Blood Work Week 15 Full Panel. Test NPP Anavar

In week 15 of about a 22 week cycle. Getting blood work done again. Based on my knowledge and running it through AI and nothing looks alarming. The hormone results will take about another week or so to get back and i'll update then. HDL is looking a little low, may try to add some more healthy fats and an extra rest day. My understanding is the 6 days a week heavy lifting will drive HDL down as well as liver enzymes.

Current Exercise Routine - Push, Leg, Pull, Rest, Push, Leg Pull...repeat

Macros: ~4000kcal a day 270g protein 80g fat 530g carbs
Current Stack - Pinned Daily
  • Test Cyp 700 mg/week

Out of interest why so long a cycle? 22 weeks seems excessive
First 4-5 weeks were really like TRT+ then I pushed up gear on February 5th to where I am at now. I’ve also gotten bloodwork very frequently and so far nothing has really indicated it’s time to pull back (unless enough concern now around AST/ALT but that seems as related to heavy lifting as Anavar). The other factor I considered is that I’m doing daily pinning so not experiencing the bolus effects, not massive peaks in blood levels.

Pretty standard stuff on this. I've seen much worse blood work, especially from people using steroids but even just from the regular public.

bros bloods are pretty good if you ask me. we all got things off on the sauce. just make sure you using support supps i use n2guard

It's smart to get these blood work out. Make sure you are pounding those support supplements. They do help.
