Really appreciate that my friend :) in a very comfortable spot I know exactly what to do with my next steps so going to stay at maintenance for a week and have the body recover a bit until we push even further. But progressively leaning out while maintaining weight

How slow a weekly drop u looking at doing? Any idea of what your target stage weight is going to look like?
Every week now I’m starting to get a better gauge of where I think I will be at on stage. From my perspective I believe anywhere from 205-208 I would be dick skin peeled 😂

I think my wife lost too much too fast. She lost like 6 lbs on last 8 weeks. 1 lb per week is about my max before I lose motivation. I am getting burned out. I need this year to e d so I can take a full week away from the gym and maybe swim for a week or two.
 
Would that be flat and dry or carb loaded? I have no idea how people figure what look is best?
I’m predicting that to be as flat as possible weight zero carbs the week prior. I’m playing around now with how I would potentially peak myself before a show. What I found is keeping the carbs stable and slightly increasing for two days and I’m filled out without over spilling but I will keep trying to see what method will give the best results!

This is exactly how I used to program my cuts and would fall off quickly due to de motivation and a lack of enjoyment during training. When the deficit is not as high it’s just easier to stay consistent as well which is the real key here

Pretty low on glycogen pump wasn’t anything special. Took a crack at running after almost a 2 years break. Not completely disappointed didn’t push hard just wanted my body to get used to the motions again. Endurance wise was like riding a bike the stairs really helped me with that. Will be progressively increasing speed and distance through out the week!

I think you got good size, but you could use some leaning.
 
If you can dial in more sleep time, then that will be a big difference here.
Try and get in 7 hours or even 8 hours.
 
Those are some big time weights on the Belt, squats.
