Also, this was my second with the 150mg deca. I feel like I have noticed some bloating in stomach. Would it be ok to just stop taking it? I was taking it for the left shoulder joint but if it’s causing me to bloat then it’s not worth it lol.
 
Yeah I stayed away from tren this first time around for good reason. Shouldn’t really call it a regret because I am doing really well with the test/tbol. You are right it is definitely a marathon. I am super motivated and loving what I am doing now. Hopefully getting rid of the rice will help the stomach area. I definitely see more definition in chest, back, shoulders and arms. Even my triceps are starting to show up. So it’s definitely been awesome! Just want to get this midsection in check. Hopefully the increased cardio helps.

Also I got about 2 weeks left for the tbol. That will be 7 weeks.

Yeah I have read a lot about primo. Definitely one I am interested in. Thoughts on stopping the deca? I definitely am noticing bloat in my stomach. Was looking a lot flatter til I started that. Just for the shoulder issue.

So today was leg day and cardio. Did 30 minutes cardio before and after. Today was definitely a modified leg day. I did my 9th injection Monday and it was the first time in my right leg and it was extremely sore. Plan to go back to gym Saturday morning and get a full leg workout in. Details below:

Machine leg extension: 120x20 120x17 105x15 105x13 105x13
Leg press: 260x15 280x20 315x16
Calf raise 215x15 215x15 215x15

if you want to stop the deca you can but it will take weeks to be out of your system

I re-checked your shape. Well if you dedicate yourself like you are today and stay steady with your logging, 2 years maybe 3 and you can step on stage top 3 to top 5 placing.

Also, it’s been 5 weeks now. Got one more week of the tbol 9 weeks of the test and deca. Maybe my expectations are a little unclear but should I have added more muscle at this point? I got a long way to go and definitely have made big progress, especially on the strength and overall work capacity front. Finding I am capable of doing far more every week that I thought. So plan to keep up this intensity like I have this week. My ability to push harder has dramatically improved. Just not entirely sure what I should be expecting body composition wise at this point. Granted all the carbs probably wasn’t helping but those are gone now.

Today was chest day. For the first time I hit 100 pounds per hand on the incline hammer chest press. Felt incredible! Although I did try to barbell bench again. Gave up after the 3rd set and switched to dumbbell bench because it was irritating my left shoulder.

I really want to be able to barbell bench and it’s driving me crazy that I can’t. I should have known better after the first set. I can get to about 6-7 reps and left shoulder just doesn’t like it. I need to just quit worrying about barbell bench and stick with the hammer strength and dumbbells. Bright side is I did make it to 100 pounds per hand. Also I think this was the first time I hit 10 reps with 80 pounds. It was also the first time I did 90 pounds. So lots of progress happening!

Barbell row has been my favorite back exercise. I gotta say the hammer strength lat pulldown may become my new favorite back exercise. I wish I had been doing it this whole time. Much better than the cable wide grip version. Not sure what the difference is but I definitely feel it much better in my last. Also the weight for these is for each side just like the other hammer strength exercises.

Also did some quick bicep pump work at end before I did cardio.

Definitely be careful on the shoulders. I started back at the gym late last year after 4yrs off and first thing I hurt was my shoulder. I didn't flat bench from December until early April. For me it was rotator cuff...I have done a lot of band in the door exercises day after day, strengthening my shoulder, flat bench will come.

Yeah I am hoping eventually I can do barbell bench without discomfort. I definitely plan to layoff of that for the rest of this cycle before I do some real damage.
 
Tomorrow is shoulder day..also known as my favorite day. Crazy because shoulders prior to this cycle was what I hated working the most. Big goal for tomorrow. I have felt stronger on the hammer strength overhead press than I have on the hammer incline chest press. This week I hit 100 pounds per hand on the incline so I should be able to do that or more on the overhead press. So looking forward to that! Plan is below:

Stay away from flat barbell benching unless you have to for a powerlifting comp. I never flat bench. I only did it for a couple years while powerlifting and that is enough for my shoulder. Do Hammer Strength instead.

This morning I went to gym with the intention of working out and not just doing cardio but could barely doing anything because I could not put any pressure on it.

It is definitely my fault because I had my wife do both the test and the deca in the same spot. I did this because the left glute and left thigh seem to give me significantly less problems than elsewhere. I definitely won’t inject into the same spot twice again.

With that being said, what needle/syringe brand do you all prefer? Granted I know this time is worse than usual because what I did was dumb. They never hurt going in, I barely even feel it.

Hoping I can get back in the gym tomorrow. Did my test injection yesterday in left thigh and no issues.

Well swelling has gone down a lot finally. Won’t do something stupid like that again lol. I had a hard time even getting comfortable at home. Bright side is my shoulders are starting to look really beefy and somewhat vascular. Will get some pictures up later.

Here is a pic of the swelling. It looks worse in the picture than in reality. It has gone down a lot more since I took this picture earlier today.
Feels dramatically better today. I have felt terrible mentally the last few days not being able to go to the gym. Will not let that happen again! Will get some good pictures up later today.
 
Your back workout looks as good as any as far as the exercises you picked. When you get stronger don’t be afraid to do deadlifts once every two weeks.

That’s the plan for tomorrow. No more injection mishaps and no more missed days. Doing test and deca tomorrow. Plan is to draw the test, switch the needle then draw the deca then switch the needle and inject in right ventricular glute. Meal prep is also done.

That’s the plan for tomorrow. No more injection mishaps and no more missed days. Doing test and deca tomorrow. Plan is to draw the test, switch the needle then draw the deca then switch the needle and inject in right ventricular glute. Meal prep is also done.

Lots of pictures to post up! Biggest improvements I have noticed are back and shoulders. I want to get my arms to grow more but that may be something I am going to have to work harder at.

Alright so feeling much better now. Woke up yesterday and felt off almost like I had a cold or something. I think it’s probably related to my testosterone levels being saturated now. Woke up today and felt the same but went to gym anyway. Did chest/back and starting tomorrow routine is back to normal.

After going to gym I definitely feel better. Think my body is trying to adjust to the test levels now. No big deal just can’t let it stop me! Tomorrow is shoulder day which is also still my favorite day!
 
Also forgot to add that I got more N2Guard on the way! Today I had my 13th injection. Did both the testosterone and deca in the same syringe but different needles. Also did it in my right ventricular glute. Didn’t feel a thing.
