Forgot to add, 85.6kg fasted this morning. Been dropping bout 100g a day but scales dropped like 500g today. Did have a good sleep. Potentially was holding bit of water. Still woke every 2 hours but trying something new tonight as still home alone. I will not be checking time when i wake i will just go straight back to sleep. I think with kids waking every cpl hours for a while its wired my brain to wake and check them. Im gunna try rewiring my brain that all is good go sleep.
 
Getting there, 85.2kg. Even had another compliment from a random at the shops yesterday. She said its obvious i dont skip leg day lol. Ive never been a vein person but fk it feels good getting compliments. Partners, if you see this post give ur partner a compliment. It could absolutely change their day for the better! This week ive weighed myself each day which i dont normally do. Only had 1 day where weight stayed the same. The rest have trended down. From 86.5kg, 86.35, 86.3, 86.3, 85.7 to now 85.2kg.

I have a few methylene blue 20mg i took from my cousins bottle and am planning to try one fasted with my morning stack. If i notice anything better than i am planning to order some to start post mito reset/surgeries.

As tight as i can lol. Then release between sets. I just got stiffer wrist straps today so will see how they go. Also have attachments for cable machine. Finally getting everything go progress further. Will be getting ultrasound to check it out when i get a chance. Also got wrap around straps to assist and figure 8 straps for different exercises. See how i go tomorrow with pull exercises.
It might be worth getting some manual therapy for the forearm from a physio or chiro. Often issues in those muscles can express as wrist problems.

Yeah wrist fealt actually good yesterday, i had no stress at all. Which points me to stress flare of my ra. During recovery week of surgery i plan on getting it looked at. On a bad day i can see the swelling but will look at getting forearm checked too. Actually slept 7 hrs last night, so i think sleep issues are tied into my stressful situation too.

I have no lose skin and i am starting to see the different muscles in my legs.

Todays weigh in 84.5kg.

All this while managing stress of failing marriage, injuries 2 kids under 2.

Goes to show how your mind is in control and you can achieve anything if your mind is set on it.

Couldnt have done it without all of your support though.

Now time for the bigger changes. Consolidate the fat loss in preperation to bulk in june. Bulk will be a clean lean bulk. Not looking to have to yoyo fat loss.

Couple small surgeries then keep toning up. From 29% bf down to whatever i am now. Still aiming to get these abs when relaxed.

This will be last few days of mito stack npp and anavar. Will resume mito in few weeks after 2nd surgery to give body a rest. Test will drop to 150mg a week split into 3 to keep levels even. Tossing up idea of 40mcg clen for 2 weeks once surgeries are done to shed what i can before i give another organ rest before bulk.

Reading alot of logs on test/eq/npp but unsure of ratios as seems everyone has their own ideas. Will have bloods well before proper planning starts but as i always have slightly higher e2 i was thinking of starting 400test, 400eq and adjust as required. 100npp but thats a while away anyway so lots more research

Today im taking a day off weights, doing fasted cardio 15.5% incline treadmill currently 3kmh. 40mins in and plan for 1hour. Followed by sauna, brekki walk dog and do household stuff. Body feels a bit off today so resting my muscles to keep the progress going in gym sessions going fwd. I dont normally have days off but listen to the body and will reep rewards.

Forgot to add, in august couldnt fit my size 40 jeans, now fit 34inch. Woohoo
 
Got 1 hr fasted cardio treadmill again. 15.5% incline 3kmh. Now sitting in sauna for 20 minutes.

HOme to replenish, walk dog then may nap before getting abs done.

Not in shape yet, only just the beginning. I cant wait to see what i look like come december. And the next. Hopefully i can inspire the next obese person to make the same change just like all you have guided me. Same with suppliers, i wouldnt be able to train as hard without @Norvex, @StoryOfTheProphet, @Prymal, @IRONCLAD LABS, @Ascension Peptides, and @society @War Born Peptides has given guidance already in their short time here. From shoulder to lean on, checkups, logging products and maybe a few sneaky freebies. @Raptor Labs early on and a new order awaiting. Looking fwd to continue working with these guys in the future. I have even learnt from @Iron_rose1 about listening to my body when it needs a rest. Never be too proud to take advice and learn. You dont have to listen but information on what works for others may come in handy one day. That is my lesson for any new players. I may be 39 but never too old to learn. Even from younger people.

Ok today marks a monumental change. I have officially lost 20kg since august last year.

I have no lose skin and i am starting to see the different muscles in my legs.

Todays weigh in 84.5kg.

All this while managing stress of failing marriage, injuries 2 kids under 2.

Goes to show how your mind is in control and you can achieve anything if your mind is set on it.

Couldnt have done it without all of your support though.

Now time for the bigger changes. Consolidate the fat loss in preperation to bulk in june. Bulk will be a clean lean bulk. Not looking to have to yoyo fat loss.

Couple small surgeries then keep toning up. From 29% bf down to whatever i am now. Still aiming to get these abs when relaxed.

This will be last few days of mito stack npp and anavar. Will resume mito in few weeks after 2nd surgery to give body a rest. Test will drop to 150mg a week split into 3 to keep levels even. Tossing up idea of 40mcg clen for 2 weeks once surgeries are done to shed what i can before i give another organ rest before bulk.

Reading alot of logs on test/eq/npp but unsure of ratios as seems everyone has their own ideas. Will have bloods well before proper planning starts but as i always have slightly higher e2 i was thinking of starting 400test, 400eq and adjust as required. 100npp but thats a while away anyway so lots more research

Your plan going forward sounds good. I plan on running test/eq/NPP on my next cycle. I don't think you'll need test = EQ though unless you aromatise like crazy. Even I ended up dropping back to 375 test and 320 eq and I had an E2 of 350 on 130mg/week test.
Today im taking a day off weights, doing fasted cardio 15.5% incline treadmill currently 3kmh. 40mins in and plan for 1hour. Followed by sauna, brekki walk dog and do household stuff. Body feels a bit off today so resting my muscles to keep the progress going in gym sessions going fwd. I dont normally have days off but listen to the body and will reep rewards.

Forgot to add, in august couldnt fit my size 40 jeans, now fit 34inch. Woohoo

Yeah these first few cycles are sll about just figuring my body out. Ill save higher cycles for future lol. Not for a while so still time to plan. Originally wanted to use primo but thats scairse. Most ppl are limiting to 1 per customer as hard to get. If could get plenty of that id run 700 test lol., jokes

Not too far off. Compounds im starting to try doing 3 x 12 and ancillaries to amrap last set. Obviously still working things out. Definately getting there though. Same as want to do 100kg squats very soon. I got back brace now for protection. Wrist is on its way to knowing whats wrong or fixed but felt good this morning. Crappy tonight. Hopefully wolverine fixes it

Not in shape yet, only just the beginning. I cant wait to see what i look like come december. And the next. Hopefully i can inspire the next obese person to make the same change just like all you have guided me. Same with suppliers, i wouldnt be able to train as hard without @Norvex, @StoryOfTheProphet, @Prymal, @IRONCLAD LABS, @Ascension Peptides, and @society @War Born Peptides has given guidance already in their short time here. From shoulder to lean on, checkups, logging products and maybe a few sneaky freebies. @Raptor Labs early on and a new order awaiting. Looking fwd to continue working with these guys in the future. Hoping i can assist in showcasing how well their products have worked.

For anyone interested, i was pinning 1mg kpv nightly but have started am and pm 1mg. So far i think it may actually be helping my wrist. Or its the oxytocin every time wife stresses me out. Either way feel goodish. Still getting ultrasound wednesday.

Just been doing sub q abdomen, i read that it helps systemic inflamation unlike bpc that can be better at injury site
have you considered closer to site like shoulder?
 
I have done shoulder but depending on site rotation as like using shoulders for carnitine lol i can give it a go as the go to site. I just didnt think it worked like that with kpv. Happy to try anything at this point though lol.

Good chance to hit legs wmorrow morning all refreshed. Also planning to do hot/cold therapy at a different gym after to see if any benifit. Id love to do proper ice baths as heard they are good for recovery.

-100mg 5amino powder in normal caps daily
-2mg mots-c daily
-Slu- 70mg twice per day encentric caps
-2iu gh nightly
-Test will be back to trt dose of 150mg per week pinned twice.
-methylene blue 20mg daily but will pause for third surgery
- may add some clen for 1 or 2 two week cycles towards in march/april.

all other stuff will be dropped like npp and anavar.

Lesson also learnt with buying stuff. Unfortunately i was one using some of stories products. I never noticed a problem but before i found out about issues another had id ordered some test as friend wanted more and he had used it already. Hopefully still arrives but unsure if ill give it over or not now or if i just purchase again from another source. But thats a me problem. Never had a problem with test being well elevated from base levels while on his products. Igf didnt raise as much as i expected but that can be due to ra as it can suppress igf levels. Will do bloods again soon and see how 2iu of @Norvex gh has me sitting. If still suppressed i may look at igflr3 to boost it.

This 3 month block is to recover and shed some more fat in prep for clean bulk june.

This is a solid approach here brother, use this time to shed the fat and get as insulin sensitive as possible. Start low with the clen 40mcg a day to test waters.

None yet, i know increases hr and blood pressure. From what i been reading its kind of a thermogen that requires frequent short cycles. I havnt got any just thinking with my log lol. Before this log i hadnt had experience with anything except fast food lol.
