Alright ill probably miss a few things but im excited so lets go!

STATS:
Age: 39
height: 5'7
weight: 179 lbs
(slim athletic, stomachs got some fat to burn)

unsure of total body fat or how to accurately calculate that

cycle: im on .85mg of t.cyp weekly through my doctor
i take daily multi vitamin with methylated b vitamins, omega 3s, vitamin d and k2
i take magnesium at night

i have previous experience with M1T around 2010, had gyno issues and was grossly mis informed on how to use that properly

Meals are pretty simple.

breakfast: Steak or eggs and bacon

lunch is usually the leftovers from dinner the night before

dinner: protein, carbs, vegetables. we change it around alot between chicken, turkey and beef. different pastas, rices etc.

workouts: well i have 4 children between the ages of 6 and 15 so im pretty active with all of there sports and stuff. i wake up at 4 am and the gym is a few minutes from my house i usually get 4 good days in, 1 muscle group a day for around an hour. ill put a couple days in on my bowflex in the basement just because its there.

other info: i have an auto immune disorder called ankylosing spondylitis that i take a monthly injection for, before the injections i was in crippling pain all the time.
before that condition kicked my ass i was an avid skateboarder, as a result i have broken my left ankle and left foot on a few occasions. living pain free now!

my goals would be to lose the gut and add some definition all around

Will you be sharing your training as you go? Do you have a split or routine you follow?

Can you post a physique picture with face blurred to gauge where your at? You will be glad you did when you look back at your log in 8 weeks time and see the progress.

ill take some pictures tonight, i can post my training but its really basic as i just went to a gym one day and started reading the sides of the machines, so i just do 1 muscle group a day. i have a bowflex and free weights at home for days where i dont get to the gym but over all i would say im pretty beginner on that front.

I would suggest, following a routine - you can modify any routine to do the same thing with the equipment available to you, but its important to have the structure in your workouts so you can progress, like say your doing leg press for legs, every time you do that movement you want to be adding a rep, or some weight, or being better controlled for example, thats how you grow.

Something like a Push/Pull/Legs/Rest works incredibly well, if you have a look at my log, you can see how I do that, and cut it down, change movements, whatever you like.

Brother dont stress this is easy work stripping back. Set the plan, stick to it and show up everyday no matter what you got in the tank. Consistency will pay back the biggest dividends here.

First things first.. lets set some macros for you and we need you to track them daily.
Download cronometer tracking app.

Let us know what protien, carb, fat sources you normally lean towards.

Then we can help dial something up for you.

stoked for you man especially being pain free now after dealing with that auto immune stuff thats a massive win. honestly with 4 kids and hitting the gym at 4am you already got the discipline down which is the hardest part for most guys. since you had gyno issues before with m1t just keep a close eye on your chest even though your doctor has you on a stable trt dose now. if the goal is losing the gut while on that trt dose just stay super consistent with the kitchen and maybe throw in some extra walking or something since the bowflex is right there. glad to see another skater still getting after it even after all the broken bones lol keep us posted on the progress bro!

How long have you been on TRT?

Would like to see your daily macros. With what you are currently eating, are you at maintenance level? Is your goal to lose fat?

How long have you been weight training seriously?Agree with @Dreamer regarding training. A 3-way split would probably work better.

Hey brother - Your TRT dose is pretty low - what sort of dose are you going to be doing during this log? Usually around 125-150mg/week is the average dose.
Looking at your pics, and not throwing shade here or anything - nothing but love and respect - you may benefit from a GLP-1 to help bring that
BF down. Especially once you get your macros dialled in (not that I can tlak - I only have a rough idea of my macros)
 
Ya its what the dr has me running. I will be bumping it up, I've thought about a little brozempic lol but im gonna dial in the diet before making any other changes because thats definitely where im the least disciplined
And honestly, probably where you will get the best and fastest results.

no problem bro. A lot of guys are using reta with great success atm. But yes - dial that dial in because if that is haywire no amount of gear is going to help (and even your workouts can be pointless too)

@BertaBoy I would tighten things up and get rid of the processed and junky type of foods, which you don't have many but definitely the pasta and the bacon is something that you can do without.

I like the breakfast steak or eggs; it's really good but definitely leave the bacon out. It's not something that's healthy. There's too much saturated fat in there and polyunsaturated fat. @BertaBoy

Dinner looks really good, the protein, carbs, and vegetables are all on point. @BertaBoy overall looks like a really good setup that you have. With a few tweaks, you'll be in great shape.

use an app like myfitnesspal to track macros and foods you eat and post so we can see your baseline day to day at least a few weeks @BertaBoy :D

Sorry for not updating ive been pretty sick for a while the flu tore through our house pretty good, diets been a bit off but we're back to normal levels of hunger, reduced my red meat intake a bit more, switched to eggs and fruit for breakfast instead of steak indent know why but I have more energy in the morning that way.

Blood work is still stable, talked to the Dr today. She wants to keep me at .85mg a week still but divide it up between 2 shots which I wanted at the beginning but unfortunately still will only send me with a month worth of preloaded syringes, no vials. I feel this is to cover her ass and prevent experimentation. This was my final 3 month set of bloods. My next is 6 months away.

Bought protein powder, which I've never been a big fan of honestly. But in my app im not hitting enough protein so im bumping that up.

Still running same supplements with Evo fam suggestions

Psyllium husk 2 caps 3x a day

Once a day pre/probiotic

Naka pharmaceuticals methylated multivitamin 1 cap 2x a day

Omega 3, 1 cap 3x a day

Vitamin d3+k2 once a day

Vitamin c once a day, but double for the last bit while I've been sick.

Breakfast. 2 -4 eggs, runny yolk salt and pepper.
1 cup cut up strawberries, 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of granola 2 large glasses of water.
1 to 2 cups coffee

Usually have a banana/strawberries/ apples mid morning

Lunch, try to stick to 1 medium chicken breast, rice, raw broccoli, chug like a mad man on my 1 gallon water bottle. I sometimes swap chicken for ground turkey.

Mid afternoon if I dont have my protein up this is where ill have a shake, and maybe another banana.

Dinner is rice, broccoli or cauliflower, and my wife rotates between roast beef, chicken, or turkey.

I try not to eat after 6 pm so its just water till after my work out the next day

I actually bought it from someone who has a good reputation, he swears by it, competes, uses and pushes this brand, But I showed him the test results and said it may be anabolic but its failing to test positive for testosterone and he couldn't handle that so hes probably not gonna talk to me anymore lol.
I test everything, unless its from a doctor I might make and sell reagent test kits if fakes are a big problem 🤷

Oh 100% im not gonna run funny gear. what im seeing in my area is everyone running this alpha gear, no one testing it, no ones getting blood work cause "they can feel it"
I'd like to put up some videos showing these products failing tests in my local fb groups

While we're on the subject, I really am not or at least I am not seeing a decrease in weight or size in my gut, I slacked on cardio when I was sick but im back putting an hour on that treadmill everyday. Is there something I should use to speed that up. My fats and carbs are doen im just not seeing a change and possibly im just impatient

This is the printout from my clinic. Its rufus health in alberta canada. The Dr, well shes kinda difficult to deal with because she cant be told anything outside of what she knows. And fair enough im not a licensed doctor so what do I know. But im at a point now where id like to figure out my blood work privately and just go underground. $315 cad a month for this regimen.

Everything they test for is there, if stuff is missing im just gonna find a way to get my own bloodwork done

id like to move away from this clinic though. shes not willing to have conversations and more into just telling me what were gonna do.

she should have you on aromasin not arimidex, if your e2 that low your doctor is doing a bad job PERIOD @BertaBoy
you need to be using tamoxifen if you have gyno NOT arimidex

i would start to lower you arimidex dose first but i dont get it, you said 1/4 tab/week so 0.25mgs arimidex/week with what dose of test?

.85mg of test cypionate a week, used to be 1 a week, now its split in half twuice a week

Its taro testosterone cypionate 100mg/ml, I dont have the vial, they will only give me pre loaded syringes that never seem to come out to the right dose

whats the point of TRT doctor in Canada? Steroids are legal there, just get a test bottle and use the cycle yourself.

Sounds like your typical money making HRT clinic. They give you cookie cutter dosing protocols and try to keep you coming back form more visits so they can keep billing you.

You came to the right place. Dive in and dig deep and educate yourself as much as possible. You'll wanna get away from this place as soon as you're comfortable.

Hey guys, sorry about the gap in posting. But ive been launching a new business for gear testing in canada so ive been super busy!

To catch everyone up, I went for an ultra sound for the gyno, they see nothing but I got tamoxifen anyway and have cleared the issue up myself. My trt Dr got mad and we are ending the trt this month, ive ordered from biogenix and am gonna do this myself.

Im on carnivore diet and kicked my cardio up to daily and hour a day and have lost a significant amount of belly fat. Again I apologize for the gap but ive been working with roidtest to be the canadian distributor of those kits and my other 3 business ive been coding an automation system for them to free up my time.

Posting pics here, im taking pro and pre biotic daily, methylated multivitamin, nac, Psyllium husk, and red yeast rice. Getting blood work this week to see where im at before I switch to my biogenix test cyp.

I haven't got the reta as suggested earlier because I wanted to cut that fat on my own, maybe weird but that was important to me to pull off just so I can be proud of it.
