT pin the last semaglutide, it's not something to just pin and stop.
You need to get more retatrutide asap and budget it into your monthly spending.

Ahh I see what you mean, that day i didn't eat past nausea, I guess I ate till that point lol
I tried so hard to go up to 25 reps each exercise, but just lacked energy, some were partials on the biceps.

Thanks man and yes, for sure. Will make sure I keep money for it every month from now on. let's have this one arrive and then go from there. I will keep the semaglutide safe for now.

Hey mate, looking good in these photos. You look like you have a really good structure for getting massive.

I went back and had a look at your photos from around June and it looks like you've made some good progress. Gained muscle and lost fat.

Yeah man, if you go back to January of 25, huge difference. in total I have lost 28kgs so far, Had a bunch of muscle before too but it was all fat on. so now it's cleaned up and I have gained more muscle too I can see and feel it. We still working!!!

good pre cardio :D but the leg press you need to do 25 reps even lower the weight if you need to you dont need 360 on it.

I'll recalibrate it next week.
