Approved Log Tendon repair Cycle - BPC157 Tb500 Log

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Hey guys first time posting here,

Main reason for this post/log is to help recover and repair tendons and muscle after major surgery and to build muscle and size around the whole body.

About 6 months ago i fell off a roof at work and ruputered all the tendon is my right quad requiring surgery to reconnect them all to my knee. From the first 2 months i lost most my quad muscle and a quite a bit of strenght overall in my right leg as it was kept in a brace for 14 weeks. Over the next months up unitl now almost half my strength has come back but still have pain all the time and swelling of the knee which make it hard to train to build the muscle back up.

To speed my recovery i am going to start to take BPC-157 (0.3ml) and TB500 (0.1ml) daily at night SubQ injection, this has been prescribed by a doctor.
(Do you think this is is a good dosage or if i should take more or less?)

Doing some research Im finding people also take HGH to help in the healing process and it would also help build the muscle back aswell,So i am definelty considering adding this in aswell as after i see if the bpc and tb500 are working. I would like to put more size on overall and am having a hard time building back my quad, so If i do add it in i would probally on take 2 iu- 3 Iu per day for around 6 months plus for most benifits (if you have other opions on this that would be great to hear)

If anyone has some extra information or experinces using the combination of the 3 could you please send my way or let me know how and if it help you repair tendons and muscle.

Because of my Age (26) i would not do any test to help build the muscle back as i think i am too young for it at the moment.

I will put my trainning and info below if that help with any recommendations.

Thanks for any advice and reading this post.

IMG_2016.webp

As for Hgh would you say it would be better to run bpc and tb for a few weeks/month before possible adding it ?

Supplements
I take 3-4 sugarless vitamin C (500mg) tables a day
No digestive supps or digestive enzymes
1 Men’s multivitamin a day
No probiotics
No psyllium husk

Would you say it worth looking at taking any of these to help healing and muscle growth?

And yes I have strayed listening to a few podcast so far and they are very interesting and full of good information thanks for them!
Will definitely have a read of the ebook as well.

lets see as the diet comes in :D

on the training if you do a repair cycle up your reps and drop weight so you can get more blood flow and less inflammation @crazzydog

Welcome to Evo mate.

That's sucks about your accident. Hopefully the BPC and TB will help. What country are you in? Just wondering if it may be a lot cheaper to get the peptides through an approved Evo source compared to prescribed.

Split looks pretty good. Maybe just 1 each of bi and tri on upper day instead. 10 exercises is up there for volume.
Thanks mate will do here are some photo of how I’m looking now. All photos are from today beside the one siting down of my legs that is about 2 months ago but can see the progress in getting the muscle back so far.
Man you look awesome hey. Back in particular is crazy. So detailed. Feel free to share back tips.

Thanks I’m located in Australia and I will definitely get some more when I run out from some of the sources on here.
Split looks pretty good. Maybe just 1 each of bi and tri on upper day instead. 10 exercises is up there for volume.
Upper is definitely my favourite day that’s why I programed some many exercises in. But I will try adding those set to another day to speed the load
Man you look awesome hey. Back in particular is crazy. So detailed. Feel free to share back tips.
Thank man! I would say main things that have helped me is weighted pull up (3-4 set of as many reps as possible, then 2-3 set of no weight or assisted nice and slow reps as many as possible)
Also I swim 2 times a week and surf which I think both really help with growing all the back
Nice workout there mate.

Hey Guy, 6 week update here

Overall the BPC 157 + TB500 started to work within a week, reduce all swelling and removed pain i had around my knee and quad. I also have been having much much better sleep, not sure if thats a combination of the peptides and not being in pain but it is great to finally get constant good nights sleeps. If anyone was thinking about trying these for a serious injury recovery i would have to say i would definitely recommend it.

I have been able to train my right leg alot hard and heavier, normally when i do train hard swelling and pain does come back but i just pin at night and it is normally good the next morning.

I did get food posioning over a week and lost about 4 kgs but have almost managed to put it all back on so right now im sitting at 83kg

I have been eating between 3500-4000 cal a day to hopefully help build muscle quicker. Always over 210grams of protein per day.

I did a strenght test on my quad that tells you how many kg of force the quad can pull.

Left leg (good side) 110kgs
Right leg (injured side) 68 kgs

From my last test both side put on about 8 kg of force

There is defently still a size difference but it getting better for sure.

I probally have about 4 weeks of BPC +TB left before decided where or not to start HGH or a blend of tesamorelin and ipamorelin to help pack on some muscle
Will update in a few week to see how weight , strenght and quad is going

@crazzydog Bros, good job getting through some of your adversity here. Unfortunately sometimes life will throw us some curveballs. We just got to keep grinding and keep pushing ourselves. You are doing it the right way.

Sometimes with food poisoning you just got to get it out of your system. Hopefully you're past that. I would keep some activated charcoal on hand in case that ever happens. @crazzydog

Great to see your progress. I’m just about to start a recovery journey as well for some shoulder tendon tears. Stoked to see the bpc and tb working well for you as well. I will be also running hgh alongside the other two so happy to share how I find it with that added in.
