Approved Log Newbie Body Recomp Log - changing my life

This sounds really interesting, i might see if i can do similar on this bridge program myself, thanks brother

So I hit cardio yesterday for my planned hour, but didn't realise how exhausted my legs were from the Saturday sessions; woke up today (Monday) finding it difficult walk and sit lol, I am sure the next session will be different but been a while since I have done that much volume on the lower.

Started Tren A 10MG Saturday:

Saturday - Nothing to report other than 45 mins after the pin I felt so bloody relaxed I ended up having a nap
Sunday - Nothing to report other than again after 45 mins I felt so relaxed and had another nap

I don't nap ever, but appears Tren A makes my system relax, was bloody curious as to why but need to do a little more research on it; hoping today it doesn't make me that relaxed as I will be out on the road seeing clients and can't be sitting there with eyes hanging out of my head low; but overall no negatives with a positive of a calm mind (has anyone else experienced this or am i the oddball here?

I swear I look at my body and feel like overall there has been minimal change, but if you ask my wife there has been a lot of change, I just want to hit the growth phase already, will post some updated body comp pics in the next week or so, need to commit to shaving and somehow get a tan over being pasty white. (for an indigenous Australian I got ripped off in the skin colour field)

Tren A at 10mg giving you that relaxed feeling isn’t crazy some people get a CNS dip at micro doses before the sympathetic kick shows up, it does happen.

Ah good to know, i wasn't sure why I felt so bloody relaxed on it, thought i would wait till full saturation to see if needed to go up to 15mg per day to get a bit of a kick.

I love the big compound movements, hoping to escalate the weight quickly 😍.

It's hard to see the changes ourselves. Other people really help that way. Another good thing is progress pics every couple weeks. That way you can see the changes.

nice man - tren micro dosing for me over 6 weeks was great - not a single negative side effect

Give the tren some time brother. Your workouts are looking really really good.
I mention it often and hand on heart guilty of it myself. But try to not become emotionally imprisoned by changes you cant see as they are most likely happening anyway. Shifting the goal post too much or too early can work against us. Keep leaning out and it will make the push phase significantly more constructive both at the start and end of it.

Starting Trenbolone is a super exciting. I'm really looking forward to seeing what kind of benefits it gives you. @G-Merc 80 And also with the low dosage you're using I want to see if it's really worth it. I've never ran it that low.
 
So I hit cardio yesterday for my planned hour, but didn't realise how exhausted my legs were from the Saturday sessions; woke up today (Monday) finding it difficult walk and sit lol, I am sure the next session will be different but been a while since I have done that much volume on the lower.

Started Tren A 10MG Saturday:

Saturday - Nothing to report other than 45 mins after the pin I felt so bloody relaxed I ended up having a nap
Sunday - Nothing to report other than again after 45 mins I felt so relaxed and had another nap

I don't nap ever, but appears Tren A makes my system relax, was bloody curious as to why but need to do a little more research on it; hoping today it doesn't make me that relaxed as I will be out on the road seeing clients and can't be sitting there with eyes hanging out of my head low; but overall no negatives with a positive of a calm mind (has anyone else experienced this or am i the oddball here?

I swear I look at my body and feel like overall there has been minimal change, but if you ask my wife there has been a lot of change, I just want to hit the growth phase already, will post some updated body comp pics in the next week or so, need to commit to shaving and somehow get a tan over being pasty white. (for an indigenous Australian I got ripped off in the skin colour field)


I got close to hitting my macros the way I want them on Sunday, and will continue with similar meals with them staying the same for simplicity

Monday ended up being a rest day with an early Bday dinner with the Wife, Kids and parents; I over indulged a little and ate maybe a little to much Lamb lol but worth it as I don't indulged often. (don't really celebrate on the day as it is a little bitter sweet, woke up on my 40th birthday to the news my sister had passed away earlier that morning, so we tend to do my bday outside of that day)

Honestly, really good! I have a big bounce in my walk and feel mentally clean, clear and happy/pumped like it has given me a dompamine boost or something, not sure what it is doing but mood elevation is right up there; I am dying to get into the gym tonight as i feel high motivation levels as well. (not what i was expecting after reading and listening to a lot of peoples experince on Tren, but it this is the effect give me more lol p.s i know i am taking a very small dose.)

Mate nothing wrong with your Tren dose at all. Isn't much of a place for a higher dose than this to be honest. Awesome stuff.

No sides to speak of, just uplift in confidence and general mental well being, feeling a little too confident with energy and strength, sleeping like a baby, none of the Tren Symptoms I have read about have popped up, just positives right now. Just want to hit the gym; Right now I am loving Tren and look forward to seeing how the next week goes as saturation builds.

I think it is the low dose, I am sure if i was pushing higher doses it would not be the case, I am hoping a few more Evo Brothers will microdose so we can see wider sample group results.

Quick Update:

Monday ended up being a rest day with an early Bday dinner with the Wife, Kids and parents; I over indulged a little and ate maybe a little to much Lamb lol but worth it as I don't indulged often. (don't really celebrate on the day as it is a little bitter sweet, woke up on my 40th birthday to the news my sister had passed away earlier that morning, so we tend to do my bday outside of that day)

Day 3 update - Tren A update Monday, Didn't feel like I was going to fall asleep which is a plus, felt like I has some pep in my step and bloody happy, if this is Tren for me, bring it on!!

So I hit cardio yesterday for my planned hour, but didn't realise how exhausted my legs were from the Saturday sessions; woke up today (Monday) finding it difficult walk and sit lol, I am sure the next session will be different but been a while since I have done that much volume on the lower.

Started Tren A 10MG Saturday:

I don't nap ever, but appears Tren A makes my system relax, was bloody curious as to why but need to do a little more research on it; hoping today it doesn't make me that relaxed as I will be out on the road seeing clients and can't be sitting there with eyes hanging out of my head low; but overall no negatives with a positive of a calm mind (has anyone else experienced this or am i the oddball here?

I swear I look at my body and feel like overall there has been minimal change, but if you ask my wife there has been a lot of change, I just want to hit the growth phase already, will post some updated body comp pics in the next week or so, need to commit to shaving and somehow get a tan over being pasty white. (for an indigenous Australian I got ripped off in the skin colour field)

Zero Sides, sleeping like a baby, feeling motivated, calm and happy, this is definitely agreeing with me and has been a positive impact on my overall mood; I can see after just one week the body recomp is visible, I don't want to advocate BUT my experience so far has been awesome and wish I had introduce earlier, I know not everyone reacts well to Tren, I think 10mg Anavar Daily would pair really well with this Tren dose.


Sleep: as mentioned above has been some of the most restful I have had in a long time.
Mentally: fucking brilliant.

Food: has been 90% on point, I have tried to make the best choices available with all the staff and client Christmas functions

Body: feeling good, I think I may have dropped my E2 a little too low and has a consequence shoulders were nagging, I was running Aromasin E3D now pushing E5D and will bring
bloods forward to this week to see where my E2 and other levels are at as my body is telling me not to drop E2 any further

Been getting in 45-60 mins walk in everyday, this may be late at night but committed to pushing the BF strip before I start next Phase.

Back to updating daily from tomorrow, I have run out of N2G but have order another 3-Bottles so using another cycle support till they arrive

Thanks @LevButlerov think I may have pushed it a little too much, feel a lot better after giving more of a gap between last Aromasin dose, Joints are feeling much better but without the mental down sides of high E2 I get.

Right now 10mg Tren is perfect, I dont see any point in pushing it upwards without giving it a full run at this dose; and when you are feeling good and seeing results i think I would be jumping the gun increasing.

I was getting withdrawals of not being able to jump on with time to read through updates lol

Aim for 12 5 30 for your incline and keep it in during cutting and bulking stages this will keep condition and midsection in check

Zero Sides, sleeping like a baby, feeling motivated, calm and happy, this is definitely agreeing with me and has been a positive impact on my overall mood; I can see after just one week the body recomp is visible, I don't want to advocate BUT my experience so far has been awesome and wish I had introduce earlier, I know not everyone reacts well to Tren, I think 10mg Anavar Daily would pair really well with this Tren dose.


Sleep: as mentioned above has been some of the most restful I have had in a long time.
Mentally: fucking brilliant.

Standing calf raises and drop sets are definitely challenging. I also like that you're hitting the core. It's very important to hit your abs both heavy and high repetition. @G-Merc 80

I definitely wldnt want to go lower then 200 cals and if its a task to eat that much then 🤔
And definitely if protein can't hit the 200 mark

Been reading your log bro. I love your meals especially those potatoes. It's super gratifying to me reading you picking up on and learning all the new lingo about training and dosing too (split dosing, negatives, etc)!

Can you give me a final verdict on the MOTS-C or too many other peps involved to judge it solo?

MOTS-C is goat, just clean energy without the crashes, it is a slow burner but well worth it and noticable. (I have 100mg already stocked for my next cycle in Jan lol) @Allupfromhere will be able to give some good feedback as I know he is a fan as well.

Thanks Bro, Reta doesnt usually stop me from getting the food in but for whatever reason last couple of days has been a little struggle, so will drop it down just a little and push through it, yeah I brought one of those portable blender things to do protein and fruits in to help keep my protein up over 200g but easy to forget when you have zero hunger signals lol.

I will be going for protein king badge when I go into my clean bulk in Jan, not sure i could do the eggs like @vanlife_gymbum lol

I started out slow 500mcg EOD initially to get a feel and make sure I didn't have a bad reaction, then read @Allupfromhere was hitting 1mg per day so I moved to the same which came with much more noticable changes in energy; but some interesting reading indicates it should be one single dose per week of 5-10mg, so I am still researching on what my protocol will be in Jan; need to review some more logs on what others are doing.

Yeah thats correct i ran 1mg daily. Also tried 2mg daily for a week and had even more noticeable effects.
I was happy with the way i could utilise it at 1mg daily as much more then that would become extremely expensive long term.

I personally feel the use of mots c in compound with other mitochondrial enhancements will yeild a more effective return then simply increasing the dose of a single compound.

Compounds im about to amalgamate:

L Carnatine - helping transport long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria to be burned for energy.


Mots c - Increasing the activity of the carnitine shuttle, which works with L-Carnitine to move fats into mitochondria.

L-Carn is the transporter for fats.
Mots c is the signal that tells the cell to use the carnitine shuttle (and thus L-Carnitine) more effectively, along with regulating glucose, to optimize energy use, making it a broader metabolic regulator.

Then slu pp332 - activating the estrogen receptor related orphan receptors in the body. These receptors regulating key metabolic pathways including mitochondria functions and fatty acid oxidation.

Lastly Retatrutide - we all understand what this does but in this combination im specifically more focused on is its glucagon agonism and its specific contribution to increased energy expenditure and fat burning.

Further looking into methylene blue and its potential role and benifit in this setting also.


Now for transparency this is just information that i have be reading up on myself. Im not a scientist so i am only basing my decision to run this simply because how it looks on paper. Is it potentially stupid? Definitely possible lol but so are a lot of things we try and without genuine scientific case studies being available all we have is personal trials to provide anecdotal study.

Tren A - 10mg, still going good with no impacts other than a small anxiety gremlin late yesterday which was squashed with some quick carbs, so maybe it was just being hangry even if i did't feel hungry (Macros shows i didn't have enough) lol

Sorry I haven't logged in a fair few days, been crazy with work and kids so I have been time poor; I have missed being on browsing through Evo, now to catchup on what I have missed lol - a little bit addicted to reading through all our logs

Tren A - Micro Dosing Update 10mg
Zero Sides, sleeping like a baby, feeling motivated, calm and happy, this is definitely agreeing with me and has been a positive impact on my overall mood; I can see after just one week the body recomp is visible, I don't want to advocate BUT my experience so far has been awesome and wish I had introduce earlier, I know not everyone reacts well to Tren, I think 10mg Anavar Daily would pair really well with this Tren dose.


Sleep: as mentioned above has been some of the most restful I have had in a long time.
Mentally: fucking brilliant.

Food: has been 90% on point, I have tried to make the best choices available with all the staff and client Christmas functions

Body: feeling good, I think I may have dropped my E2 a little too low and has a consequence shoulders were nagging, I was running Aromasin E3D now pushing E5D and will bring
bloods forward to this week to see where my E2 and other levels are at as my body is telling me not to drop E2 any further

Been getting in 45-60 mins walk in everyday, this may be late at night but committed to pushing the BF strip before I start next Phase.

Back to updating daily from tomorrow, I have run out of N2G but have order another 3-Bottles so using another cycle support till they arrive

Another awesome day knocked out, took Monday off from work to play catchup on everything else, this gave me the chance to get in an hour walk around my area as well as a leg session.

Anavar - Day 10 - no sides, noticable body comp sharpening, no additional strength noticed yet

Sleep: Bang on! the CBD/GH protocol just keeps on getting better and better, far more energy from getting quality sleep in

Body: see more definition around my midsection, want to keep current protocol up for another couple of week before shaving, tanning and posting update body pics lol, I think I am giving my body the best opportunity heading into a clean bulk phase with a low BF %, a better understanding of PED's and the learnings from food intake of where my body responds well.

Food: Simple, easy and repeatable without much effort; have got myself a potable blender to make protein shakes with fruit and so on, great addition.
