Waking weight this morning was 104.9



And lastnight i drank about 2.5 litres in my wakings, shitty sleep unfortunately but you get those nights!



One thing i stress to clients is not worrying about infrequent little shit like 1 bad nights sleep here or there, it happens, theres no need to tell yourself your tired it whatevee excuse you come up with. I feel like guys will have a bad night sleep then tell them selves they will train like shit or feel like shit, whereas in reality, i feel pretty damn good atm, im not going to fester and tell myself otherwise, your body is an amazing machine, itll take care of itself



Anywho onto the juicy stuff



I have added in clen at 20mcg, decided to make this small change just to ensure im way ahead of the curve (even though i already am) when your peeled out of your mind 3-4 weeks out youll be glad becauuse you can essentially just reverse diet into the show, which brings a fresh healthy look, not a crackhead stringy one lol, so likely wont need the clen in long



Another 2 weeks and deca will be pulled in substitute for masteron, thats when we will really see the physique harden right up



Remember too guys, you need to be skinless for any of these androgens to give your body any meaningful look, if youre fat, dont expect masteron to make you look shredded lol

10 weeks out as of today

700 test
Nandrolone is out
Masteron is in at 210/week
Eq is still 45/week

Now begins the titration up of masteron over the next 5-6 weeks, at 4 weeks out tren goes in, test comes down and winny in at 2 weeks out

Legs today!

Smashed em, accurate and simple, also quit caffiene again as it was just fucking my sleep, its always good for a few days then before you know it youre fucked

Morning boys

Rest day today, woke up 104.9kg, waiting for a big woosh to take me down into the 103s, no need to rush, plenty of time

Today being a rest day its all about work and rest! Stairmaster 30 mins just clocked off, baby food! Im so fit atm that 30 on the stairs is an absolute breeze, i take in 1.5 litres of water with electrolytes, creatine and taurine whilst i get that done, sets up digestion perfectly for the day

One thing i want to mention as a little nugget for you guys is that there are things in life rhat are just inherantly hard. Dont shy away from it, dont look for every reason to make it easier, lean into the fact that its hard because its changing you. Lets use fasted cardio as an example, instead of dreading it every morning or looking for ways to make it less of a pain in the ass, just accept that its SUPPOSED to be hard, its SUPPOSED to be uncomfortable, you arent different from anybody. We all wish we didnt HAVE to do it, but when you just bring yourself to reality and accept the fact that 1. You will do it no matter what and 2. Yeah its gonna be a little uncomfortable for a little while, the sooner youll just crack the fuck on with with it and get it done, no point delaying or procrastinating the hard shit

Had a minor hammy tweak last week and KLOW has fixed that right up for me in no time, trained legs yesterday with no issue, i was careful on my movements but 0 issues to report

Going to pull food down for a couple days just by 50 carbs, just to push fatloss a touch

I have the type of body i need to be careful and manage my rate of loss or my body gets away from me and its very hard to fix once the metabolism is cranking whhich happens inside 8 weeks out

A good bit cooler here today where i live so will make for some enjoyable steps outdoors later

Waking weight this morning was 104.9



And lastnight i drank about 2.5 litres in my wakings, shitty sleep unfortunately but you get those nights!



One thing i stress to clients is not worrying about infrequent little shit like 1 bad nights sleep here or there, it happens, theres no need to tell yourself your tired it whatevee excuse you come up with. I feel like guys will have a bad night sleep then tell them selves they will train like shit or feel like shit, whereas in reality, i feel pretty damn good atm, im not going to fester and tell myself otherwise, your body is an amazing machine, itll take care of itself



Anywho onto the juicy stuff



I have added in clen at 20mcg, decided to make this small change just to ensure im way ahead of the curve (even though i already am) when your peeled out of your mind 3-4 weeks out youll be glad becauuse you can essentially just reverse diet into the show, which brings a fresh healthy look, not a crackhead stringy one lol, so likely wont need the clen in long



Another 2 weeks and deca will be pulled in substitute for masteron, thats when we will really see the physique harden right up



Remember too guys, you need to be skinless for any of these androgens to give your body any meaningful look, if youre fat, dont expect masteron to make you look shredded lol



Pull was on the cards today, went a little silly with the volume as sometimes you just gotta have fun!

Rest day today, woke up 104.9kg, waiting for a big woosh to take me down into the 103s, no need to rush, plenty of time

Today being a rest day its all about work and rest! Stairmaster 30 mins just clocked off, baby food! Im so fit atm that 30 on the stairs is an absolute breeze, i take in 1.5 litres of water with electrolytes, creatine and taurine whilst i get that done, sets up digestion perfectly for the day

One thing i want to mention as a little nugget for you guys is that there are things in life rhat are just inherantly hard. Dont shy away from it, dont look for every reason to make it easier, lean into the fact that its hard because its changing you. Lets use fasted cardio as an example, instead of dreading it every morning or looking for ways to make it less of a pain in the ass, just accept that its SUPPOSED to be hard, its SUPPOSED to be uncomfortable, you arent different from anybody. We all wish we didnt HAVE to do it, but when you just bring yourself to reality and accept the fact that 1. You will do it no matter what and 2. Yeah its gonna be a little uncomfortable for a little while, the sooner youll just crack the fuck on with with it and get it done, no point delaying or procrastinating the hard shit

Had a minor hammy tweak last week and KLOW has fixed that right up for me in no time, trained legs yesterday with no issue, i was careful on my movements but 0 issues to report

Going to pull food down for a couple days just by 50 carbs, just to push fatloss a touch

I have the type of body i need to be careful and manage my rate of loss or my body gets away from me and its very hard to fix once the metabolism is cranking whhich happens inside 8 weeks out

A good bit cooler here today where i live so will make for some enjoyable steps outdoors later

Now begins the titration up of masteron over the next 5-6 weeks, at 4 weeks out tren goes in, test comes down and winny in at 2 weeks out

As the deca drops out of my system and the mast goes up in milligrams we should see some nice visual changes, ultimately ive got probably 3-4kg of true bodyfat to come off for the look i want but ill also likely remain this weight or slightly lower closer to 102 or so, when tren and orals go in bodyweight usually stalls but the look gets better and better



Right now its about being smart and only making the deficit enough to slowly peel off a little fat everyday but not risk any gym performance loss so as to make sure no tissue is lost and potentially even gain some, with 9.5 weeks to go i definately can still progreess in the gym and with food still in a good spot theres no reason i cant gain some grams of tissue lol



Waist is and still will always be a priority, so after cardio this morning it was walk and abs/core, the cardio flew by like time travel since adding in semax and a few other nootropics



Im going hypo right before meal 1 now too which means insulin sensitivity is through the roof, i will likely not use insulin any longer pretty soon too if i experience any other part of the day where bg drops

Waist is and still will always be a priority, so after cardio this morning it was walk and abs/core, the cardio flew by like time travel since adding in semax and a few other nootropics



Im going hypo right before meal 1 now too which means insulin sensitivity is through the roof, i will likely not use insulin any longer pretty soon too if i experience any other part of the day where bg drops



Pull was on the cards today and it was rep progressions across the board

Another thing i want to note is ive been using ghk copper for 3 weeks not and my beard hair and skin are looking immaculate, definately a slept on peptide!



Day 4 of no caffiene today too and i slept like a champ and energy is through the roof, could be happier!



Well i could be happier if i didnt just pay $3000 in bills but hey thats living in australia for you 😂

Woke up with a new low this morning of 104.5kg



Body looking tighter again, face getting sunk in now, its game time!



Slept like a baby even though i still woke for 4 or 5 pisses which is annoying, body just doesnt hold water when youre lean



Hoping my gym gets a pendulum squat soon as id love to run it into the ground next offseason, reason i mention that is because i told the owner a pendulum would be a great addition along with a chest supported tbar row, lets be honest, any good gym has both of those so ive got her thinking!



Starting to get a little hunger now which is AWESOME, i love feeling hungry, lets me know my body is burning fat 🔥



Cardio was a breeze this morning i did a bit extra because i felt so good, 32 mins on the stairs is nothing when you have semax, nicotine and all the usual culprits like slu, mots c, ss31, cardarine etc in play



Didnt wanna get off the bloody thing! Finished my steps off then did meal 1, responded to client replys on whatsapp, boxed all that off, prepped meal 2 and meal 3 then went back to bed and managed another hour of sleep, even better!



Did meal 2 which was my fav pre workout meal fish and rice



Did more work until 10am then headed to the gym



Legs was accurate, heavy, brutal

Morning boys, rest day today, woke up at 104.5kg again, not long now until we see 103s, deca is out, masteron is in, food has dropped slightly and clen is now 40mcg



I went a little ham on stairs this morning punching out 37 mins lol, then hit the streets for some steps and returned home for abs



Mentality is dialled in like a sniper right now, accurate, targeted and specific, every movement of my day is for a reason, no stone unturned, i will be my best on stage in 9 weeks and after this season the real work begins to improve and grow and bring an ever sicker look year after year



I dont particularly care about a pro card or any online clout, all i care about is improving, day to day, week to week, its in my blood to make every single day count



As my face sinks deeper everyday i remind myself that this is the life i chose and that i wouldnt trade it for anything, we are caught up in a world where everyone wants the fame and attention for things they dont even work for



Take me back to the hardcore days where body builders could dissapear for months and reappear in competitions looking like they ate their old selves



When meal time comes now i almost get off on seeing less food in front of me in a sick way, knowing that the hunger is taking me in the direction i want to be



I want to be inspiration for you all that no matter whats happens to you in life, you have complete control on how you act, how you execute the day, how you look at pain and struggle dead in the eye and say FUCK YOU!



This is bodybuilding, to me the isolation is the reward, i will walk the lesser taken path, i will put myself through the discomfort, all in pursuit of the ultimate goal of progress DAILY

Feeling flat now after a couple days of pulling food down, when youre dialled in 100% you notice even small changes



All i did to pull down was removed 15g carbs from 4 meals and 20g honey from my post workout meal and thats really pulled me down hard



Also been doing a little extra cardio in the morning just because of how easy it has been



Today is upper, and i love my weekend sessions as i have more time to just get into the headspace required, especially as upper day is a longer session than my push or pull days



Insulin useage has come down no more novorapid with meal 1 just lantus 10iu am and 3iu preworkout and postworkout



Test is at 750mg

Mast is at 300mg

Eq is at 45mg



All weekly doseages



Proviron has bumped to 50mg a day



Clen is at 40mcg



My morning precardio stack remains

25mg slu

50mg nad+

10mg cardarine

20mg yohimbine

50mg 5amino 1mq

I take my clen here also

Mots c 1mg

Ss31 2mg

Semax 250mcg

Added 6mg nicotine

Inject carnitine ofcourse



Whilst im doing stairs ill drink 2 litres water with electrolyte sachet, cola flavoured water drop tablet, some extra taurine, 10g creatine and a dash of sf cordial



Once cardio is smacked outta they way (30-35mins atm sometimes 40 lol) i get out and walk for 20 mins then return home for my morning digestion drink which is 200ml kombucha, serving greens powder, 2g taurine, 5g creatine, 10g glutamine, this is what i wash all my morning health supps down with also



I then make meal 1 which is cream of rice, 4 corn thins and pineapple



Once my meal 1 is made its sits on the table ready for me whilst i do my abs/core routine (vacuums, planks, crunches)



I then eat and do watch youtube, then i clear whatsapp client messages, and try return to bed for another nap



When i wake from the nap i return to client checkins and drink another 2l water with electrolytes and sauna for 20 mins



Shower, steps then eat meal 2 which is my preworkout meal which is currently basa, rice, pineapple and 4 corn thins



Upper today will be ON 🔥

Side raise machine x3

Tricep ext x2

Machine fly x2

Upper chest press x1

Sa pulldown x3

Upper back row x3

Bicep db curl x1

After this its wind down/relax time



Power tv series (iykyk) alongside my daily bottle of sugarfree soft drink



Pre bed is my ninja creami and corn thin meals



Definately feeling the food decrease but boy do i love the feeling of actually being hungry lol



Thats a typical training say for me, safe to say i love my routine

Feeling flat now after a couple days of pulling food down, when youre dialled in 100% you notice even small changes



All i did to pull down was removed 15g carbs from 4 meals and 20g honey from my post workout meal and thats really pulled me down hard



Also been doing a little extra cardio in the morning just because of how easy it has been



Today is upper, and i love my weekend sessions as i have more time to just get into the headspace required, especially as upper day is a longer session than my push or pull days

Did my usual morning routine as i went over yesterday

Today legs will be interesting as i hurt my knee a little last leg day, my ankle hurts and i tweaked my left hammy 1.5 weeks ago LOL

Dont worry the hammy is a-ok ive already trained it again and no issue, my knee i hurt coz i went for a set of leg extensions and the machine wasnt lubricated and grabbed at a shit point and made me strain the patellar a little, doesnt hurt on legpress or hacks only on extensions so ill likely either bin extensions for a bit or go much lighter and put them last

Just banging cardio out atm! 35-40 mins on stairs, inside 9 weeks out now!



I truly love my 2.30am stair sessions, sad to think ill look back oneday and these will be the amazing memories i have of when i was kicking ass and taking names haha



Theres something so stoic about just starting your day with hard work, sets up your entire day

Gotta say I didn't expect to see fanta and monster. Everything you do seems so perfect I'm surprised you'd drink that stuff. Pretty cool to see even a coach can be a little bit bad too haha

Woke up at a new low of 103.8kg



Feeling flat now after a couple days of pulling food down, when youre dialled in 100% you notice even small changes



All i did to pull down was removed 15g carbs from 4 meals and 20g honey from my post workout meal and thats really pulled me down hard



Also been doing a little extra cardio in the morning just because of how easy it has been



Today is upper, and i love my weekend sessions as i have more time to just get into the headspace required, especially as upper day is a longer session than my push or pull days



Insulin useage has come down no more novorapid with meal 1 just lantus 10iu am and 3iu preworkout and postworkout



Test is at 750mg

Mast is at 300mg

Eq is at 45mg



All weekly doseages



Proviron has bumped to 50mg a day



Clen is at 40mcg



My morning precardio stack remains

25mg slu

20mg yohimbine

Whilst im doing stairs ill drink 2 litres water with electrolyte sachet, cola flavoured water drop tablet, some extra taurine, 10g creatine and a dash of sf cordial



Once cardio is smacked outta they way (30-35mins atm sometimes 40 lol) i get out and walk for 20 mins then return home for my morning digestion drink which is 200ml kombucha, serving greens powder, 2g taurine, 5g creatine, 10g glutamine, this is what i wash all my morning health supps down with also



I then make meal 1 which is cream of rice, 4 corn thins and pineapple



Once my meal 1 is made its sits on the table ready for me whilst i do my abs/core routine (vacuums, planks, crunches)



I then eat and do watch youtube, then i clear whatsapp client messages, and try return to bed for another nap



When i wake from the nap i return to client checkins and drink another 2l water with electrolytes and sauna for 20 mins



Shower, steps then eat meal 2 which is my preworkout meal which is currently basa, rice, pineapple and 4 corn thins



Upper today will be ON 🔥



Cable curl x2

Side raise machine x3

Tricep ext x2

Machine fly x2

Upper chest press x1

Sa pulldown x3

Upper back row x3

Bicep db curl x1



Ill do 10 mins cardio (just coz i like finishing my sessions with a sweat)



My intra atm is 50g carbs from @drivennutrition novo drive which has eaas in it also (guys this slaps btw) and 20g added eaas



Post workout is still the usual cream of rice, whey, fruit



Ill then try nap again, wake up, more client work then steps and meal 4 which has been roo mince, veg, corn thins



After this its wind down/relax time



Power tv series (iykyk) alongside my daily bottle of sugarfree soft drink



Pre bed is my ninja creami and corn thin meals



Definately feeling the food decrease but boy do i love the feeling of actually being hungry lol



Thats a typical training say for me, safe to say i love my routine

i want to do a quick write up on a method i use in my clients and my own training which ive dubbed the ZIG-ZAG method

no when we train we may be training push for example, so chest, shoulders and triceps

What i like to do to make sure all muscles get adequte stimulus, especially if there are muscles that lag, is i train them with an exercise each in rotation prioritising what is weak

for example

a client who needs more triceps, then delts, then chest, might look like

-Tricep extension
-Shoulder raise
-Shoulder press
-Chest isolation
-Tricep movement
-Shoulder isolation
-Chest compound

as you can see by rotating the muscles in the session each muscle gets hit with atleast one movement before the other muscles get finished, this will allow for a more even spread of stimulus across the entire 'push workout' for all muscles involved

Rest day yesterday so todays session is always a good one coming off a rest day even though my legs are ruined from sunday lol

All in all a great session, body is well and truly depleting as i droppped carbs but the androgens rising and smart periworkout nutrition is making sure my training performance remains high



Smacked out my cardio then went home to eat



Lifes great atm, energy is high and feeling confident about what im bringing to the stage



I will say one thing



The stage is the least fun part about all this, as is the clout, i just love bodybuilding, i live like a pro bodybuilder, i wont ever need a pro card to make me lock in any more than i already do, i treat this like a professional and i love the process
