Approved Log First ever Log on TRT and Retatrutide

Did not train yesterday, got told by a mate in the morning that had bowel cancer and it cut out and treated to now spread to lungs and liver! Same age and a good mate. I’m not gonna lie I feel useless when all I can do is offer help. It doesn’t help he jokes about it but knows he is fucked. Will get some motivation this afternoon and train and brace for a cyclone 🙄

What does of reta are you running now bro!?
My partner and a friend ran retatrutide and got violently ill throwing up all the time and couldn't get up for days and that was only on 1mg!
I went to 2mg and weight was dropping quick, went back to 1mg. Missus is at 3mg at the moment with both not having any side effect. How much bac water did you reconstitute with?
 
1 ml I'm sure, I've only personally tried retatrutide from mrsarms.is which just gave me a bit of acid reflux every now and then and really cut my appetite down to almost nothing even though I would fast 16/8 which worked quite well!

As for @Sydneycitysupplements retatrutide I know it was the real deal, the level of sides both my partner and my friend got from it was crazy! My friend she had one shot and that was enough for her and my partner just did like a month at 1mg anything more and she was bed ridden!

Yeah I was just waiting on some more needles to turn up to micro dose, she’ll be going back to 2mg she just wanted to see if it had a great affect increasing. @Sydneycitysupplements is sending our next lot in the pre-filled pens which make it so much easier.

Work out for this afternoon (not really happy with myself) just a 5km walk/jog.
Diets been stable/consistent, crave my Tin of salmon and rice everyday lol
It's a long term plan, please update in detail when you in the gym. :D

I’m giving not drink energy drinks another go 😅 and have got diet rite cordial and coffee, hoping with the two I can kick the habit

Then to top it my old man has now been told he has two leaky valves in his heart and an enlarged aorta. So been seeing him aswell then kids on top! Crazy how life can go zero to shit in a couple of days. Will be back at it this week 💪

Still rice and chicken or rice and salmon for lunch and a protein and salad or veg (between corn carrots and greens normally) for dinners.

Update: my dads got a heart specialist appointment next week to discuss operation to repair valves in heart and also I clocks over 70 this month.
My mate with cancer that had a ad reaction with chemo has decided to stop chemo and go with a controversial path with the dewormer medication, thc and cbd oil and a heap of other natural medicines.

Update on myself
Getting sick of rice and chicken or fish, so im compiling a heap of omelette/ quiche meals. Weight is still at 83kg
Only been doing 2km run on training days due to weather/kids/work or my mate.

Try to cut the amount you drink by 1/2 to start.

If you have bad weather, do more burpees for the cardio. :D

Sorry did get any food pics but did get smashed with a nice week of tonsillitis! So made swallowing food very painful.

On the supps side of things before SCS was suspended I got a hgh kit from him and will will running 2iu - mon-fri along with dropping my test to 250mg test e a week and dropping the Reta. I will be start mid May. I’ll be needing to get more hgh at some stage.

First time running GH so any pointers would love to hear 💪
