My shoulders joints are feeling sore. The deca is out of my system. I'm definitely feeling joint soreness or inflammation. Being careful as I proceed.

Took my second dose of Reta 1mg. So 2mg weekly at this point. It may doing something for me. Not sure if I am feeling the appetite suppression. I am fasting today with a 20 hour fast or OMAD. I will do the same tomorrow and Friday. This is due to many schedule change ups this week. It could just be my schedule this week.

Ordered some more Retatrutide, also picked up Cagrilinitide and MOTS-C. Anxious to see how things look. I do change up my cycle this Saturday. Reducing Test and EQ. Adding orals starting on Monday.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Tomorrow, I will go to gym extra early and cut my workout short with my kiddo's graduation later in the afternoon. I am at my lowest weight for 2025.

Reta has been a game changer so far. I have been doing the national shows since 2019. I don't have a problem fasting, my problem is typically when the feeding window opens I binge. It's healthy stuff, but maybe an extra Greek yogurt or more than a handful of nuts, more than a teaspoon of a nut butter, or a protein bar. I'm not doing that with Reta. I don't feel the food noise. No other effects. I do eat when it is time to eat. Maybe a little constipation, but no diarrhea or nausea. No weakness in the gym. Optimized gastric emptying.

I'm just anxious to see what I can do given this level of restraint. Much easier to suffer. Does not even feel like you are suffering at least so far.
I'm just very impressed so far.

Semaglutide has been blessing! Not familiar with reta but I love the effects glp. I only have the heartburn likely the slower gut and digestion. But does make it like your not even dieting. Feels like Cheating whole in the deficit. No cravings smaller appetite have to force the food to a degree. Hopefully it’s helpful for the most part for you in the long run. I hate feeling hungry! Fasting may help some with that. A chest meal once a week. But Semaglutide so much better. Kept up the grind. You’re gonna peak just right this time. Congrats on graduating your kiddo! 💪🌸🙏🏻🎉

So are u gonna try glp1 for the show as well or still incorporate something like clen or diuretics ? I thought for myself something like glip1 with gw only see what i can achieve for a look.

I'm already using Retatrutide. It is working magnificently so far. I do plan to add the usuals starting on Monday, clen, t3, cardarine. I do low dose. I want avoid diuretics altogether.

So far Reta has been absolutely amazing. Game changer for me at least so far. Only 2 weeks in.

I am thinking about adding T3 to my cycle shortly. Is 25mcg too much or should I go 12.5mcg?

Retatrutide is one of the best for contest prep broly and i love this OMAD and fasting you doing

Same approach i have as wekl avoiding diuretics nasty nasty drugs, that is awesome at some point i need to give reta a go and see.

I'll do 50mcg ED. It usually comes in 50mcg tabs.

It does mess up your T3 and T4 numbers while on cycle.
Your T3 will be higher and your T4 will be lower. You can do T4 as it is suppose to convert to T3.
I have seen my number go back to reference range after cycle.

I usually wait 4 to 5 weeks before show date for orals as I rely more on the anabolics. Closer to the show, more of kitchen sink approach.
I've done the orals before so I know how my body reacts. Also I do low dosages. Basically single pills ED.

I feel like diuretics helps you make weight, does give you a lean look but a stringy swimmer look. Not ideal for a physique competition. I think you should be in the weight range before the show and just dry out the evening of the show. The other manipulation creates a flat look.

This week has been hectic due to the kiddo graduation. All done. Watched her walk across the stage and collect her diploma. Proud dad.

I can get back to normal schedule starting tomorrow. I'm anxious to see how the reta works as I get back to a normal routine. I do plan on doing the OMAD/20 hour fast on M/W/F as I want to keep pushing the fat loss. The scale is moving. Just have to keep it moving. I can see the conditioning coming in.

I feel like the drop in Test/Eq should start drying me out some more as well.

My shoulder joints have become sore since last Sunday. Might be the Deca or BPC 157 working its way out of my system. Not sure, had no problems till last week. Only seems to be that muscle group. Everything else full steam ahead. Instead of doing 2 plates today, I just did 2 quarters with the same volume.

Did not have a BM today. I think I did not eat enough yesterday. It was abnormal pattern due to the kiddo graduation. I also felt less rested working around the event. Had my usual meal and food volume this evening. Hopefully returns to normal tomorrow. Also woke up very flat and small.

Starting week 3 of Retatrutide. Going to keep at 2mg weekly for now. Also doing SLU-PP332 250mcg. Seems to be working great so far.
Will do the OMAD fast M/W/F this week. Also starting my low dosage orals tomorrow.

Clen/T3/Anavar/Cardarine/Winstrol

Will try to get some pictures at some point. This week should be back to normal. Suppose to rain tomorrow, looking to make sure I get my walk in.
 
It will be interesting to see how I respond without deca in my cycle. I also think I am not going to push my bench so hard and concentrate more on my deadlift and squat to give me big numbers.
If you end up having trenbolone there, it will be better lifts :D

You stopped BPC completely? @PrinceDaddy
and winstrol is going to dry up the joints, you should be on BPC/tb regular.

I think I will order BPC-157 with my next peptide order. I have usually only used on prep. Especially on the bulk or strength side of the cycle.

@PrinceDaddy yeah this reta stuff is amazing huh? easily the best fat loss drug every invented and it isn't even close.
 
Be careful with muscle loss. The first time I used sema I lost a ton of muscle because I wasn't eating protein frequently enough. I figure I lost half muscle half fat my first go around when I lost 20 lbs in a month. This go around I figure I am sideways on muscle loss because I learned from past mistakes. My wife has actually gained muscle while losing fat while on sema.

With the shoulder issue, still taking it easy on my upper body presses. Good work out today. Seem to have high energy just being careful.
Today is a fasting day, so I am eating my meal as I type this.

Yesterday was not a fasting day. I ate my usual non fasting volume. It was hard to do. I almost felt like I was force feeding or over full. Weight held steady. The reta is amazing. I ordered a heart rate monitor, I'm wondering if my HR is elevated with the orals, SLU-PP332. I don't feel like my heart is racing. But I did measure 79 while at rest. I should have it on Monday.

My body is feeling tighter, I still have fat on the belly, lower back, and glutes but the conditioning is coming in everywhere else. Not fasting tomorrow, but would like my fullness to be smoother so less food but just paced. Friday will be the next fasting day. Looking to see my weight drop below 180. I am still doing the cardio and steps.

Received my cargiltude and mots-c. Going to wait till I stall before adding other items.

Noticing that afternoon nap seems to be gone. I'll be on my computer and just start feeling like I need to doze off. I'll go lay down, and it just not happening. I get to about 8:30 in the evening, and I'm just ready to go down.

Tomorrow is a fasting day. I will for sure be fasting M/W/F. I would like to be under 180 soon. I scheduled blood work for June 20. Thinking I will do the 36 hour fast leading into this bloodwork.

This is the first week of the orals and reduced injectables. I would expect to harden up over the next few weeks. 600mg Test is going to make me watery. This week 400, next week 400, then thinking 300 the rest of the way, maybe 200?

I'm hopijng the Reta helps me melt the remaining fat. So far it is working and the conditioning is coming in.
I will keep doing the MWF OMAD 20 hour fast. On June 19 I will start the 36 hour fast.

Got back to pressing 225 this week. Lost a few reps, but glad to get back the weight. Felt like I was dragging today. Had my drink leak in my bag. So, just grind it out day. My conditioning is coming in. People notice and comment. I still have fat to burn in the belly/glutes/lower back.
I'm anxious to see it come in.

Will continue M/W/F fasting or OMAD this week. 36 hour fast will be June 18.

@PrinceDaddy you look great, abs tight and arms big, legs growing, have to work on the shoulders and arms, and cut the squats.
Weight drop is amazing 179, I think 174 is your weight maybe 170 dry.

i'm getting similar results on reta. steady weight drop. what is cool about it is that my flexiblity and mobility has improved a lot with this weight drop. its like it is taking fat off of all areas of my body nicely. the fasting i am doing just like you is turbo charging it too

@PrinceDaddy I love how you laid out your weight changes day by day. It just shows that every day. Water weight can definitely fluctuate. Also depends on how much you go to the bathroom.

@stevesmi I feel like it improves insulin sensitivity. With insulin resistance, more glucose in the blood stream maybe stored in the fat cells. Instead the muscle tissue gets the glucose and you work outs are still full of burst and energy.

I think it makes a lot of sense to try and get as lean as possible. Everyone, these days going on stage is extremely ripped.

I will keep doing the MWF OMAD 20 hour fast. On June 19 I will start the 36 hour fast.
bros reta should help you for sure. but 1mg a low dose. might want to get dose higher to 2-4mgs even

What do you attribute, the large weight changes day by day? Is it water retention? Or is it because you're not going to the bathroom?
 
@stevesmi I feel like it improves insulin sensitivity. With insulin resistance, more glucose in the blood stream maybe stored in the fat cells. Instead the muscle tissue gets the glucose and you work outs are still full of burst and energy.

Another fasting day in the books. Opened my OMAD window with some watermelon. Trying to stay hydrated with Texas weather warming up.
I'm wearing my waist trainer, feel really tight today. Not sure if I just over did it. Weight did not move much today. I am a little constipated.
Had a BM Saturday evening, then one this morning, but it was minimal relative to my food volume. I don't feel bloated. Just not having the expected release. I am still on the fiber as well.

I guess 2 tabs of 1.5 grams (fasting and non fasting)
and in powder form 5 grams twice on non fasting days. Once on fasting days.
Grams, that's a different story. :P I would take every day at least 15 grams psyllium husk powder to clear the gut, it will make you tighter for the show. @PrinceDaddy

No fasting today, however appetite is low. So just making a blended protein shake in the afternoon. Did get a BM at the gym this morning. Hoping today's food volume brings a normal BM in the AM. Tomorrow is back to fasting OMAD. Starting to do ab checks at the gym. Nice to pull up the shirt and see the definition coming in. I really want to see the belly button ab line.

Resting HR is definitely up. On the cardio machine, I was about 100-110. Sitting in front of my computer, I'm around 80.
Waist trainer feels super tight later in the day as I drink fluids and eat.

Another cool day in Texas, at least this morning. It is 90 now. No fasting today. My schedule is basically M/W/F/S/S OMAD fasting. Tuesday and Thursday are non fasting days. Although with the Reta, I'm noticing much less grazing or snacking. Almost have to force myself to eat.

My conditioning is coming in. Chest striations are showing up. Core is much stronger. Still have fat in the lower belly, lower back fat and glutes. I really want to see those areas come in. I know I have seen some detail when dry, but have still had fat to lose. I'm anxious to see how it comes in over the next few weeks.

I am posing more in the mirror now, I like what I see but I am not done.
