After some nudging by fellow members Ive decided to start a log and become apart of the evo family. I don't have alot to offer but I hope to learn and grow with you guys.
A little back ground story
I'm a 37 year old dad of two teenage girls. I've been a tradie my whole life across a couple of industries. I'm currently 65kg and 171cm tall. Bf not really sure id say 20%
I started on testosterone 6 months ago. After battling an ongoing back issue. And a fellow employee convincing me this is what I need. I started to study and I seen countless documentations of high testosterone levels been beneficial to sustaining further degeneration of discs the added bonus of stimulating collagen synthesis increasing skeletal muscle. Everything sounded great so I jumped on the train. A couple of months in I'd made major improvements and was getting stronger by the week. I felt great and should of stayed here but I decided to add some Deca. For the appetite stimulation and joint relief. I'd made my mind up I wanted to put some size on. been all skin and bones can't be helping my situation. Well 5 weeks in all hell broke loose and I started experiencing horrible side effects. Anxiety , panick attacks , sinus issues and insomnia like no other I think the first week I slept maby 2 hours. I stopped the Deca straight away and for the last 5 weeks have been dealing with the consequences. So here we are now.
Where I'm at now
The current plan is trying to focus on diet and learning to add more work outs I really have no idea here and I don't know anybody to get with so going to a gym is just daunting. I have a highly physical job that involves heavy lifting on the daily. And a decent truck unload twice a week. I mainly focus on mobility exercises. And lots of stretching. My appetite has only just started to come back so my choice of food is sometimes more calorie chosen then it is quality. Ive been lucky to eat a 1000 calories a day the last month
Current cycle.
At the moment trying to find a correct trt dosage I've decided to run 100mg test E per week split into two injections to limit aromatisation and adjust as per bloods (this is open to debate as e2 is elevated )
Previous cycle
Test 400 8 weeks followed by test 500 and Deca 200 for 5 weeks titrated test down after
Current bloods 02/2. (Test). 09/2. (E2 prolactin)
Testosterone 57
Free test. 1760
E2. 283
Prolactin 495
Current supplements
Centrum for men
Blackmoores probiotic +daily health
Vital strength protein powder with digestive enzymes and bcas and aminos
I think that basically covers an introduction. I'll try to do a log update daily
Log for 13/2
I track alot in apps although I haven't been for the last month ironically while I was having issues. I just didn't have the head space. But we are back on track here. Today's lunch meal was not ideal. Chosen as I was out and about. It's definitely not a common thing and made me feel awful afterwards.
Energy levels today where pretty low mood is alright. And symptoms wise with anxiety and sinus next to none. Libido it's there but morning woods been absent
