Today’s food went off the rails this evening going so smash a big back session in the morning

Sometime when I feel I’ve not ate enough I’ll snap and eat what to get my cals up
This is one of the big mistakes with "if it fits your macros." A lot of people think that if I don't hit a certain amount of calories, that gives me the green light to eat junk. That's why I'm not an advocate for it. @Bigdan85

I’ve got this crackpot idea that a lot of these big dudes just don’t need to eat as much or eat as much protein to get big…. But what if they did?! 🤷‍♂️🤣

Like @Mobster is pretty much a huge guy. Even if he cut down he would be an nfl sized guy all day. He says he never ate 4-5-600 grams of protein. He definitely didn’t need to. Then again, Ronnie did! Cutler did! Who else?
Most I ever did on the regular was 300g (in my most competitive era). Mostly shakes. It's rare for me to go over 200g. On the odd occasion I'll eat a 32oz Tomahawk I'll go over but that's it.

Not going to lie flunked training this morning unloaded truck to take family to beach yesterday. Got the fucking gym near work get go to grab kit bag it’s not bloody there drive home like a dick grabbed bag no chance I’d make it back in time no way can I train in Revo gym with out music and the rest of the kit will do 4/5 solid days now to make up for it. Can’t train this evening I’ll never make the mornings then fuck my routine up think I may just do everyday going forwards

Good that you still managed to hit the shoulders alright mate. You definitely see some ridiculous stuff in gyms. Gotta love people using benches to hold their stuff. My favourite is people going between 3 machines in peak hour or sitting on the one machine for 30 minutes.

Was that a drop set on the shoulder press?
 
I’ll hunt some next shop bro moneys tight atm and have a 2 kids 2 cars a wife and home to run on my wage alone lmao joys of being a father spent 15k on pr visas recently and that brings my a total on visas in less than a year to 30k 🤣🤣🤣

Really struggling in this heat to get gym in so fucking exhausting to and making it even harder I’m logging for no one now which always helped as having that little more purpose to train even like my body’s telling me no but then the alliance meant it wasn’t just myself to let down. Did sleep 12hr solid last which is unheard of for me so will be hitting legs tomorrow morning 100%.

Also the gyms are fucking rammed which infuriates me might be selfish but if u ain’t serious to commit to what should be a life time routine/habit to build a more solid healthy life then just fuck off 🤣

Not really there all franchises but I can handle that easy with out the heat fucking got feeling great this morning for gym truck batteries dead again so that is now been returned to be fixed great start to the day charging it battery 4am 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Nice training brother - I like the decline plate load - its odd though do you find most machines you can load up the weight but that one seems harder than a normal decline barbell press
