Also, this was my second with the 150mg deca. I feel like I have noticed some bloating in stomach. Would it be ok to just stop taking it? I was taking it for the left shoulder joint but if it’s causing me to bloat then it’s not worth it lol.
@BrightFuture I would stop the tbol 6 weeks in bro no need to go to 7 weeksYeah I stayed away from tren this first time around for good reason. Shouldn’t really call it a regret because I am doing really well with the test/tbol. You are right it is definitely a marathon. I am super motivated and loving what I am doing now. Hopefully getting rid of the rice will help the stomach area. I definitely see more definition in chest, back, shoulders and arms. Even my triceps are starting to show up. So it’s definitely been awesome! Just want to get this midsection in check. Hopefully the increased cardio helps.
Also I got about 2 weeks left for the tbol. That will be 7 weeks.
Yeah I have read a lot about primo. Definitely one I am interested in. Thoughts on stopping the deca? I definitely am noticing bloat in my stomach. Was looking a lot flatter til I started that. Just for the shoulder issue.@BrightFuture I would stop the tbol 6 weeks in bro no need to go to 7 weeks
you're better off with primobolan than trenbolone for your goals
Will do. Thinking it could also be from too many carbs that’s finally catching up to me. Definitely cutting that out.I wouldn’t worry about the bloating. It’s only temporary. Stay on the deca.
@BrightFuture I dont think you need to stop deca bro, but primo will be the next play in the gameYeah I have read a lot about primo. Definitely one I am interested in. Thoughts on stopping the deca? the bloat is from the carbs bro 100%Will do. Thinking it could also be from too many carbs that’s finally catching up to me. Definitely cutting that out.
Alright nice! Yeah I am still focused and motivated so I will get that stomach under control. Assuming the primo for second cycle? Thinking something like test/primo/anavar later in the year.@BrightFuture I dont think you need to stop deca bro, but primo will be the next play in the game
the bloat is from the carbs bro 100%
@BrightFuture yup 2nd cycle for primo with anavar broAlright nice! Yeah I am still focused and motivated so I will get that stomach under control. Assuming the primo for second cycle? Thinking something like test/primo/anavar later in the year.
So today was leg day and cardio. Did 30 minutes cardio before and after. Today was definitely a modified leg day. I did my 9th injection Monday and it was the first time in my right leg and it was extremely sore. Plan to go back to gym Saturday morning and get a full leg workout in. Details below:
Machine leg extension: 120x20 120x17 105x15 105x13 105x13
Leg press: 260x15 280x20 315x16
Calf raise 215x15 215x15 215x15
Wanted to do a lot more than this. I was feeling great but the leg muscle felt tight. Virgin muscle I guess. Left thigh and glutes barely feel anything anymore. Tomorrow is arm day and plan to do the 30 minutes of cardio before and after. Will go to gym Saturday morning and get a proper leg day in.
Also, I have fasted all day. Only thing I have had is some blackberries, water and a protein shake. Plan to eat my chicken, rice and veggies for dinner. And of course, after Friday, no more rice and will use the rolled oats for my carbs but only in the morning after my workout.
@BrightFuture you're doing well, training hard bro! thats the way to get after itAnd for when I do a proper leg workout on Saturday, the below is what is planned. Plus 30 minutes of cardio before and after.
Hammer strength squat: 5 sets 8-12 reps
Romanian deadlift: 5 sets 10-12 reps
Machine leg press: 5 sets 12-15 reps
Seated leg curl: 5 Sets 12-20 reps
Leg extension: 5 sets 12-20 reps
Calf raise: 5 sets 15-20 reps
For arm day tomorrow:
Lying ez bar tricep extension: 5 sets 12-15 reps
Tricep dips: 5 sets 12-15 reps
Cable tricep pushdown: 5 sets 15-20 reps
Cable bicep curls: 5 sets 15 reps
Dumbbell hammer curls: 5 sets 15-20 reps
Preacher curls: 5 sets 12-15 reps
EZ Bar reverse curls: 5 sets 12-15 reps
Plus 30 minutes cardio before and after. Eliptical most likely but may do stair stepper if leg isn’t too tight.

No way I didn't know you compete in the Midwest! That's awesome that is where I live is in the midwest and where I will be competing when I get to that point in my journey.@BrightFuture I compete on and off in the midwest and have client training.
I re-checked your shape. Well if you dedicate yourself like you are today and stay steady with your logging, 2 years maybe 3 and you can step on stage top 3 to top 5 placing.
training is good i like your level but i want to see MORE cardio and wanting to go to the gym is rock solid
A year is too early but 2 years I think you can do it, EVO family has your back and we support you
we all hit rock bottom at some point, heck I was addicted to Meth smoking that nasty shit broclean and sober for many years thanks to the EVO family here.
You doing great broSo today was leg day and cardio. Did 30 minutes cardio before and after. Today was definitely a modified leg day. Also, it’s been 5 weeks now. Got one more week of the tbol 9 weeks of the test and deca. Maybe my expectations are a little unclear but should I have added more muscle at this point? I got a long way to go and definitely have made big progress, especially on the strength and overall work capacity front. Finding I am capable of doing far more every week that I thought. So plan to keep up this intensity like I have this week. My ability to push harder has dramatically improved. Just not entirely sure what I should be expecting body composition wise at this point. Granted all the carbs probably wasn’t helping but those are gone now.Alright yesterday was arm day and of course cardio before and after. Did quite a few things different to up the intensity and damn felt like my arms were going to fall off by the end! Great workout.
EZ Bar tricep extension: 60x15 60x15 60x15 60x15 60x15
Tricep dip: 140x15 160x15 160x15 180x12 180x11
Tricep pushdown: 80x20 90x20 100x16 100x12 70x25
Cable bicep curl: 80x15 70x15 60x15 70x13 80x12(last 2 sets no rest time just pushed as hard as I could and went slow felt like my biceps were going to explode!)
Dumbbell hammer curl: 25x15 25x15 20x12 20x12 20x12(last 2 sets rest about 15 seconds then then go super slow I could see me veins popping up)
Preacher Curl: 60x10 80x10 40x15 45x12 45x10 (last 2 reps 15 second rest then super slow reps)
EZ Bar Reverse Curl: 30x15 30x15 30x15 30x15
My favorite arm day I have had. On the reverse curls that was my first time doing those. I supersetted them with regular curls. I didn’t count the regular curls just kept going until I couldn’t stand it anymore. Attached some pictures as well. These are immediately post workout and no flexing. Not the greatest pictures not sure you can really see too much.
Bloating seems to be going away so that’s good.
@BrightFuture you're looking good and the meals are cleanAlright yesterday was arm day and of course cardio before and after. Did quite a few things different to up the intensity and damn felt like my arms were going to fall off by the end! Great workout.

muscle takes time and muscle memory is real, I would give it more time until your next cycle broAlso, it’s been 5 weeks now. Got one more week of the tbol 9 weeks of the test and deca. @BrightFuture your wife is an amazing cook bro push itMeal prep attached. Chipotle/bbq/teriyaki chicken and lots of veggies. This is hands down the best tasting meal pre so far. All courtesy of my wife. She knows how to cook!

Yeah I am glad she enjoys cooking!Food looks good
It’s just with barbell bench for some reason. Everything else is fine. It doesn’t hurt it just doesn’t feel right.if your shoulder is giving you troubled and you need to lay off
Definitely be careful on the shoulders. I started back at the gym late last year after 4yrs off and first thing I hurt was my shoulder. I didn't flat bench from December until early April. For me it was rotator cuff...I have done a lot of band in the door exercises day after day, strengthening my shoulder, flat bench will come.be careful on those shoulders doing 100 pounds each
Yeah I am hoping eventually I can do barbell bench without discomfort. I definitely plan to layoff of that for the rest of this cycle before I do some real damage.Definitely be careful on the shoulders. Yeah no powerlifting for me. I would eventually like to do a bodybuilding competition but that’s probably 2-3 years out.Stay away from flat barbell benching unless you have to for a powerlifting comp. I never flat bench. I only did it for a couple years while powerlifting and that is enough for my shoulder. Do Hammer Strength instead.
Awesome job meal preppingMeal prep attached. Chipotle/bbq/teriyaki chicken and lots of veggies. This is hands down the best tasting meal pre so far. All courtesy of my wife. She knows how to cook!
Tomorrow is shoulder day..also known as my favorite day. Crazy because shoulders prior to this cycle was what I hated working the most. Big goal for tomorrow. I have felt stronger on the hammer strength overhead press than I have on the hammer incline chest press. This week I hit 100 pounds per hand on the incline so I should be able to do that or more on the overhead press. So looking forward to that! Plan is below:
Hammer overhead press: 5 sets 15,12,10,8,6
Dumbbell lateral raise: 5 sets 12-15 reps
Hammer strength shrug: 5 sets 15 reps
Machine reverse fly: 5 sets 12-15 reps
Facepulls: 5 sets 15-20 reps
30 minutes cardio before and after.
@BrightFuture you can step on stage soon enough, just stay consistent bro keep goingYeah no powerlifting for me. I would eventually like to do a bodybuilding competition but that’s probably 2-3 years out.
Yeah that’s what I want to do. This first time time around has been a huge learning experience. Especially when it comes to injections.@BrightFuture you can step on stage soon enough, just stay consistent bro keep going
meal share it too
Well swelling has gone down a lot finally. Won’t do something stupid like that again lol. I had a hard time even getting comfortable at home. Bright side is my shoulders are starting to look really beefy and somewhat vascular. Will get some pictures up later.Alright guys so I need some help. I woke up Wednesday morning and my left glute was pretty swollen. So I just did cardio because it hurt to put pressure on it. Same for Thursday. This morning I went to gym with the intention of working out and not just doing cardio but could barely doing anything because I could not put any pressure on it.
It is definitely my fault because I had my wife do both the test and the deca in the same spot. I did this because the left glute and left thigh seem to give me significantly less problems than elsewhere. I definitely won’t inject into the same spot twice again.
With that being said, what needle/syringe brand do you all prefer? Granted I know this time is worse than usual because what I did was dumb. They never hurt going in, I barely even feel it.
Hoping I can get back in the gym tomorrow. Did my test injection yesterday in left thigh and no issues.
@BrightFuture you should use a different injection needle possiblyAlright guys so I need some help. I woke up Wednesday morning and my left glute was pretty swollen. Feels dramatically better today. I have felt terrible mentally the last few days not being able to go to the gym. Will not let that happen again! Will get some good pictures up later today. Here is a pic of the swelling. It looks worse in the picture than in reality. It has gone down a lot more since I took this picture earlier today.
Thank you! Yeah I have been thinking about deadlifts quite a bit and if that is something I need to incorporate.Your back workout looks as good as any as far as the exercises you picked. When you get stronger don’t be afraid to do deadlifts once every two weeks.
@BrightFuture your back and shoulders are growing big time HUGE improvement broLots of pictures to post up! Biggest improvements I have noticed are back and shoulders. I want to get my arms to grow more but that may be something I am going to have to work harder at.
another perfect day you doing it rightTomorrow is chest day!
Hammer incline chest press: 5 sets 15,12,10,8,6
Chest Press: 5 sets 15,12,10,8,6
Incline fly: 5 sets 12-15 reps
Machine Fly: 5 sets 12-15 reps
Machine dips: 4 sets 12-15 reps
Tricep pushdowns: 4 sets 12-15 reps
That’s the plan for tomorrow. No more injection mishaps and no more missed days. Doing test and deca tomorrow. Plan is to draw the test, switch the needle then draw the deca then switch the needle and inject in right ventricular glute. Meal prep is also done.
Hell yea bro. You are making progress for sure. Starting to get done size and cuts. Keep hammering the food bro. Take that protein to 300grams my friendLots of pictures to post up!
