So as it stands my goals are to give stage another crack

I get married in august so I’ll be doing a growth phase up until a month or so out, do a little tidy up and get shredded for the wedding then after the wedding and honeymoon are over it’s full steam ahead!!

Didn’t exactly feel the strongest today but still managed to progress with my training even if it was a damn struggle all in all pretty happy with the workout but I feel as though I’m just slightly fatigued a bit from leg day a day ago especially only being on a cruise dose recoverability isn’t what it was just yet but like I said we still managed to progress so that is the main thing have a good day lads

seems like it's coming back into favor
 
Do you generally go to failure on set #1 for each exercise? If so I like that. You don’t have to do as many sets that way in order to exhaust the muscle.
I do a few warm up sets just to get the blood flowing and then yeah it’s straight into it 💪

Have bloods booked for Monday morning to determine when, how long and how heavy we can push this next growth phase!

It was pretty much a full panel blood test I just chose to only upload my test levels! ALT 64, AST 44, LDL 2.5 , HDL 1.0 all pretty damn good only slightly elevated liver enzymes but nothing to be worried about

And in regards to the cardio we have added an extra round of hiit cardio so I’m doing three 6x6 sessions a week of cardio post training and then my job is super labour intense and I’m pretty damn active so it doesn’t take much for me 💪

About time my levels looked good I was concerned when I was on 350 test, 200 mast and 100 tren and only had 1600 free test 😅 I’m fairly certain though I’m one of those outliers who doesn’t respond well to masteron as the entire year I was on it I felt like shit! I just thought it was because of how hard I train but turns out the second I took the mast out I felt amazing so moving forward I think it’s primo for me 💪 stoked to see how my body goes on primo!

@Borristheblade primobolan is it especially as you go into show prep and low cals, you need primo to grow.

Hey lads just thought I’d give an update on my current situation. I’ve recently just broken up with my fionce and been struggling big time with quite a few things. Diet and training has been spasmodic as I haven’t really had a place to call my own. I’m still training and eating as best I can but it really put a spanner in the works to my stage ambitions. I’m working relentlessly hard to find my feet and get back in the horse and am sure in the next few weeks I’ll be back to progressing until then I hope you all can stay patient with me in this time of difficulty!
