Thanks brother yeah mate getting back on stage next year is definitely the plan!
Have been wanting to for a while again now but stars haven't aligned with life getting in the way

Weight fluctuating between 92-93kgs first thing in the morning fasted so about the same as last update
Feeling great in the gym
A little hungrier due to being on lower calories than I'm used to but I'm slowly but surely tightening up
Abs are sharper and my hips have come in a bit which are both problem areas for me
Abs are starting to come in very nicely

This week went well gym sessions were solid and body weights holding about the same as low as 92kg some mornings others around 93kg
I'll see how it goes for another week before potentially dropping the cals or increasing my cardio to keep getting leaner
Lower back is always my last area to tighten up so once the love handles are gone I'll be happy and be able to transition into a lean gaining phase which I can't wait for

Yesterdays back workout:
Lat pulldown 93 kg for 10 reps
Chin ups 15 reps
Plate loaded one arm row 50kg per side 8 reps
Seated row 93kg for 9 reps
Rear delt fly 79kg for 10 reps
Shrugs with 25kg plates x 20 reps

For the first time since my last growth phase strength dropped ever so slightly on the lat pulldown and seated row so I reduced weight to maintain tight form
I'm a few KGS lighter now and its enough to notice my leverage and stability isn't as great especially when lifting weights above my own bodyweight
As a plus I'm getting more reps on chin ups than I have in a while due to being a bit lighter as well
So I'll take the good with the bad 🙂

New low weight of 91.6kg
I was going to go down as far as 90kg
But I'm itching to start growing and I'm reasonably happy with how I look so I'll think on it over the weekend and decide what my next move is
Overall quite happy with how this cruise has gone
I've maintained most if not all of my lean mass, lost minimal strength, and dropped about 3.5kg which has resulted in me looking much tighter around the midsection with much more visible abs compared to when I started this phase

Okay so I'm giving in to the temptation and going to start growing again a little earlier than planned
Will be keeping this one as tight as possible
Very subtle changes to begin as I don't like violent adjustments

@Gains Man going is a good move :D you're already big, but a nice recomp would work well. Slowly tapering up.

I'm pretty frustrated and upset to have to announce this but I got bloods back that I had drawn last week to make sure all was good for the growth phase I had just decided to start (I'll admit my excitement to grow got the better of me and I probably rushed into this) and to my surprise my hct and hemoglobin have crept up to levels that although are not critical need to be brought down ASAP
My liver values are also elevated
Other than that all is good and my hormones came back excellent on @UGL OZ test which is no surprise as everything he has is top quality
Testosterone came back at 60nmol which is double the top of the reference range on only 250mg test
Health comes first so until these issues are sorted (hopefully only a month or two) I'll be putting the growth phase on hold and dropping down to true trt 150mg and just focusing on maintenance but I'll be back as soon as i can 🙂

Donate some blood and stay away from orals while taking my liver supps and I'll get bloods done again probably end of next month and if they're all good then which I assume they will be its go time

100 percent, also i know you probs know this one but ive seen it happens so many times even done it myself a few times, something like being underhydrated can overly skew your numbers, ive had so many people think fasted meant no water too and then it skews it hard haha

I was well hydrated I had these done so my levels are genuinely not ideal
Especially for going into a growth phase where PEDs will be higher and will only make that worse

yeah nah i didnt mean you i know you know your shit haha was just hoping maybe it was an off one, yeah easy fix though then you can blast off for growth phase anyway, better to be safe than sorry especially in this game! all the best mate!
 
You can clean out the liver here IMO ALT/AST even if you train you can detox it to get that clean. @Gains Man testosterone levels look amazing, Love the e2 also in range :D haemoglobin no issues imo its not that high.

Cardio is still just a minimum 30 minute walk with my dogs every day as I try to do this year round
Sessions are okay too just trying to hold everything where it is for now until I can start this blast
Hoping for start of September pending bloodwork :)
