Approved Log My Testosterone, Proviron, and HGH cruise Log

Just got back from smashing arms tonight! Workout looked like this:
Drag Curls 15kg each side x 10
Incline Hammer Curls 17.5kg each arm x 9
Cable Curls 31kg x 12
One arm overhead extensions 15kg x 10
Back supported rope pushdowns: 26kg x 12
Dip Machine 108kg (full stack) x 12

Quads focused Leg session:
Leg extensions 108kg (full stack) for 8 reps
Single Leg press 108kg for 10 reps
Hack squats 2 plates for 6 reps (was fatigued from the previous exercises and I go ass to grass on these)
Hip adductor 50kg x 15
Hip abductor 50kg x 15
Single leg calf raises
20 reps each side bodyweight
 
Quads focused Leg session:

Weight currently still holding at just under 92kg fasted
To finish off the cut and tighten up just a little bit more I will be dropping my fats slightly this time from 100g to 90g
So new macros will be
250 protein
200 carbs
90 fats
