Sorry for the lack of updates last few days but there hasn’t been any real
Updates worth noting. Everything is kinda just on hold as I don’t have my off season PEDs from @Liquid Gold Labs yet so don’t want to push the calories or training till we are enhanced. So the last 2 weeks have just been about holding

Any side effects from the growth hormone that you're using?
I usually start getting side effects at that dose.

Plan is 500 400 400 get bloods and assess my e2, then we either up the test or can add NPP
Be interested to see how the bloods read on this. Personally I think E2 would be on the lower side so I’d need to up the test, add in a good amount of NPP or drop the EQ and Primo a bit, but everyone is different.

Same for me. Gainz being so peeled I doubt will be high conversion at all. So can pump the test up haha

depends actually not all respond to NPP the same vs EQ/Primo.

Seated leg curl 3x12
Watson leverage squat 2x8 5pps
Cybex 45 leg press 2x12 6pps
Leg extension 2x12

These are all baseline numbers as blast has started with PEDs. Plan is to get these squat and leg press numbers up each week.

I’m very full and with my test increased and eq added and hopefully primo next week it will stay as my body weight climbs.

Calories only at 4076 on training days and this is a struggle to not eat more. Starving before each meal and even going a little hypo if too long between meals.

Man, the growth hormone dose is really high. If you're getting carpal tunnel, you might want to back it off a little bit for a few days.

Yeah, man for sure not allergies are a real thing.

But if you stop eating them for a long time, you'll be surprised sometimes going back. You won't be allergic anymore.

Just thought I’d give a little life update. In a lot of my previous posts iv mentioned about dealing with fatigue which I thought was due to a harsh diet, however today I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea so I’m barely getting any sleep. Tomorrow I will be getting a CPAP machine which will help me breathe during the night.

CPAP will help a LOT! I've had clients change their life after.
 
That’s what iv been told and im actually shocked the progress iv been able to make while suffering from this. Even more motivated to get this sorted and progress with proper sleep

Quick update have had a few days off the gym at coaches request. Will be back into the gym tomorrow. Been a few days on the CPAP machine and last night was the first night I actually had a good sleep. Only woke up once and got a full 7 hours
