New log! @R&Dpharma

500mgs test e, 350mgs mast p, 350mgs tren a and 20mgs of winny per day which will be swapped out in the near future (TBA)

Starting weight = 119kgs

The main aim of this cycle is to grow but also clean up the body from the bulk portion of my cycle in which I ran test, deca and dbol with a bit of mast towards the end

Been reading other logs for inspiration for mine which is why I didn’t start the log straight up

Quick little review, gear is super clean and super smooth to pin with very minimal pip, did get a bad hit of the tren cough and thought I was going to die 😂
So far I’m 4 pins in and still zero issues

Meal plan is almost complete with all my meal prep getting cooked up tomorrow which will mainly consist of lean beef, kangaroo, chicken and fish with either rice or potatoes for the carbs and mixed veggies!
Pre gym feed today is a rib eye steak and a Greek style salad!

I’ll take some pics at the gym this arvo and get them posted up as well as my routine! Chest and shoulders tonight!

@Ausbbing23 Very nice start to this log, man. That is a hefty cycle for sure. winstrol and tren together might be overkill.

I’ve ran them together before with great results. I’m one of the lucky fucks that gets almost no sides from winny and tren. Most I get is night sweats, random ass dreams and a little indigestion towards the end.

@Ausbbing23 i had bad heaches on it but also it wrecked my hair. and i'm not prone to hair. consider yourself lucky i guess but eventually its likely it will take a bite out of your hair over time

I have a supplement called tonic which is a liver defence sup(I’ll post a pic of it’s ingredients)
International protein superior whey
International protein extreme carbs
Taurine
Triple magnesium to help with sleep and muscle function

More the likely already has man just not to noticeable yet haha. Hair loss doesn’t bother me though so I’m not too stressed about it.
