I've done e 63/75 has these past few weeks, managed to train 4 times.
From next week my restaurant is closed and I will just work in the production repartment so 48 has maximum( these ectic weeks happens just in December).
Im happy we started the diet a couple of weeks sooner, I understand that i lost 2 weeks and if we have to go stricter than planned im fine with that.
I'll update you tomorrow morning.
Sorry again for these news, I've done the best I could with the time I had.
Being a Pizza Chef i have to deal with this...

Just copied and pasted what I wrote to my coach, I'll update with the training I've done soon (probably tomorrow).

Finished training yesterday night at 3am cuz I've worked more than usual, currently feverish since I had just a cold yesterday and I trained anyway.
Should be fine soon but today I'll postpone Leg day otherwise they'll have to choose my coffin.
Nonetheless a good week.
 
Photos taken today, still feverish and forgive my stiffness but I can't open up more than that at the moment, had a left nip flare up but it didn't worsened more.

Nausea is way worse imo. I hate being on the verge of puking.
yeah true, then you have to do the deed of throwing up which sucks and hoping it goes away. sometimes it requires 3 or 4 throwups lol.
