Happy with the improvements within this span of time , can’t complain at all . My stomach feels bigger though LOL but I guess it’s to be expected . Most of my fat is always at my lower back and obliques . There’s a lot to get rid of and squish

No changes to the plan for two weeks now and the coming week. Just letting the body cruise and do its thing. Told to start looking at some classic physique poses as i’ll be piecing together a routine very soon 😃 so freaking excited ❤️

Also been running a BPC Protocol at 1mg daily. Found it to do heaps for my recovery and joint health tbh

Believe me when I say 70 is not high 🤣 I’d say a good number run 100-150 . Never done that but seems to be the norm if pushed I’ve known 200 LOL

That’s right! If your digestion sucks body is likely going to be inflamed and you aren’t absorbing food well in which it’s not really going to be helpful for growth or shuttling food into the muscle 🙏🏻

Well food is ridiculously high I’m not dieting yet until 2 weeks later 🤣 in fact I definitely don’t want anymore food LOL

Let’s see how the arms hold up. It’s a tricky one with the arms because offseason this muscle group can look full as hell and then go into hiding when the food goes lower . Mine look great from front and side shots but back shots look thin due to the width of the back. There are so many heads to the arms too 🤣 so it’s easy to see eventually which is lacking more . Hopefully I can bring them up well as we dig.

We are off to a great start with the prep essentials!

Gradually stocking my prep needs with R&D — winstrol and tren (the cosmetic stuff which I will need on hand). Likely will be running 10mg daily when I do begin the stano so what I’ll do is probably split the caps or do EOD 20mg. Coach says with tren it’ll be from anywhere between 15-20mg. First 6 weeks of prep to kick off the recomp and then reintroducing again last 6 weeks of prep for the cosmetic look.

I’ll reiterate that although I may not be with GSL anymore , he has done a lot for me as an athlete and was fair to me to let me find new opportunities. I went with R&D because my partner uses his products actively and has a great reputation. So to be part of such a large company now I’m hoping in time to come we can continue to ensure SAFE, EDUCATED and NEW REVAMPED products for especially the women!

BPC 157mg mainly for anti inflammation properties . Currently dosing 1mg daily to help with joint health . It’s important to remember though that BPC while it really helps for soft tissue healing , nothing will improve our joints more than ensuring better hydration, execution quality of exercises and load management in training . If these ducks are in order the peptide will do wonders greatly .

Having been on Prymal’s GHK for slightly over a month I’ve really enjoyed how quick any scars I get recover , and how less frizzy my hair stays . In fact I feel like I have more volume there too 🤣

Reta will be a prep need , not at the beginning stages where it suppresses appetite so will be running at a dose that does not give me that . Based off experience it’s 1-2mg weekly . Doing so again for insulin sensitivity and blood sugar regulation benefits amidst the current high food .

Cheers to these two sweet labs for backing me up this far out of the show . When people are willing to support you before you even become a high caliber athlete at the O it means a lot .

We are off to a great start with the prep essentials!

Gradually stocking my prep needs with R&D — winstrol and tren (the cosmetic stuff which I will need on hand). Awesome TD post! I especially appreciate the details around dosing. I am also going to be implementing BPC to support my joints & help with inflammation ‘proactively’. Will be interested to hear about how you find it using it in the same way! The low E2 is definitely not friendly on the joints for us ladies who use/ have used AAS.

Most women shouldn’t really be experiencing low E2 unless they are menopausal / pre menopausal 🤔we produce and have plenty of it that the doses of Eq/primo/Masteron used shouldn’t be crushing it tbh . If using AIs those are a different story

Interesting, thank you for the explanation! 😊Mine was sitting at 84 last cycle, not low, but I definitely noticed that my joints felt less lubricated vs when off cycle.
 
Well food is ridiculously high I’m not dieting yet until 2 weeks later 🤣 in fact I definitely don’t want anymore food LOL

Let’s see how the arms hold up. It’s a tricky one with the arms because offseason this muscle group can look full as hell and then go into hiding when the food goes lower . Mine look great from front and side shots but back shots look thin due to the width of the back. There are so many heads to the arms too 🤣 so it’s easy to see eventually which is lacking more . Hopefully I can bring them up well as we dig.

- Fasted blood glucose: 5.0

Average 7500

- Calories burned during cardio: 200 not sure how accurate (as shown on the machine , HR 145-150bpm)

- Number of water consumed per day: 4L

- Daily stimulant usage, # of mg’s: 200-300mg


- How was your diet & cardio adherence since last check in? Any slip ups? Nil

- Mental health- how is everything going here?
Very good

- How is your digestion on a daily basis? Any bloating following a certain meal, gas?

Couldn’t eat for the first 2 days and turns out I caught a bug . I’m still recovering . Was a weird one because I got no other symptoms except lack of appetite and dry throat so it was easy for me to assume that my body was pushing back from the food

- Are you having regular bowel movements? (Daily)
Yes

- Current Hunger levels 1-10: 8

- Date of last high day/ refeed / cheat meal on Christmas Eve and New Years

- Feedback on injuries if any:
Ankle mobility and tibia rotation mobility improving
But shoulders are 99% now


- Feedback on Sleep Quality / Duration: 7h (quality 8/10)

- Feedback on Recovery from each session: fantastic and feel excited going to the gym

- Donate blood once every 6 months (When applicable)

- Date of most recent bloodwork : end of August

Normal to have moments of doubt but I just take it one day at a time and I look forward to all my food and training that this doesn’t bother me too much. I genuinely am loving this and I’m confident we will bring something completely different from when I last stepped onstage . I’m assuming at least a 20lb difference from when I last got on!
