Any tips for getting through the pain it feels like my thumb is going to tear off with only 400 lbs.
Sorry no brother. I have been using it for about 15 years now and it takes time to get used to it. I squeeze really hard initially and this helps reduce the pull on the joint, but still takes time. Worth it though.

bro that a hell of a way to get drunk. same thing happened to son. he was shootin out back while on hooch and recoil on gun snapped back and tore his entire arm. was hanging lol. we call ambulance and took them 3 hours to get here off dirt road

I was asked by the surgeon who did my bicep tendon operation. To do a study on the long term repair. So they'll do xrays and other scans on the repair. And also how much movement i have.

I was asked by the surgeon who did my bicep tendon operation. To do a study on the long term repair. So they'll do xrays and other scans on the repair. And also how much movement i have.
Usually, when the rehab is done well, it will be stronger than before. After all, the tendon is screwed to the bone now 😆

Just following surgeon’s directive - cannot start actual loading phase of rehab until 6 weeks post op. The tendon is stitched to a toggle-loc button screwed into the bone and the risk of popping it off the stitches is very high in the first six weeks.

Training is at a moderate intensity so the body doesn’t prioritise recovery over tendon healing.
