Feeling good today - hopefully tomorrow I still feel that way after a really intense day of training! I don’t usually train 3 nights of jiu jitsu in a row (on top of 3 gym sessions on those days) but wanted to do the intense session tonight. I’m looking forward now to a rest day tomorrow! 🏝️ ☀️

I’m still adjusting to it - at first it was a little harder to get all the carbs in but now I seem to be tolerating it well!

I’ll update them with the grams!

I was pinning in the evening - I’ve only now switched to morning to see if I can get more out of it and raise my IGF1 further (with some other changes to support)

It’s more than usual for a class - that’s usually 45 minutes of positional drilling then shorter rounds (5 minutes standard).

On Saturday “open mat” it’s more intense if you make it where the timer goes on for 5 minute rounds for the full 90 minutes but you can choose to have rest rounds on those days.

We have seen other members videos of their rolling rounds and they look like they can be absolutely brutal 😆

I often do pull ups at the end of a workout - I find it so much easier being so warmed up that at the beginning (both gym and bjj)

love the pull ups sister :D @Panda22 you have perfect back and strong arms! just a small suggestion, have you tried doing legs lifted 90 degrees as you pull up, you'll get wild core pump as you work your back!

Geez nice looking food there! Smashing the pull-ups as well. Adding to what @LevButlerov said, I find having my legs forward a bit (kinked at the hip) helps balance me. I tend to swing like crazy otherwise.
 
Just finished your podcast and thought it was amazing, was great to get an insight on ur early years doing ballet then making the transition into the BJJ world

This is something my daughter is trying to do, she loves dance but she wants to try the bjj/mma world once this season has wrapped up

It’s really awesome to get girls in training - the boys and girls pre puberty have a really level playing field physically, that being said, the girls are way better at listening and learning so they more often than not beat up the boys!

Later in life there’s huge benefits she’ll walk away with too!

Absolutely! And a core part of the sports concept is with good technique - being the “smaller” person you can be very powerful in defending yourself.
Obviously if you’re talking two well trained people then size can have a benefit. But a smaller bjj person should be equipped to defend themself against a larger untrained person.

I’m really enjoying the challenging lower body sessions. As masochistic as it sounds, having to push through the session and load heavy weights is really rewarding. I thought this evenings BJJ session was going to be a challenge after this mornings session but my performance tonight was really good! There’s a lot to be said for my recovery between the two very different and very demanding sessions in a day. The carb cycling is likely playing a part in that - I find it hard to get all the meals in but never feel bloated or too sluggish!

Switching to the morning HGH pinning is going well - I’ll be interested to see how this impacts my IGF1 at the 12 week mark.

Absolute weapon @Panda22 , if your having trouble with fullness, i suggest alot of my clients do fruit smoothies w/ coconut water for there carbs which always seems to work well and bring food volume down

Re: igf-1 it should be equal no matter how you split it, subq, IM shouldn't matter as it stays elevated for I think about 24 hours post injection

That’s a great suggestion thank you! I do have a smoothie for my evening meal - but for those higher carb days I think that could be a good alternative to rice and sweet potato 😅

I switched to AM as I don’t think there was enough time between my evening meal and injecting before bed which MIGHT be slightly blunting the reading (at a guess) - my post evening training meal is unfortunately later than I’d like.

I’m still reaping epic rewards form the HGH so it could also be that my numbers are more irrelevant 🤷🏽‍♀️
Either way I thought switching to am and carb cycling was a simple way to try and uplift it.

Feeling
I’m really enjoying the challenging lower body sessions. As masochistic as it sounds, having to push through the session and load heavy weights is really rewarding. I thought this evenings BJJ session was going to be a challenge after this mornings session but my performance tonight was really good! There’s a lot to be said for my recovery between the two very different and very demanding sessions in a day. The carb cycling is likely playing a part in that - I find it hard to get all the meals in but never feel bloated or too sluggish!

Switching to the morning HGH pinning is going well - I’ll be interested to see how this impacts my IGF1 at the 12 week mark.

I tried the @RGSX Vital Sleep supplement for the first time last night and honestly, it was unreal! I was able to completely switch off and drift to sleep - which felt like floating on a cloud! I got a proper deep sleep and woke up feeling genuinely refreshed with no sluggishness in the morning

I woke up a little sore today after a hard BJJ training session last night but after moving through the gym this morning I came good!

My appetite hasn’t completely suppressed from the 2mg Reta however I am noticing feeling fuller sooner with my meals.

Looking forward to another easy sleep with the Vital supplement. I’ve taken the dose earlier than last night to enjoy some of the relaxing benefits. Last night I took it as I was going to bed which was probably a little bit late but still had a great effect.

feeling really good today. Had a great training session in the morning. Weight went up on the lunges which really tested my grip strength!

The higher carbs were a struggle to get in today. I’ll start looking at some alternative ways to get the carbs up on these days that might be easier to get in.

New additions to my routine is GHK-CU which will be a nice compliment to the HGH ♥️

I was back at the physio today and have a new routine to help with my hip flexor (to better my squat depth, symmetry, and flexor pinching) and exercises to start creating explosive lateral movements for better wrestling. I’ll add these in around my sled training.

Looking forward now to a hard earned rest day tomorrow.

I’ve got a few niggles from being able to trainer harder which I’m hoping it will sort out!!

Sounds like you’ve had benefit pretty quickly from adding it in! That’s a great sign.

Thanks for the rec. I’ll look into it. Any particular brand you use? I usually go with bulk nutrients but can’t see it in their stock.

feeling really good today. Had a great training session in the morning. Weight went up on the lunges which really tested my grip strength!

The higher carbs were a struggle to get in today. I’ll start looking at some alternative ways to get the carbs up on these days that might be easier to get in.

New additions to my routine is GHK-CU which will be a nice compliment to the HGH ♥️

I was back at the physio today and have a new routine to help with my hip flexor (to better my squat depth, symmetry, and flexor pinching) and exercises to start creating explosive lateral movements for better wrestling. I’ll add these in around my sled training.

Looking forward now to a hard earned rest day tomorrow.

I tried the @RGSX Vital Sleep supplement for the first time last night and honestly, it was unreal! I was able to completely switch off and drift to sleep - which felt like floating on a cloud! I got a proper deep sleep and woke up feeling genuinely refreshed with no sluggishness in the morning

I've got a ton of respect for our women bodybuilders nowadays. I used to not respect them but you have helped push me into that corner. I see the way my daughter trains and I see the way you train and I wonder to myself, is it actually the case that women train just as hard as men? @Panda22
 
You look extremely fit in your pictures. I never even thought that lunges were good for grip. @Panda22 you make a good point. They do much more than just work your legs.
As you go up in weight they sure do! And the stability when taking a long stride! I’m really rating the movement

The GHK-CU can sting a little. Im a bit fan of the KLOW blend which has GHK-CU along with the BPC, TB and KPV.

Its the only jab that "hurts".

Im not sure, because i've only ever had it as part of the KLOW mix.

My skin is noticably better on it. When i took it out, i noticed it just didnt have the same POP to it, its hard to explain.

I did my first pin today mixed with BPC and had no burning, irritation, or PIP!

Bulk nutrients have a similar product called ‘carb +’ 😊

I'm starting to open my eyes. It's weird because as you get older you usually become the opposite but I've gone the other direction. I'm seeing a lot of things happening in the country that I don't like that I would have supported previously.
 
I’m curious at what concentration you’ll dilute it and your dose and how it goes. I was covered in bruises from it hahaha
3ml BAC water in the GHKCU (33.3mg/ml) and a dose of 2mg and 250mcg of BPC pulled in the same pin.

I had no sting or PIP just a little red mark afterwards! Hopefully that doesn’t stick around too long though - I don’t want to be covered in those 🤣

Definitely two camps to this. Pulse is naturally endogenously maxed at night after falling asleep so wake up and giver again fasted. The argument is its best for lipolysis.

I’ll be interested to see how this impacts my IGF1 at the 12 week mark.
Post bloods for us, it should be high/out of range.

Agreed, her back is a freak show and she is as lean as a female can get with that much muscle on her body without plans to step on stage. And grip strength is so important in later life they've done studies where grip strength is a marker for living longer.

What? There’s at least a few. What about all the khavinson peptides? Not so popular, but the ones I’ve taken are some of my favorites. Specifically cortexin and pinealon. I think it was epitalon that affects telomeres. As far as anti aging, I looked quite a bit younger during my year on gh. But that’s supposedly just cosmetic, and theoretically aging you faster due to more rapid cell turnover. Well you know, I don’t have a great desire to be very very old. I’d just like to look somewhat less aged for as long as possible. Hahaha. I saw too many relatives in their late nineties. It’s super cool until it’s not.

New check in shots this weekend. It’s only been three weeks of my new lower body program and I am already seeing development coming back in my glutes and quads! It’s very exciting to see some shape come back in my lower body which I think is balancing the upper body better again.

Between BJJ, gym, and spending some time outdoors and seeing friends - I’ve gotten a nice amount of couch time in while on a journey to watch all Taylor Sheridan series 🐮🤠

New check in shots this weekend. It’s only been three weeks of my new lower body program and I am already seeing development coming back in my glutes and quads! It’s very exciting to see some shape come back in my lower body which I think is balancing the upper body better again.

Between BJJ, gym, and spending some time outdoors and seeing friends - I’ve gotten a nice amount of couch time in while on a journey to watch all Taylor Sheridan series 🐮🤠

A few changes to nutrition this week.
I’ve been struggling finishing my meals on the higher carb days. To combat that I’ll be reducing the meals (rice/sweet potato total gr) and adding in HBCD powder post training on those days.

Sleep
I’m continuing to get great sleep using @RGSX Vital sleep. ☁️ 💤
Sunday night will be the real test as that’s usually the night that gives me trouble falling asleep.

Feeling
