After a little personal time away I'm back and ready to start logging again. Coming off a month of not training and missing a lot of meals so I got some making up to do. I've been consistent with the diet and training again so it's time to gear up for summer. Main goal is to lean out back to where I was before and build up some. Basically recomp for a while and see where that takes me.
Current Stack
Test 50mg ED
Oral Winstrol 40mg ED
Deca 50mg per week for my joints
2iu GH pre-bed
2mg TB500 EOD
500mcg BPC ED
The plan is to run the Winny for a month then into some EQ and Mast for the summer. I'll be titrating my test up to 400mg per week and then introduce 200mg of EQ to start. Bloodwork shortly after and adjust from there. Mast will come later in the cycle once I lean back out again. I'm fatter than I've been in decades right now so I got some work to do.
Current weight is 202lbs AM fasted.
Current macros are 330P, 80-100F, 300-350C
Training currently is a PPL Arms 4 day split but I'm going back to my upper biased bro-ish split focusing on primary and secondary muscles each day. I usually run a 5 day split but I'm toying with the idea of treating like a 4 day asymmetric program to have some spare time for summer outdoor activities. We'll see how it goes.
