Swear I'm coming down with something aye. Phlegmy and coughing, feeling underpowered. A few people in the gym and at work have come down with RSV. Hopefully its just seasonal change. Dumping heaps of vit D just incase though.

The difference lighting and angles can make in photos with this very average phone is ridiculous... I cannot for the life of me get the white balance to stay stable, and my posing is awful 😆

Still tightening everything up. Next week hopefully another small weight gain, slowly going up.

This sucks! I got taken down by a massive cold a few weeks ago - missed some workouts for the first time in like a year. Hope you feel better soon - load up on some elderberry too - I swear it helped me get through mine faster.

Been holding something off aye bruv, had a crazy hay fever symptom going on all thursday at work, sneezing and eyes watering coughing shit up, and RSV is no joke, the dudes at work were floored with it. Sounded horrendous.

Mondays and Thursdays are early before work and theres never enough time. I think I should be focusing on more compound movements given the time constraint.

Backing off the Cals a little bit while my stomach settles. The BPC is really helping here and the ease off is keeping my stomach from bloating too hard while on the Reta. Everything seems to be working well and at maintenance levels. Back into the push again soon but with a bit more protein instead of rice carbs this time.
The day started a bit off, still fighting back the inkling of the flu, bit low on energy at work but popped the earbuds in and locked in and time seemed to fly and the work churned out the door. Focus has been alot better without the NPP. Which is a pity because I love a bit of NPP, but without a DHT to offset the sides its not sustainable.

Looking forward to Thursdays workout with Mots-C back in the stack. I'll have a bit more to report back on this compound soon 👌🏼

Its pretty well gone for the most part, I want to be confident that its completely sorted before I rush back in.

I'd like to return to the NPP with a DHT like Proviron, there's not much else as an option otherwise.
MastP with Tren A would be the delightful short window run though, but not on the cards anytime soon.
Open to exploring options like a higher dose EQ and TestP.
But in all honesty, likely going to just push the food and refine the training

What a chaotic morning. Woke up late because I set my alarm to silent the morning before. I rushed about quickly to get Delly sorted and ran out the door, forgetting my work lunches. Didn't pin anything either... Bit of a shamozzel aye.

Rushed into town with Mick. ZERO parking at the gym and it was fkn PACKED good luck getting a spot on cables or a machine, weights and handles left everywhere. 🙄 Quick sesh and shower.

All my post workout food and meal prep at home so had to buy muscle chefs, protein shakes and yoghurts. I had COR at work.
Cost of this mistake was extra fuel burned, a half arsed sesh, and $50 in lunches to try and meet the macros for the day. 🤣

Ahhh well. Might need to write a checklist for next time.

Point of interest

As a side note, I did an experiment and pinned 250mcg of @R&Dpharma Mots-C the night before when I did my GH and BPC. I also added extra glycine. I seemed to have woken up leaner with slightly better BG than through week. 🤷 Reckon the Mots-C was helping burn cals while I slept???

Would like to look into this a bit more but also know if anyone else has done this.

To add to this, has anyone ever reconstituted their GH at a higher concentration than 1iu to 10units?
I came to the end of my BAC water and had only .8ml left. I usually mix 1ml to 10iu. So the 5iu was in 4ml. Was it a coincidence that the sleep was absolutely amazing at this concentration? The dreams were so vivid and interesting but I can barely remember any details after waking. So Wierd.
It shouldn't make a difference, maybe it was the added Glycine and Mag Glycinate together. Either way, 10/10. Highly recommend.

Thankyou brother 🙏🏻 This Mots-C at night thing really has me thinking today... Just like the GH timing thing and how everyone is different. In my limited experience with Mots-C i would end up quite fatigued by the end of the day on 1-2mg morning doses. But this night time regime has me charged 🤷

Still woke up lighter and lean again on Friday, still nice and full in the look.
I must've burned alot of cals at work after Gym, did 10K steps through the day.

Doing 500mcg of @R&Dpharma Mots-C before bed and my fasted BG is steady as all get out and repeated again at 5.1.

Today I woke up well rested, albeit early because Delta likes to dictate the wakeup time on my days off. I slept really well and woke up lean and pretty keen for the day. So we resettled in the loungeroom where I had my first meal of Chicken and Rice. Probs should've got straight up and walked Delly but I sat on my arse patting Dell and got bloated instead. 🙄 Then after 9, I showered, pinned (including a small mots-c dose) and we went for a walk down the road. Not long into it I felt demotivated and a bit lethargic. Nothing a bit of caffeine couldnt fix I thought, pre should sort it. Off to the gym I go. It didnt...

Listened to the legend @CookieBaah poddy on the road today. Loved it. Nice work brother. I love the pod, but especially enjoy listening to my fellow Aussie Evo Fam.

I ended up yawning and really tired by the time I got into town, found it hard to dig deep, like I couldn't pull anything out, but we do it anyway. I think I've confirmed my preferred Mots-c timing hey. PM pins for that one, here on in.

Had plenty of endurance the entire day today. I really think the evening pins of mots-c are working for me. Felt like the pump was limiting my movement a little bit though today. Might have to find a way to split the scripted 20mg cialis into 5mg...

Thanks @LevButlerov I reckon I'll be heading back to chicken breast again soon as the main protein source. I think I make better progress there and can repeat the results on a budget. Its nice to mix it up every now and then but Chicken breast is the clear winner for me.

I had a tiny bit of lite coconut milk in the curry, like a third of a tin over 2kg of chicken breast, and didnt think to log it.
