CPAP will help a LOT! I've had clients change their life after.Just thought I’d give a little life update. In a lot of my previous posts iv mentioned about dealing with fatigue which I thought was due to a harsh diet, however today I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea so I’m barely getting any sleep. Tomorrow I will be getting a CPAP machine which will help me breathe during the night.
That’s what iv been told and im actually shocked the progress iv been able to make while suffering from this. Even more motivated to get this sorted and progress with proper sleepCPAP will help a LOT! I've had clients change their life after.
