Oh damn!! I never had the idea to add whey, that's a solid plan! I'll try.Mix some whey protein in with your greek yogurt brother! Easy way to increase protein intake and it's delicious. Don't forget to include a hinging movement of some description in your leg days if possible!
RDL's are a great one.
And thankyou so much for your comment and reminding me to add hinge movement. My back and knees most definitely need them!
