Couldn’t eat for the first 2 days and turns out I caught a bug . I’m still recovering . Was a weird one because I got no other symptoms except lack of appetite and dry throat so it was easy for me to assume that my body was pushing back from the food

Normal to have moments of doubt but I just take it one day at a time and I look forward to all my food and training that this doesn’t bother me too much. I genuinely am loving this and I’m confident we will bring something completely different from when I last stepped onstage . I’m assuming at least a 20lb difference from when I last got on!
Got a bump in work for arms and delts since I’m able to tolerate it.
Push A: added set Y raise bilateral
Pull B: added set band upright row and face pull and added single dropset last set cable hammer curl and internally rotated extension
Arms and delts day: added set lying lateral and RD cable fly
Push B: added single dropset last set bilateral cable curl and SA overhead extension
Pulled food back from 600 carbs to 490 carbs starting the slow dig process
Can’t wait to start the full blast next week onwards
