I would like to vouch for @kiwibulk . after SYNTAX stopped selling i found kiwibulk and he always has come through for me. He's got some really good stuff most of the time and unlike alot of vendors that have popped up here in the last year, he doesnt try to charge out the gate prices

Thanks brother - I followed your advice and marked it out with my phones front camera, then used the one inch needle and quickly stabbed it in all the way, anchored it with light pressure and had full control of the plunger WHILE also holding it straight without jiggling.

Maybe I'll try go slightly lower next time, but I think I'm getting close. Thanks for your help bro, I appreciate it :)

we need to cut this down as of today to around 3000mgs of sodium/day considering you're doing 20k steps

Can I weigh it instead to figure out roughly how much? It's Himalayan pink salt and some sort of rock salt I mixed together.

yes that's a tablespoon, teaspoon is 4-5 grams lower your intake to 1/3 tablespoon per day @vanlife_gymbum

That's the smallest spoon available in my country but I should sit down and figure this out properly, maybe only use salt on food. I don't think I'm using much especially since there's little salt already in my diet. I used to specifically put it on meat while I was carnivore to make up for the reduction. Might need a better scale though. They sell crack scales at all the cover stores but they're $30, those go from 0.1 to 5g. Mine days 1g minimum but I don't think it'll be acute enough for this

Looks like a medium tablespoon yes you need 1/4th of that per day in salt, please modify.

I would have a quarter of that just sprinkled on rice but I haven't really been eating - 100% of what I've eaten has been in pics here, except I had that bag of frozen bits of fruit I bought for the cooler box in shakes the other day too. So no external salt except maybe tuna but been a couple of weeks since I had that too.
 
I've moved from cigarettes to vaping and now to zyn's (nicotine pouches) has been working well for me, I've got boxes of it if you want me to send you a tin to try rather than maxing out nicotine patches, they are non-carcinogenic due to not being inhaled/burnt (fully legal to import just not to sell in NZ, so hard to find here but easy to buy from overseas). Also recently connected with a guy who has the American style weed vape pens in NZ they are just oils not actual plant, fairly cost efficient if you want me to put you in touch. I don't smoke myself but I've gotten them for friends and they say they are easy to deal with and yum.

Gonna drop am update tomorrow, I've taken notes and photos of all my pins and shakes this week, and gym sessions

But to answer yours and @waggat question I'm honestly not noticing anything from the turinabol yet, think I'm on day 12 for that. I'm thinking I need to start pushing it more cardio wise. I have some options for that atcually.

But I did notice its harder to piss around the same time as I started proviron, been meaning to look into that.

If you’re thinking you’re having prostate inflammation from it I would stop it right away. I used to get it and it sucks. I don’t get it anymore and I don’t know why but my PSA on my blood tests have been good. I used to get a lot of prostate issues when I was natty and drank a lot

I think it's either turinabol or proviron causing it - I used to get these issues from speed and mdma and those kind of drugs and it doesn't seem to be a problem in the morning or until I take those oral steriods. Should I just stop both of those and see what happens?

Idk much about turinabol, but unless you’re having severe issues I B would stop proviron first because it does the least and is the most likely culprit

I find it similar to cardarine
You may not 'feel' tbol like you do anavar ect but you will be breezing through cardio and extra reps here n there.
It also has a slight cosmetic i get really sharp capped out shoulders

Tbol, mots c, l-carnitine be a 🔥 of and endurance combination.

Its funny i only think i have ever felt 'on' twice since using any gear. Most the time it just works in the backround and you dont realise until you think about it as in, noticing pumps are a little bigger, strength moving up quickly through the weeks and paying attention to sense of well being.

Funny you should mention that, I was atcually going to get GW Cardirine when I thought I couldn't get turinabol.. still keen to try it.

There's a lot of @stevesmi ideas in my stack design, and @LevButlerov thinking on ratios and dosages. I personally would have been tempted to blow off all this research and just taken Anadrol and eaten KFC and hoped for the best but I'm now glad I didn't go that way 😂 spring just started and it's gonna be a long time until winter again and I want to make the most of being active outside.

All through the podcast @stevesmi talks about how he loves equipoise and turinabol and the reasons make it seem perfect for where I'm at, at this time of year, eating this way but I will say that this is my first time with any oral so I have nothing to compare it to yet.

What I was alluding to in my reply to @Eddie Haskell was one of my friend's mrs wants to get into roller skating and bought some fancy skates like mine and I agreed to take her, I was thinking of trying to get on the same beginner's course as I did last year. That was one two hour class a week but it was so fucking intense I nearly spewed he first month or so. I got noticeable fitter in those 12 weeks. My lazy girlfriend at the time who I originally went to support after she seen some girl power movie where a nerdy girl becomes a badass via roller derby dropped out on week five and I kept going. She lent me the money to buy fancy skates and I paid her back before the course finished and it got awkward after she dropped out 😂

Why I brought that up is that's how I got to my cardio limit. I don't think I have it in me to go that hard just under my own direction. Getting your ass kicked by girls who are yelling at you and calling you a pussy really lets you dig deep and do a bit more 🤣

I have noticed more veins in general though! Started when I was just doing testosterone but continues... I thought I'd hate it but it's atcually not looking to bad. Got that imagine of Nick Walkers legs in my head, that look would not do well on Tinder..

Sorry bro meant to add an answer to this in my other reply. I've beem taking 40mg a day and on day 12 or 13 now. I do 20mg when I wake up and 10mg in the afternoon and 10mg in the evening but there's been a couple of days I forgot this.

I was hoping to time it two or three hours before the gym but that hasn't really worked out. Sometimes I would have been to the gym two or three hours after the morning 20mg dose tho.

But just before I started logging I quit vaping and my water consumption just dropped off completely. My body used to tell me to drink water all the time but doesn't anymore so I need to setup my watch to remind me, I think that might help.

Ok thanks for the info, i was doing it all in one go 40mg about 1.15hr before gym, or if I wanted it to kick in faster sublingul 20 mins before hand. It is super mild but turned into an endurance pig.

I definitely notice the days i dont drink enough. Funny though always smashing water at work but when im home im the same mate its like i forget to drink any lol

I don’t think 99.99 percent of people have to worry about that. My lower legs do actually have lumpy veins and I think it could get out of hand but I’m not worried because I’m not doing 1/10th of what nick walker does

I had one thing to do this week so naturally
it ruined my entire life. I swear I used to get more done in a lunch hour than an entire week on the dole.

But I got all my testosterone, equipoise and retatrutide pins done, lifted four times, bought some weed on Tuesday and have been sleeping like a baby since. You may recall I've only been averaging 5 hours when I used to average 9. That's because I was spending all my money on protien and steriods and didn't have any left for weed to make me sleep.

The trend has reversed so well that two nights I couldn't even be assed charging my watching to monitor my sleep and just went to sleep unmonitored:

I feel much better. That 9 hour sleep I woke up with that feeling I'd overslept but on the whole things are looking up.

After talking with @LevButlerov and @toddthelineman about it I'm going to pause taking Proviron and Turinabol for now while I recalibrate and hopefully start pissing without too much effort again. I probably won't resume those at all this cycle but if I come right I still plan to take anavar near the end.

I am changing things a little bit with my testosterone tho and going to try Test P. I have no problem with pinning enanthate every day and think it's fine to do that but I want to experiment with them and am especially interested since @Mobster says enanthate doesn't have the same affect on him as it does others and want to see if I can notice a difference.

My favorute UGL @AuStarLabs just last week joined us on Evo which I'm stoked about and celebrated by pinning a 100mgs of their Test P into my leg as soon as I got it at 08:01am this morning.

Monday was Equipoise pin day and got the @SWOLENZ ampules out. I've come to love pinning these. The ampules are awesome and I get the big drawing tips out so I can suck the entire amuple load of Equipoise into the rig in one pull

Went back to the left quad. I woke up to a podcast episode playing the other day, no idea which one but @stevesmi says his right quad doesn't like to be pinned but left one is fine. This is the same as with my legs. I thought it was because of doing it with the wrong hand or reaching around, I've tried a few ways, but maybe that's just how it is.

Weight loss slowed a bit but the days I ate and drank extra shakes I was up over 76 again before it dropped again. Definitely didn't eat anywhere near 5kg worth of anything. I had a pot of rice and maybe 5 bits of fruit the whole week.

Had two days off last weekend as I had to do stuff on the ship but got back in the swing of things on Tuesday and had a good workout aiming to do pulldowns and rows. I got crazy DOMS from this that lasted a few days:

Lat pull down

23kg x 12 light for warmup
27kg x 12 still light
32kg x 12 still light only 30 secs rest
41kg x 30 to see how much I could do, maybe 5 rir
50kg x 12 skipped 46kg - was hard, 2 rir
54kg x 8 maybe 2 rir

Nautilus Row Machine

27kg x 12 1 rir, arms are burning after :)

32kg x 12 to failure - grunted in a girls a meter from me's direction pretty blatantly but she was doing weight stuff too

Ab Cruncher

23kg x 40 spaced me out and was near failure

Assisted Pull-ups

Bar squats plus 5kg

10kg x 12 street-shitter low, felt amazing after
10kg x 12 felt a bit spaced out, need rest

Biceps Curl Machine

36kg x 12 and done

He talks about using Hammer Strength machines in particular

They have plate loaded Hammer Strength machines on one side of the big gym I came to today for Heavy Leg Day as there's way more machines than the fancy R18 Nautilus Gym including a lying leg curl, Hammer Strength hacksquat and my preferred type of leg press, the one that could fall and crush you opposed to the one you could just get up and out of they have in the pin loaded Startrack section. I'll write out the rest of leg day tomorrow, it went very well.

Also want to do 100 on the Captins Chair. Did it in 40 40 20 the other day. The last 20 was insanely hard.

Then there were two days where I got up to train at 04:30 AM when my brother in law trains. It was cool being up at that time but my body didn't function. Couldn't even get through the warmup properly and could only manage 5 minutes on the stairmaster and it was difficult straight off the bat.

It usually doesn't get hard until after 5 minutes at least and only a few times I've counted down the time until ten minutes was up, this time I was doing it for 5 after deciding I'd give up half way through

The gym was also packed. I usually do this routine when I'm being lazy but this time it was the only things easily available. Did this both days:

Biceps Curl Machine

32kg x 12
32kg x 12
41kg x 8 to failure

Nautilus Chest Press

32kg x 12 hard but manageable
32kg x 12 0.5 rir

He talks about using Hammer Strength machines in particular

They have plate loaded Hammer Strength machines on one side of the big gym I came to today for Heavy Leg Day as there's way more machines than the fancy R18 Nautilus Gym including a lying leg curl, Hammer Strength hacksquat and my preferred type of leg press, the one that could fall and crush you opposed to the one you could just get up and out of they have in the pin loaded Startrack section. I'll write out the rest of leg day tomorrow, it went very well.

Also want to do 100 on the Captins Chair. Did it in 40 40 20 the other day. The last 20 was insanely hard.

Then there were two days where I got up to train at 04:30 AM when my brother in law trains. It was cool being up at that time but my body didn't function. Couldn't even get through the warmup properly and could only manage 5 minutes on the stairmaster and it was difficult straight off the bat.

It usually doesn't get hard until after 5 minutes at least and only a few times I've counted down the time until ten minutes was up, this time I was doing it for 5 after deciding I'd give up half way through

The gym was also packed. I usually do this routine when I'm being lazy but this time it was the only things easily available. Did this both days:

Biceps Curl Machine

32kg x 12
32kg x 12
41kg x 8 to failure

Nautilus Chest Press

32kg x 12 hard but manageable
32kg x 12 0.5 rir

If the pee problems persist I would consider lowering the doses on everything and I would not feel bad about it at all. You will still make excellent progress. Lower, longer cycles definitely worked for me, even if it wasn’t the perfect thing to do

Be Day 20 since my first eq shot, and due again tomorrow which will be my 4th 250mg ampule.

I think it'll be better having less variables. I wasent really expecting to "feel" anything from the proviron but maybe expected something from the turinabol for all the fuss it's caused in the world 😂 still happy I've done it, now I can try pick up one of those whacky nerd chicks that knows everything about the KGB.

I'll go back through my notes but I felt there was a good reason to add the proviron to do with esteogen management but still 250mg of eq is a decent dose from what I can tell, and hopefully helps me with the 500mg of testosterone which I haven't forgotten about or anything haha.

I've been going to the same shisha cafe every sunday for the past month and seem to always be writing a message to you while I'm here :)

It hasn't been a huge increase in anything but im dieting and pushing hard so its definitely helping me with cardio and endurance side of things
Bloodwork in a few days when home
I get bloods every 3 weeks to keep an eye on everything
If all well I will continue the low dose oral run home
Ive got anavar at home enough for 20mg for 2 weeks
If anything this will be a plan to tighten up as much as possible at the tail end
Will also ramp the mast e to 450 for the last 2 weeks

Taking it at night seems to get past most of the increased hunger some people get or maybe at 10mg it's not so bad.

But I got all my testosterone, equipoise and retatrutide pins done, lifted four times, bought some weed on Tuesday and have been sleeping like a baby since. You may recall I've only been averaging 5 hours when I used to average 9. That's because I was spending all my money on protien and steriods and didn't have any left for weed to make me sleep.

The trend has reversed so well that two nights I couldn't even be assed charging my watching to monitor my sleep and just went to sleep unmonitored:

I feel much better. That 9 hour sleep I woke up with that feeling I'd overslept but on the whole things are looking up.

After talking with @LevButlerov and @toddthelineman about it I'm going to pause taking Proviron and Turinabol for now while I recalibrate and hopefully start pissing without too much effort again. I probably won't resume those at all this cycle but if I come right I still plan to take anavar near the end.

I am changing things a little bit with my testosterone tho and going to try Test P. I have no problem with pinning enanthate every day and think it's fine to do that but I want to experiment with them and am especially interested since @Mobster says enanthate doesn't have the same affect on him as it does others and want to see if I can notice a difference.

My favorute UGL @AuStarLabs just last week joined us on Evo which I'm stoked about and celebrated by pinning a 100mgs of their Test P into my leg as soon as I got it at 08:01am this morning.

Went back to the left quad. I woke up to a podcast episode playing the other day, no idea which one but @stevesmi says his right quad doesn't like to be pinned but left one is fine. This is the same as with my legs. I thought it was because of doing it with the wrong hand or reaching around, I've tried a few ways, but maybe that's just how it is.

Weight loss slowed a bit but the days I ate and drank extra shakes I was up over 76 again before it dropped again. Definitely didn't eat anywhere near 5kg worth of anything. I had a pot of rice and maybe 5 bits of fruit the whole week.

ad two days off last weekend as I had to do stuff on the ship but got back in the swing of things on Tuesday and had a good workout aiming to do pulldowns and rows. I got crazy DOMS from this that lasted a few days:

Seems okay this morning! Apparently turinabol has a longish half life but over 30 hours since last 20mg dose.

test prop is a good test to use, propionate a bit painful on the pip but good to try.

I heard that from a few places and was expecting it.. that's one reason I decided to pin a ml this morning. I did concentrate and kept it nice and straight and depressed the plunger smoothly over 20-30 seconds, and that was 3 hours ago and didn't hurt at all.

I don't get pain from @AuStarLabs Test E either. Quite likely they have a secret formula, they're pretty skilled at making test :)

I'm excited about it. I love testosterone enanthate of course but have been looking forward to experimenting with different esters :)

Definitely man - I hit delts on the day with no photo but do it less than the rest - I spent a couple of days getting the glute shot down using the diagram from @waggat the other day. Think I've got that going nicely now.

What should I try? When you say arms you mean just delts? I could also try the lat shots you guys were telling me about last week, I'd have to look that up coz I can't really envision it 😆

So right quad and left delt and either side glute I think I'm getting to a reasonable proficiency with.. I'll try take some short video clips so you can evaluate my technique

Ah yeah shit I knew I forgot something... I wrote it in as it is right next to the Nautilus Row machine but it's also right behind where the squat rack thing is, looking over it, and I noticed whenever there's a girl isong the squat cage there's always a guy there "just doing pull ups" and I never got a chance to use it before I was too knackered to try.

It's one thing on my list to make a proper progression plan with. Pull-ups and high rep squats. I've been putting a 5kg plate either side and do agree with the guys who say they need that for stability, it does make a difference so I can as well do it.

I'm getting close to having a proper written schedule/plan :)

pull ups and push ups both need progression, make that #1 to get to steady pull ups and push ups with planks to work the core
adding high rep squats is a big bonus too :D

With your cycle, you are probably holding significant water/glycogen in your muscles. I’ll bet you could try to hold your weight steady and just keep getting leaner and leaner. Possibly, it would work even better!

It took a couple days for me to notice mk, and I started taking it in the morning and then on like the second day it hit me like a truck. The hunger, the fullness, the sleep. I had to back off, but then I felt sensitized and I absolutely can tell when I take it or if I miss taking it.

ED push ups 10 per day 5x per day different times.
Every week add 2 push ups, so next week 12 and so on, until you get to 20 and we talk.

Monday was Equipoise pin day and got the @SWOLENZ ampules out. I've come to love pinning these. The ampules are awesome and I get the big drawing tips out so I can suck the entire amuple load of Equipoise into the rig in one pull

yes sleep is very important. hopefully you can improve that. @vanlife_gymbum maybe treat yourself to a nice hotel room for the week to get better sleep?

100 situps is doable. just not all at one time @vanlife_gymbum but do as many as you can and take breaks and do more

I think so too man, today will be my 4th pin of 250mg. How long do you usually run it for?

I did a lot of research on this, and everything pointed to equipoise being the right choice this time. I stopped taking orals for now so hopefully eliminating those will make the eq effects more obvious as it builds up so I can learn a bit more about it over the next couple of months.
 
Day 21: Tripple Pin Monday

Today is three full weeks since my cycle started and my forth equipoise shot.

Yesterday I switched to testosterone propionate from @AuStarLabs and did a 1ml/100mg pin in my upper side-quad but today did my delts.

I have been using @AuStarLabs testosterone from the beginning and I'm really pleased they have joined Evo. Their thread is here and here's my touchdown thread with more bottle porn of their testosterone.

It was also my EOD pin day for retatrutide so I needed a full suite of tools today:

I've come to really love these amplues from @SWOLENZ.

I use a blunt 20g drawing needle and suck the entire millilitre into the barrel in one go:

Big day on the picks!!

I stopped by the nicotine patch pharmacy on the walk home from the methadone pharmacy and got another month worth of patches. I'm early but the failure rate is over 90% by month 5 that they will just keep giving them to me.

I have been putting two 7mg patches on the last few weeks so just went back up to 14mg. I declined the gum and nicotine lozenges this time. I'll try reduce to 7mg again in a month.

Ah shit I completely missed the training stuff. I'll do a training only post on Wednesday and summarise how I've been going and what I've changed lately.

But the push-ups recommended by @LevButlerov on the weekend have been great, I think this plan with short bursts of things outside the gym will work for me. I'll add in @stevesmi morning situp recommendation soon.

When I get back from walks I just been doing 10 push-ups before I climb over the seats and get into my van and it adds up for sure - I like it :)

Did 5 sets of 10 yesterday and done 2 so far today, but I'm about to go to the gym :)

Good job pinning the delts mate! You'll never go back. You'll notice over time (years) scar tissue will begin to form if you continue injecting in the same site, I can't speak for everyone else, but if there's going to be some scar tissue, I'd much rather it in my delts than my quads ;) Little bolder shoulder hack. After speaking with many big lads with huge shoulders through my years at gym, they all had 1 thing in common: Jabbing delts.

Day 21: Tripple Pin Monday

Today is three full weeks since my cycle started and my forth equipoise shot.

Yesterday I switched to testosterone propionate from @AuStarLabs and did a 1ml/100mg pin in my upper side-quad but today did my delts.

I have been using @AuStarLabs testosterone from the beginning and I'm really pleased they have joined Evo. Their thread is here and here's my touchdown thread with more bottle porn of their testosterone.

It was also my EOD pin day for retatrutide so I needed a full suite of tools today:

I've come to really love these amplues from @SWOLENZ.

I use a blunt 20g drawing needle and suck the entire millilitre into the barrel in one go:

I stopped by the nicotine patch pharmacy on the walk home from the methadone pharmacy and got another month worth of patches. I'm early but the failure rate is over 90% by month 5 that they will just keep giving them to me.

I have been putting two 7mg patches on the last few weeks so just went back up to 14mg. I declined the gum and nicotine lozenges this time. I'll try reduce to 7mg again in a month.

I think so too man, today will be my 4th pin of 250mg. How long do you usually run it for?

I did a lot of research on this, and everything pointed to equipoise being the right choice this time. I stopped taking orals for now so hopefully eliminating those will make the eq effects more obvious as it builds up so I can learn a bit more about it over the next couple of months.
EQ you should run it 10-12 weeks minimum. it has a long ester
 
With your cycle, you are probably holding significant water/glycogen in your muscles. I’ll bet you could try to hold your weight steady and just keep getting leaner and leaner. Possibly, it would work even better!

Hah that is kinda what's happening - but I think I should make a push soon to turn things up a bit. More cardio and more lifting, I don't think I'm doing enough and thr equipoise will take hold soon I think.

I've been thinking anout this and there have beem a few days I've eaten a fair amount, like two big plates of rice or 6 apples or so. Atcually I'm not sure I could get much more down... I'll try this on Saturday tho and eat a bunch of those sandwiches the old lady on the ship makes.

It took a couple days for me to notice mk, and I started taking it in the morning and then on like the second day it hit me like a truck. The hunger, the fullness, the sleep. I had to back off, but then I felt sensitized and I absolutely can tell when I take it or if I miss taking it.

That's really interesting man - you started on 20mg right? I haven't noticed anything with it yet but been consistently taking 10mg a night so I'll just give it more time. I'm gonna log it properly for @Life-Forge - he's also just got this new peptide called DSIP - Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide that looks really interesting. Been

I'll try the warm water trick @HarleyGuy recommended but guess I'm just gonna get used to it... moving to shoulders for test prop like @AuStarLabs recommended has been good, it's way easier to ignore there and doesn't get disturbed very often like your leg does. And I think I'm much less likely to forget I've already had today's pin, as I'm prone to do. The quad and glutes I can use for the equipoise - that's a whole mililitre so probably a bad idea to put that in my delt too right? That'd be 1.71ml total with the two in the same syringe.

Also moved to stomach fat for retatrutide, was atcually getting harder to grab fat on my leg, it really is a layer under there that goes away... it's tripping me out atcually.

This is a lesser version of the same feeling that led me back to bed my first day on it. It's like retatrutide punishment method.

They're good right at the start when you're still acutely craving cigarettes it wondering why the vape isn't in your hands 🤣

Like a store execpt a fat unemployed woman the government paired me with 🤣 she's really cool, takes all sorts of insane weight loss drugs and hopefully will try retatrutide instead of flying to Turkey to get her stomach stapled like she's planning. The doctors really fucked me over this time.

We don't have the whole doctor scam system like in America because we have a socialised health care system, the scams happen at a higher level than the doctor themselves. But this legalities medical weed thing is a full on loop hole, there's these giant Canadian owned weed "clinics" and the one I was using, the Cannabis Clinic turned into a full on scam operation. The chick from my dole course has been much more reliable than them too 😁

It was nice to not be committing any crimes at all for once (if you don't count traffic offences) but ah well, I tried.

That's real interesting man, atcually was talking to this absolutely huge guy at the gym once and asked him about his shoulders and he literally said "I jab gear into them" 😂 I thought he meant in general but maybe he was letting me in on the secret and I missed it ;)

Aw thanks bro, it's from the guidance here though. I literally walked into the needle exchange and said I'd never done a IM injection before and they walked me through the whole thing. Then mistakes early in my log were corrected by guys here (that's why I started posting pics) and now I can do gludes, side quad and delts fairly confidently but it's true that test prop is a different beast. I think moving to delts is a good idea, like @AuStarLabs recommended, that makes good sense to me.

I did write up my advice for being a needle user though, it's here and most of that advice is generic because it came from me being an IV addict not from steriods ;) in one of the early comments I talk about the training course I went on to become a volunteer at the exchange in Australia and a bit about the needles there.

I really want to be pushing harder too, and it sucks that I just started the best, biggest project I’ve had in my three years in business at the same time as I started my first real cycle. If I max out at the gym I will 100% hurt myself at work. So I’m not going to get my best results, unfortunately, but I am getting results for sure

That Reta is tricky it seems. It’s working anyway you’re doing great! Very very soon you will be really lean and vascular. Then when you play with carb ups and stuff it will look crazy.

I started in 10 and didn’t notice much, then took 10 again in the morning and on the second day I was eating tacos from the taco truck and got back in line twice while eating tacos. Ate 15 and could’ve ate 30 probably. Then I went back to my rv and started cooking.

After that I could tell that I was taking it at night and I still can. And the fullness to my muscles is apparent when I take it

Maaaaaan it’s a mess here imo. Genetic drift has ruined some of the best strains. They are very potent but the quality of the high is trash compared to the nineties if you were lucky enough to get top quality back then, which I was.
Illinois legal weed is stupidly expensive. You have to be kind of a rube to actually buy it, with the best flower sometimes more than $20/g but you can get a black market ounce that’s good enough for $100.
Crashing the cannabis black market has harmed the lower class hugely. Idk how I would have survived as a kid on my own without the ability to make money selling weed. It was reasonably safe, profitable enough, and socially acceptable.

I think weed should be legalised and regulated. I dont have a problem with this, alcohole cause significantly more problems for people and society then weed does.

We finished our Vision Boards and now are learning about the 5 H's to evaluate things instead of a pros and cons list.

The chicks are still real crazy but I am super grateful I'm not horny at all, else I'd probably get in trouble here.

They're like follow you home if you take too long to reply to a text type crazy.

In my imagination yoga classes are like this but with normal chicks. I still haven't been to yoga 😔

We finish at lunchtime tomorrow and then I'm going to the needle exchange to get some equipoise, testosterone propionate and sustenon tested for @kiwibulk

Plus it was dole day today so gonna buy another bag of weed from the big girl again tomorrow. She's keen to get on the retatrutide so we're gonna have coffee and talk about it. Also just reupped on eggs, whey and bananas, haven't had protien for two days due to finances.

This is what they gave us for lunch today, I ate one and a quarter of the other before retatrutide decided I'd had enough 😅

We are having the same with our clients with DSIP. Some its a game changer for, some it just doesnt really do anything. Hoping for vanlife that hes in the lucky group. There is always ipamorelin too, that knocks me out at night, but again for some it doesnt help with sleep, and its best in the morning for energy instead so that has a back up use at least and may be another option if DSIP doesnt work.

Day 20: Week 3 Pin & Shake Log
move to test p, ditch orals

I had one thing to do this week so naturally
it ruined my entire life. I swear I used to get more done in a lunch hour than an entire week on the dole.

But I got all my testosterone, equipoise and retatrutide pins done, lifted four times, bought some weed on Tuesday and have been sleeping like a baby since. You may recall I've only been averaging 5 hours when I used to average 9. That's because I was spending all my money on protien and steriods and didn't have any left for weed to make me sleep.

The trend has reversed so well that two nights I couldn't even be assed charging my watching to monitor my sleep and just went to sleep unmonitored:

I feel much better. That 9 hour sleep I woke up with that feeling I'd overslept but on the whole things are looking up.

After talking with @LevButlerov and @toddthelineman about it I'm going to pause taking Proviron and Turinabol for now while I recalibrate and hopefully start pissing without too much effort again. I probably won't resume those at all this cycle but if I come right I still plan to take anavar near the end.

I am changing things a little bit with my testosterone tho and going to try Test P. I have no problem with pinning enanthate every day and think it's fine to do that but I want to experiment with them and am especially interested since @Mobster says enanthate doesn't have the same affect on him as it does others and want to see if I can notice a difference.

My favorute UGL @AuStarLabs just last week joined us on Evo which I'm stoked about and celebrated by pinning a 100mgs of their Test P into my leg as soon as I got it at 08:01am this morning.

Went back to the left quad. I woke up to a podcast episode playing the other day, no idea which one but @stevesmi says his right quad doesn't like to be pinned but left one is fine. This is the same as with my legs. I thought it was because of doing it with the wrong hand or reaching around, I've tried a few ways, but maybe that's just how it is.

I had to get dressed to a fairly relaxed standard this week but dressed none the less, and none of my shit fits anymore

Weight loss slowed a bit but the days I ate and drank extra shakes I was up over 76 again before it dropped again. Definitely didn't eat anywhere near 5kg worth of anything. I had a pot of rice and maybe 5 bits of fruit the whole week.

Had two days off last weekend as I had to do stuff on the ship but got back in the swing of things on Tuesday and had a good workout aiming to do pulldowns and rows. I got crazy DOMS from this that lasted a few days:

23kg x 12 light for warmup
27kg x 12 still light
32kg x 12 still light only 30 secs rest
41kg x 30 to see how much I could do, maybe 5 rir
50kg x 12 skipped 46kg - was hard, 2 rir

He talks about using Hammer Strength machines in particular

They have plate loaded Hammer Strength machines on one side of the big gym I came to today for Heavy Leg Day as there's way more machines than the fancy R18 Nautilus Gym including a lying leg curl, Hammer Strength hacksquat and my preferred type of leg press, the one that could fall and crush you opposed to the one you could just get up and out of they have in the pin loaded Startrack section. I'll write out the rest of leg day tomorrow, it went very well.

Also want to do 100 on the Captins Chair. Did it in 40 40 20 the other day. The last 20 was insanely hard.

Then there were two days where I got up to train at 04:30 AM when my brother in law trains. It was cool being up at that time but my body didn't function. Couldn't even get through the warmup properly and could only manage 5 minutes on the stairmaster and it was difficult straight off the bat.

It usually doesn't get hard until after 5 minutes at least and only a few times I've counted down the time until ten minutes was up, this time I was doing it for 5 after deciding I'd give up half way through

Day 25: Been a Long Week...
Feeling a new sense of purpose


I've settled in nicely with the Woman of Worth and things are heating up and moving into action stages. While I was not being disturuptive, apart from being so attractive the woman couldn't concentrate on their self-esteem issues or behave themselves, I was perhaps not taking it as seriously as I could have initially.

I was atcually trying to get an apprenticeship to become a welder at the fire department working on building fire engines, so I can use their shit after hours to pimp my van, and somehow ended up in a self development course for unemployed woman. But in my experience pointing out these mistakes makes them much worse so I decided to just roll with it.

Out of all the things I've changed an experimented with, and the bad training weeks I sometimes have, I have no chanced my diet much from the 20 eggs and when shakes plan I hammered out with the help of @LevButlerov over eight weeks ago. Just re-upped on eggs yesterday:

I have not eaten much else the past two weeks but did have a bit of fruit and two pots pd rice. Accidentally got wholegrain rice but I will get a 5kg sack of white rice with my remaining $10.

Supplements on track too, the @Life-Forge bottle is Ibutamoren (MK-677) I am now logging that doe Life Forge too, I wanted to make sure I was going to stick with it before saying anything. After talking to @toddthelineman about it I've upped my dose from 10mg to 20mg each night and will log more details in the near future.

I already mentioned the female Tony Robbins clone that leads the class, she's short and chubby and South African, when she was talking about small goals she said she always wanted to do 200kg on the leg press, I forget the reason but that caught my attention as last I checked I could only do 109kg on the leg press.

She even fed me a story about how woman have naturally powerful legs or some shit but I interrupted and got the conversation back to the details of this but she's a popular lady so don't yet know how long this took or what she did but I'll be hitting her up for more details.

The last week and a bit have been about finding non-traditional employment, working in the community, how you don't need permission to start doing stuff, and how looking to traditional community outlets for things can be beneficial in other areas. That's been my experience with things too.

Half the shit she said was full hippy half way through a pound of weed grade shit, she was on fire and it was awesome atcually but then she dived sharply into details and action steps and asking people what they're gonna do and stuff like that.

She talked abot building communities around interested and problems and goals, and how to divide and conquer, like instead of fretting about global warming and arguing with shills paid by Shell Corporation online, go and plant some fucking trees and pick up some rubbish. Dump it over the fence of any Shell office of outlet - I already checked and they said it's fine.

It was here I started to connect all the shit I've done through Evo to this stuff she was saying. I really feel there's a community right here, it provides a bunch of the core functions she gave as examples. Once we get taught or helped to figure things out, we can take the mentoring role for that thing and teach the next guy.

This is how 12 step groups work, you get helped through the book and the steps, and once you've done them and they solved your problem you teach he next guy who shows up all drunk and fucked up and not knowing what to do. That can work for almost anything.

I wanted to post a few days ago but two new kiwi loggers joined and I wanted to spend some time with them and turned out that took time 😂 but that's a big week for Evo NZ. One a month was good before.

Check out @antipodean who's about to try fix his health with testosterone therapy, same reason I came here. And @Joel Gibbons who has a history of addiction like me, and just got out from a two month forced vacation which he spent doing 1000 push-ups a day and is about to incorporate testosterone into his recovery too.

The demand for people needing TRT who have beem abandoned by The System is increasing in New Zeapand and the more I get into this the worse the picture is. There's a clear way I can help others laid out right in front of me and hopefully I can figure out a way to make something of it - finishing off my guide to self-trt in NZ would be a good start.

I've got the next sub section on Drugs Checking and Lab Testing nearly ready for @LevButlerov to review for me. The needle exchange part is good enough, drug testing stuff is good, I just need more stuff on sourcing now.

With testosterone I've decided to ignore the law. I'm not any kind of business and am not going to be importing any commercial quantities which would really get their attention but one vial will last 4 months at 150mg a week TRT dose which is amazing.

With a few of the people I've helped so far, needles being the problem came up a few times, that's why I wrote the needle exchange guide but even more than that the gear being questioned has come up, and guys' wives complaining about "bathtub meds" and shit. If only they could see where the shit they buy from the supermarket has been... at least the bathtub is clean 😂 so I decided to put SOME effort into this.

That would be laying out the options in NZ, testing new potential sources for Evo, testing gear for sources and end users, and doing batch testing on my source @AuStarLabs who's atcually the only source with batch numbers we currently have. Showing others how to do it. For every vial you can not only do instant on the spot testing at the exchange but now they will foot the bill for full testing. I'm waiting for the batch of orals I sent in 4 weeks ago to be done and then I will use those as an example of how to do it yourself and post it all to a tread.

I got the last questions I had answered by the lab techs this week and they confirmed for EVERY sample we can get full lab testing done if we want. I have only been sending things that don't read correctly on the smaller machine in, like testosterone propionate at 100mg per ml was not strong enough to read, and I got a Sustanon blend tested and test prop didn't show up but the other three esters did. So both of those vials I sent for full testing but only for completeness, I was happy with those Sustanon results as they were. I made a thread about that here.

The great thing about testing samples is I get samples to test. These are the @kiwibulk vials I got tested:

I have injected 1ml of testosterone propionate in two .5ml pins, and 1ml of the Sustanon blend, this Monday its equipoise pin day and I'll use this @kiwibulk vial as it's the only equipoise I have that tested okay and I'll log that here for @kiwibulk too.

I'm new to these 1.5" needles, look at that fucking thing!! But I'm comfortable with my glute shots now. After trying all the info from @waggat and getting sign off on the injection site being correct by @HarleyGuy I think I'm good with that spot and will be using it as part of the rotation.

But that leads me to the topic I gotta come clean on... I have failed to switch to testosterone propionate. I really really wanted to, @AuStarLabs hooked me up with their gear and the first few days the mental affects are noticeable and different, I figured since I already pin daily it should be an easy change and Monday and Tuesday were great days at my dole course, I was social and confident and felt fucking great, like content just being there and unbothered by anything, I'm sure the propionate was responsible for some, especially the day after I had the Sustanon pin as that's got prop too...

...but my body is not digging it. You wouldn't believe the health problems I'm able to ignore. I never wrote about my first OD, the one I woke up from by myself 30 hours later, but I breifly mentioned it on the podcast interview saying my arm didn't work for six months.

I woke up from the overdose and it just didn't function anymore, I could not move it at all, but could move my fingers a bit. So I used to use my left hand to pick up my right arm and place it on the table so I could line the needle up and hold it straight enough and get a finger on the plunger, but couldn't aim with it. The entire arm with needle in hand was like an automatic plunger presser. I could only press it. I also rigged up a pulley system to jerk off once on a crack bender but I'll save that for another time.

What I'm trying to say is that if it was possible for me to ignore I wouldn't even be writing this. But I have to accept my body doesn't like it.

I tried two days of half and half mix with heated enanthate, put those those in my quads and glutes which I think are the spot I'm best at as I've never had issues. I did one at 1" deep, needle fully anchored (all the way in pressed up against the skin) and one at 1.5" which I only just learnt from @HarleyGuy but have now done 6 times in glutes.

Once over the mental hurdle it was fine... one and a half inches is no joke though, you should be very sure you have the right spot!! 1.5" is how you write it I think, behold:

I never usually feel those at all but my ability to walk declined as the day went on. That injection site is usually a black hole but I can feel exactly where the depots are... not just there but in my delts too, they have three or four pins each in them and I can not only still feel them, but based on the intensity of pain, swelling, inflammation, whatever it is, I can tell which ones I did on which days. That's all the spots I know how to pin tried now.

But fuck, I've tried three different types just to make sure, and incase people tried to blame the gear they are all from different brands. Two UGL and one is a Chinese generic whitelabel type thing.

They all felt the same. I've done several small injections, full 1ml pins, half and half mixes, I've warmed it various ways, doesn't seem to change much execpt the first day I did the full ml cold in my quad, that took the longest to come on and I was so sure than was fine 8 hours later that I atcually said in my touchdown thread that I didn't get any PIP, but it caught up over night.

This shot is 50/50 with Test E, the prop went in first:

I would have liked to struggle with it for a month before deciding as I do think the mental affects have been much more noticeable, it is great affect wise but I was feeling pretty good on daily test e shots too, and I don't think it's a big enough difference to want to put up with this for. I don't think I've got much to gain by doing that and I won't be able to train properly feeling like this.

So I'm gonna talk to my testosterone supplier @AuStarLabs and change back to their testosterone enanthate which I've been using since the very start and revisit test p another time . I still have a fill bottle of Test P so I could try experiment with like putting 0.1ml (10mg) of test prop in my 0.71ml daily shots and if that is not noticeable physically I think that 10mg peaking in your body in the morning might help.

Testosterone Injections are part of my morning routine, I feel better just going through the motions and knowing I have testosterone on board but that might add something extra. Most prescription Sustanon users report a sharp dip after three or four days, that's probably the prop wearing off.

I didn't go to the gym this week but have beem doing over 25k steps and doing the 5 lots of 10 push-ups throughout the day @LevButlerov suggested and it's working as good for me, I'll write more on his later but my phone is on 1% battery so I better press send before it dies.

That 1.5" needle is no joke. I do both vent glute and normal glute with a 1" 25G. I'm sure the 1.5 is fine though.

Also, awesome work you're doing getting the NZ section going and introducing others!

Re the testing, Queensland recently cancelled their drug testing. So typical of this country / government hey. Found out that as part of the free testing the were doing HPLC testing of steroids at University of Queensland.
