Approved Log Testosterone HGH BPC157- Road to 200kg bench cycle Log

Heavygripper

Team UGL OZ
UGL OZ VIP
EVO Logger
I am starting a new log as I have now dropped to a cruise dose, will continue to log lifts in my quest for a 200kg bench.

PEDs -
300mg test e weekly
2.5iu GH before bed
BPC157 500mcg morning and night
All PEDs by @UGL OZ

Ancillaries -
5mg Tadalafil daily (prescription)
40mg daily (prescription)

46 years old
Body weight 132.9kg yesterday morning
Height 192cm

Training is 3 upper days per week on a bench press specialised program that is followed to the letter. Leg training is not currently programmed but at this point is centred on high bar back squat and Romanian deadlifts as my meat and potatoes, with the usual accessories.
MMA training/sparring twice a week is my cardio.

With @UGL OZ support and a structured program, my previous 3 month block took my bench from a PB of 180kg x 1 to 180kg x 3 and a new PB of 192.5kg.

I must note that I started the block without an appropriate prior deload and suffered some shoulder aggravation as a result, I feel like this had a negative impact on the final outcome of the block as I was unable to push as hard as I would have liked….I am pleased to report that since implementing some BPC157 from @UGL OZ my shoulder is feeling fantastic….I’m kind of like Wolverine from X-men regenerating myself rapidly 😂

I don’t post a lot of photos (but there will be some) as physique improvement is not my goal. I will provide detailed logs of my training, some videos of lifts and my feedback on @UGL OZ product of which I am currently very impressed with, pins smoother than any product I have used recently and certainly has the quickest delivery lead time I have experienced.

2 week deload ahead before kicking off a 13 week block.

Body weight 133.2kg

Bench press
Worked up to a top single of 180kg, playing around with positioning and technique. I tried out a cue of using the uprights to pull myself into position and onto the balls of my feet, really felt an improvement in being able to keep my legs and hips tight…will keep trialling this cue.

Dumbell shoulder press
3x15 30kg

Skull crushers
3x15 15kg

Underhand tricep extension
3x15

Machine row (upper back)

Thank you my bro.
I’ve been doing some deep dives into shoulder health and screening. Will be implementing a lot of rehab and strengthening weak areas I have identified.

@Heavygripper It sounds like you're taking a smart approach with your deload phase and focusing on technique and controlled movements. That's a great way to ensure you're building strength while minimizing the risk of injury.

My current favourite compound (besides test and GH of course) BPC157.

Ordered yesterday from @UGL OZ and it’s waiting for me today when I get home from work this afternoon 🤯 gotta be one of the fastest suppliers around!

@Heavygripper Great job on this.

I like the different leg training and I like the Romanian deadlifts. Very good on point.

Good bodyweight drop, leaning out nicely I bet. Staying strong too.

Nice stack, nothing too heavy. @Heavygripper
You know, I like many others dread dropping to the cruise dose, then we do it, we stop pushing calories real hard and then between the bloat disappearing and less water retention we actually end up looking so much better 😂 and after a few weeks on cruise we feel great on a lot of different levels 😁

Bodyweight 129.9kg

Rehab stuff - lower trap and serratus, Lock Big 3 for shoulders.

Lat pulldown 4x8
Seated row 4x12

129 dropping nicely bro and you able to do pull ups with your size? @Heavygripper

I don’t do them often. It’s been quite a while but at this sort of bodyweight I generally get 8 good ones and they get ugly from there on.

You’ve given me food for thought….ill try some out in the next week or two and report back.

Following along - for the love of god, please don’t overshoot this time 😂

Bank the 200 and then go for more if it’s there!
That will be a central part of the strategy 😂 along with not starting the new block until I’m completely happy with my shoulder.

Tracking well, enjoying all the learning I’m doing about rehab/weak links and excited to implement some form tweaks.

Was meant to be a rest day but went and did an easy leg day, enjoying squatting at the moment. Received a compliment from the bro in the next rack about my depth which was nice.

Will post a squat video in the next week or so that shows the depth I like in a squat.

Taking things very cautiously so as not to re-aggravate my shoulder, also implementing some technique changes which require me to be conservative, felt fucking great to bench today after a few weeks off. @UGL OZ peptides playing a big part in this ❤️

@Heavygripper Nice! Turning a rest day into an "easy" leg day like that shows you're really feeling the squats right now that's awesome when you're genuinely enjoying a main lift.

@Heavygripper nice training man. Keep after it

Body weight 130.7kg - seems to have stabilised post blast.

Lots of prehab stuff prior to lifting.
Lower traps, serratus, rotator and the Lock Big 3 for shoulders.

Shoulder is feeling pretty good, imo this is a combination of more rest than usual, rehab work and the addition of @UGL OZ TB500 to the BPC157 I was using, the synergy took me a bit by surprise….kinda silly not run them both together I now feel, a marked reduction in symptoms since adding it in.

Bench press
Top single - 170kg, felt very smooth, plenty left in the tank.
Back down 140kg 2x6
Close grip 100kg 2x15

Lat pulldown 3x8
Seated row 3x10
Face pull (the stack) 3x15

Rope hammer curl 3x12
Dumbell curl 20kg 3x15
Reverse barbell curl 35kg 3x15

Seated overhead tricep extension (machine) 60kg 3x12
Tricep pulldown 3x12

Still being cautious with load as the shoulder while massively improved is not quite 100% yet, I have my new 12 week program locked in and will pull the trigger very shortly.
