Neck is still bothering me so back into ketosis to see if its the autoimmune issue, and also to clean up some of the fluff ive accumulated.
Did a 24hr fast , followed by straight to keto diet.
Probably a couple of weeks here and then move into a bulk and blast

Have you ever considered what type of pillow you use based on what type of sleeper you are? I used to get neck pain now and again and it was because the pillow I had was to puffy and I'm a side sleeper. I'd jack my neck up in my sleep every so often.

Yeah I have NrAxSpa, immune system attacks sites of inflammation, took 3yrs to diagnose and for me its cutting out carbs that settles it back down. This could just be a bad neck but like coach said one way to find out.

Avg diagnosis time is 10yrs so I got it pretty early considering.

Biologics is the recommendation but I don't want to go that path, reading the anecdotal reports it's brutal

Ah bro that sounds really shit. Sorry to hear that. Maybe with the gene editing stuff they're working on would be a possible solution down the line.

Can you just stay keto or low carb long term and be ok?

It's always been the same spots, low thoracic, low back, elbows, no change in the neck as yet.

If i wanted to yeah, it's not ideal for growing muscle

Ya that's a tough trade off. I mean as long as the pain is manageable and you know how to fix it it's all good. Kinda like getting injured when lifting sorta. We all deal with aches and pains so at the end of the day it's kinda the same.

My elbow is fuked right now lol.

Nah its pretty safe, everything runs away from you except the flys 🤣

Just dont step on anything.
Teach the kids early on, when your looking around you stop, only move when your looking at where you're walking

As for the spiders , ive been bitten turns a bit red for a while but nothing to bad. I think a few people have died from allergic reactions more then the venom

That I'm very much used to. We get black flies so bad in the spring that you can't open your mouth cuz you swallow them. They bite too.

The mosquitoes are bad from spring til the hot hot weather arrives.

And we get hatches of these weird flies that create clouds all over the place.

Certain times of year here you gotta watch out cuz the bugs are so bad they drive the animals insane and they run infront of cars.

@Freki good job on this. The repetitions are looking really good. I like the calories and I like the solid amount of fats that you're getting. It's definitely worth a try. We see some guys really react well to that and some guys don't. So you won't know unless you try something different.

Nice job hitting the triceps. Double-barrel buster on that one with the different exercises. You certainly hit a lot of reps. Overtraining the triceps are definitely something a lot of people like to do. It's not a bad strategy. Just be careful on those elbows. @Freki

@Freki Where I live, you get bugs year-round. Even during our winter, we get really bad bugs. The mosquitoes are out every single night consistently year-round. There you don't get a break from them ever.

Yeah bulk, Tbol kickstarter with proviron, crashed E2 from EQ and overtrained. Had to much inflammation, exhausted and the low e2 with orals cooked me.

Focus this time is on recovery and health, can hopefully stay on cycle for longer

Well I bet you have a better understanding now of how the EQ will effect you. Seems to treat everyone so differently when they run it.

I was talking to a guy today who ran a cycle of 600 EQ and 100 test....I was like huh? Asked if he didn't have the numbers mixed up but nope, that's what he ran. I seriously can't understand how but everyone is so different.
