Yeah definitely can, I think my delts are a bit overpowering comparing to my chest/back though
 
Reads a lot but when I look again the workout looks great
Do you think there’s a bit too much going on? I personally like sticking with low sets and different variations of stimulation. Not sure on the science behind it but I feel it works well for me personally. As long as I am progressing in each movement I can’t really fault it

Had another solid session today. Really happy with how that went, and overall happy with the week of training in general. Progressing on lifts as usual, decided to throw in a couple different movements today that I haven’t done in a while and they felt great. Will incorporate them in future pull days. Having a full rest day tomorrow and getting stuck into legs on Saturday afternoon. Keen

Yeah 20-30 minutes daily is definitely a game changer in my opinion. I would always gas out first on heavy sets before muscle failure
