In week 15 of about a 22 week cycle. Getting blood work done again. Based on my knowledge and running it through AI and nothing looks alarming. The hormone results will take about another week or so to get back and i'll update then. HDL is looking a little low, may try to add some more healthy fats and an extra rest day. My understanding is the 6 days a week heavy lifting will drive HDL down as well as liver enzymes.
