This wont work, you need at last 1-2 grams of potassium and sodium per day, you would need about 3-4 bottles of that. You should get powder electrolytes, it's cheaper. @Grumpy

Thanks @LevButlerov but honestly I only eat my same meals of my meal plan 7 days a week, I really don’t like to change the macros or ingredients - only the way I prep them.

The man right here has killer food and variatiry 🙏 I’m a bit more of a robot with my food 😂🤖

Will be back to it in the next few weeks
Was really lucky to survive lost a shit load of muscle and weight 18.5kg

Bit of an update back on sports trt dose to get things going again as well as hgh to help healing hopefully back training very soon

Got the go ahead to start training from the doctor today but will be a light start rehabilitation building up muscle for a few weeks before really getting into it
Excited to get back to training

Yer agree just running test atm will add others back 6 to 8 weeks
 
After attempting to eat hospital food for that long terrible definitely getting some good meals in now
Hospital food shouldn't be called food! lol

Fair enough can leave garlic out
if you can tolerate it then keep it. but try not eating garlic, onions or other high fodmap food for a few weeks and see if you notice any changes then you will know
