Nice job hitting the triceps. Double-barrel buster on that one with the different exercises. You certainly hit a lot of reps. Overtraining the triceps are definitely something a lot of people like to do. It's not a bad strategy. Just be careful on those elbows. @FrekiDay 59 , 29th of Dec
