Thanks so much brother! 🙏 My training hasn't changed but my exercise selection has to accommodate for the injuries. From what I've experienced & seen from observing the best pro bodybuilders training techniques a lot of them drive their sets after warming up to failure & sometimes we are talking multiple sets. Watching Samson dauda training recently is one bodybuilder that comes to mind. Obviously judging by the physiques on these pros, the best results are had when a set is taken to failure. If you can do multiple sets to failure & still recover then muscle growth will be faster 💪🏽

● 2 Liver protect tabs
● 6 Psylium fiber caps
● 3 × 100mg Wakey Wakey Caffeine capsules

● Creatine
● Poweraide powder
● Dextrose
● Maltodextrin

My training this morning was -
LEGS

30mins before this session I took,
● 5i:u of Novorapid which was then
Immediately followed by a shake containing,
● 50g of Dextrose
● 1 scoop of Poweraide powder
● 6g of creatine
● 1 Serving of Muscle Nation Protein water all mixed in with a cup of water.
After which I went straight to the Gym & Performed,
● Leg Extension machine 4 × 8-12
● Single leg leg press 3 × 8-12
● Standing leg curls 4 × 8-12
● Stiff legged Deadlift 3 × 8-12
● Leg abduction machine 3 × 8-12
● Leg adduction machine 3 × 8-12
● Standing calf raise machine 4 × 8-12
● Seated Calf raise machine 3 × 8-12

The first set or 2 were warm-ups sets followed by the second last set of each exercise which I took close to the point of failure & the third set of each exercise I took to the point of momentary muscular failure.

I had an Awesome workout & I got a great pump out of it!

During this workout I sipped on 600ml of Poweraide mixed with 60g of Maltodextrose between my sets finishing the whole bottle by the end of the workout.

Immediately after this workout,
I took,
● 5i:u of Novorapid then drank a shake containing 50g of Dextrose with 1 serve of Nitrotech wpi Protein powder & 50g of Dextrose.

1 hour after drinking that shake,
I ate a Core powerfoods Butter chicken meal with some Kimchi on top.

LEGS

30mins before this session I took,
● 5i:u of Novorapid which was then
Immediately followed by a shake containing,
● 50g of Dextrose
● 1 scoop of Poweraide powder
● 6g of creatine
● 1 Serving of Muscle Nation Protein water all mixed in with a cup of water.
After which I went straight to the Gym & Performed,
● Leg Extension machine 4 × 8-12
● Single leg leg press 3 × 8-12
● Standing leg curls 4 × 8-12
● Stiff legged Deadlift 3 × 8-12
● Leg abduction machine 3 × 8-12
● Leg adduction machine 3 × 8-12
● Standing calf raise machine 4 × 8-12
● Seated Calf raise machine 3 × 8-12

The first set or 2 were warm-ups sets followed by the second last set of each exercise which I took close to the point of failure & the third set of each exercise I took to the point of momentary muscular failure.

I had an Awesome workout & I got a great pump out of it!

During this workout I sipped on 600ml of Poweraide mixed with 60g of Maltodextrose between my sets finishing the whole bottle by the end of the workout.

Immediately after this workout,
I took,
● 5i:u of Novorapid then drank a shake containing 50g of Dextrose with 1 serve of Nitrotech wpi Protein powder & 50g of Dextrose.

1 hour after drinking that shake,
I ate a Core powerfoods Butter chicken meal with some Kimchi on top.

I have to say,
My training has been really on point, with my progress so far going extremely well for me.
My gains are rapidly returning.
My weight is now at 100kgs

Leg weights seem awful light
I'm still weak as brother! I was layed up with bed rest & inactivity I've lost over 20kgs of muscle.
This is just me at the start of my comeback.
Everything is going to happen progressively. Don't forget, both of my patella tendons in both my knees were ripped clean apart & sewed back together. I have to be careful.
I've always been one for mind muscle connection anyway do you won't be seeing any real 'heavy' lifting

I'm still weak as brother! I was layed up with bed rest & inactivity I've lost over 20kgs of muscle.
This is just me at the start of my comeback.
Everything is going to happen progressively. Don't forget, both of my patella tendons in both my knees were ripped clean apart & sewed back together. I have to be careful.
I've always been one for mind muscle connection anyway do you won't be seeing any real 'heavy' lifting

● 1 D3 K2
● 1 Men's multi vitamin tablet

● 2 Omega 3 fish oil capsules
● 2 liver protect tablets
● 1 extra strength Tudca tablet
● 1 Vitamin E capsule
● 1 magnesium glycinate tablet

I always make it a point to consume lots of water throughout the day

● 2 scoops Musashi recovery whey protein

I started today with
● Ss31 1mg
● Mots-C 1mg
● Caffeine 200mg

Following this I pumped out 20mins of cardio outside on a walk.

After this I had 5g Creatine
& took
● IRONCAD LANTUS 10i:u
Followed by a meal which consisted of
● 1 can of Parsons creamed rice
● 2 scoops of Musashi recover 100% whey
● 50 grams of Maltodextrose
● 1 D3 K2
● 1 Men's multi vitamin tablet
● 1 300MG CQ10 capsule
● 2 Omega 3 fish oil capsules
● 2 liver protect tablets
● 1 extra strength Tudca tablet
● 1 Vitamin E capsule
● 1 magnesium glycinate tablet

I always make it a point to consume lots of water throughout the day

My next meal was -
● 1 can parsons rice cream
● 2 scoops Musashi recovery whey protein

30mins PREWORKOUT
100mg caffeine
5i:u IRONCLAD NOVORAPID FLEXPEN
Then immediately drank
Water with -
● 5g Creatine,
● 50g Dextrose &
● 2 scoops of Muscle Nation Protein water mixed in & I also put a bit of sodium into this mix too

During my workout I sipped on a,
● 600ml poweraide with
● 70g of Maltodextrose mixed in

POST WORKOUT I took -
● 5i:u NOVORAPIDFLEXPEN
Immediately followed by -
● 50g of Dextrose &
● 2 scoops of Musashi recover whey protein mixed in water
● 1 6000mg Ashwaganda
● 1 Magnesium glycinate tablet

I followed up this shake 1 hour later with -
A Corepowerfoods going nuts chicken meal with kimchi & Beetroot ontop

TRAINING today was LEGS
The first 2 sets of each exercise are warm-ups followed by the 3rd set of each exercise being taken to the point of momentary muscular failure
● Lying leg curl machine 3 sets 32kgs × 10 reps
● Stiff legged Deadlift 3 sets 35kg × 10 reps
● Single Leg extension 3 sets 18kgs × 11
● Horizontal leg press machine 3 sets 86kgs × 11
● Walking lunge 3 sets 12 reps
● Leg extension Machine 3 sets 36kgs × 9 reps
● Seated Calf raise 3 sets 40kg × 10 reps

Nice stack and training brother, probably the only thing I notice is you dont eat alot of whole foods - do you find yourself getting hungry?

I do have 1 or 2 more whole food meals throughout the afternoon/night.
I find that I don't get hungry at all due to the 1mg Reta dose per week.
I've found that it's really easy to stick to any meal plan this way 💪🏽

The meal that I had was the 1hr follow up meal after drinking a shake that contained an easily available source of protein & Dextrose as a rapidly absorbed simple carbohydrate.
The meal contained rice & a more slowly available protein source which was chicken. Adding a drink to this meal which contains sugar is of benefit as it gives you an immediately available source of carbs combined with the slow release carbohydrate source in this case being rice. To my knowledge sugar is sugar be it fructose, sucrose, glucose, dextrose etc all of them impact blood sugar in much the same way which is what I'm looking for after taking Insulin. Coke contains some other things too but drinking it occasionally & strategically in moderation is not the worst idea in my mind

I think that what we might be disagreeing on here, is if drinking Coca cola is unhealthy or not.
The sugar in Coca cola is rapidly absorbed. While the body treats most different types of sugar similarly in it's metabolic process, If you were to drink Coca cola (the high fructose corn syrup in it) not in the presence of exogenously administered Insulin it could be converted into fat via its pathway through the liver as fructose.
This is of course dependent on your activity level, your metabolism & your current nutritional state in terms of blood sugar levels & glycogen stores at the time.
But in the presence of preworkout exogenously administered Insulin we have a need for replacing lost glycogen which was used as fuel during our workout & also replenishment of glycogen into the muscles & supraphysiological storage of glycogen into our muscles via the exogenously administered Insulin.
Fat storage during this post workout window of opportunity is unlikely due to the aforementioned mechanisms & with T3, T4, Hgh, mitochondrial stack, Dapigloflozin & Aas all in play,
Plus having a bmi that greatly favours much more muscle mass & less bodyfat than an untrained individual, any fat storage from drinking a bit of Coca cola for glycogen storage benefit is highly unlikely during this time.
If this can be agreed upon, this leaves us with potential bone loss due to caffeine & phosphoric acid & tooth decay due to high acidity levels.
These effects are the same in Coca & the same in the sugar free varieties.
Bone loss is highly unlikely in a bodybuilder who is weight training & also taking Aas & Hgh which are Anabolic to our bones as they increase bone mineral density & content.
An interesting case in point is one of my all time favourite Pro bodybuilders Vince Taylor who has been drinking Coca cola daily since the age of 12 & who is now 69 years old & has always been well known for drinking Coca cola both Off-season & during his entire Contest preparation periods.
He held the former Guinness book of records for the most Ifbb Professional wins having won 22 Ifbb titles during his career.
Having said all of that, you won't even find me regularly drinking Coca cola & only ever during a well planned occasion, I might have a small amount if it benefits my nutritional state at the time.

Meth blue is a good one buddy!
I find it gives me clear headed thinking & long lasting energy throughout the day. It can up your B.p a little bit so that's something to keep an eye on. It makes you piss blue! Or green 💚 that's nothing to worry about though. If you have taken antidepressants before, the feeling is like that once they have had time to kick in. Meth blue you feel it straight away.
Don't take meth blue if you are taking painkillers like endep, tramadole, Ssri's & other types of antidepressants & Adhd meds, can interact with it.

Yes brother 2-3 warm-up sets (usually 2 warm-up up sets after the first exercise is out of the way) the 2nd set I do close to the point of failure & the last set all out to the point of momentary muscular failure. Always have done that bro 💫💪

Nearly 6 weeks between the before & after pic on this side profile shot here.
I can feel that my posture has changed a lot. My pelvis previously had a more forward tilt & from what I can see my musculature is a lot thicker. Once I hit 10% bodyfat, I know that I still have another 15kgs of Muscle to put back on my frame.

LEGS  - I've dialed back the weight a little on the horizontal leg press, as previously I felt that I wasn't going back far enough in the negative part of the rep & in doing so I was cheating myself out of growth potential especially in the teardops of the quads by not having that deep angle of knee bend.
So I decided to dial it back & set a new baseline of heels to ass aka ass to grass & progress onwards from there.

Nearly 6 weeks between the before & after pic on this side profile shot here.
I can feel that my posture has changed a lot. My pelvis previously had a more forward tilt & from what I can see my musculature is a lot thicker. Once I hit 10% bodyfat, I know that I still have another 15kgs of Muscle to put back on my frame.

I'm thinking that with the logs going forward I might also input my mood, daily thoughts etc.
I've made the mistake of not checking my fasted weight daily properly (I was just writing down the same weight there for a while) which is a disappointment as ive just realised that my daily weight increases have been quite significant due to muscle memory.
To illustrate this my weight on,
21/3/2026 Bw 99.9kg
22/3/2026 100.5kgs
23/3/2026 100.85kgs
This weight increase becomes even more significant because I'm losing bodyfat at the same time.
I still have 15 or more kgs of solid muscle mass to put back on while simultaneously dropping bodyfat.
This is going to be fun! 💫💪🏽

15kg of simultaneous growth and fat loss will definitely be a challenge. Any reason you’re taking that approach over conventional build/fat loss phases ?

15kg of simultaneous growth and fat loss will definitely be a challenge. Any reason you’re taking that approach over conventional build/fat loss phases ?
It's going to be no challenge at all brother, it's just a process.
I'm taking this approach because it works.
With muscle memory the gain back is reported to be 3 times as fast as regular muscle gain & this has been well documented.
Because of this rapid increase in muscle mass, the body taps into stored energy reserves (if the Macro intake is correct in order to do this) & uses bodyfat to fulfil recovery & energy requirements & when the body reaches a bmi ratio much in favour of muscle then fat can also be lost.
Other factors influencing muscle gain & fat loss at the same time is a Synergistic combination of Ped's namely Testosterone & other Aas, Hgh, Insulin & T3/T4.
In a regular Ped stack usually only Aas & Hgh are used. Problem with this is Hgh use lowers insulin sensitivity & also lowes thyroid function & increases prolactin levels as do 19nors.
T3/T4 lowers prolactin levels.
Aas use also lowers thyroid function.
Firstly Insulin is the most Anabolic hormone in the body. So by not using Insulin you are missing out on the most Anabolic pathway available.
Secondly with Thyroid at low to normal levels which is a common side effect of Hgh & Aas use this becomes a sub-optimal environment for muscle growth & fat loss to occur.
The goal of taking T3/T4 at the right dose is to supplement the body with a normal to slightly high range level as this is considered optimal for metabolism & lean muscle growth rather than having normal or low levels.
Hgh & Aas lowering Thyroid levels is a very common side effect.
For me they lower my levels into the lower range which is far from optimal.
T3 especially essential for satellite sell activity which is crucial for muscle repair & growth.
Many users will experience a drop in T4, but it is not guaranteed for all individuals to enter a clinical hypothyroid state, particularly at lower doses of Hgh & Aas. However, in the context of high-dose, bodybuilding level use, a decrease in T4 or fT4 is highly likely.
By using the Ped combinations that I mentioned it largely negates the need for cut/health phase cycles as a push phase with the correct daily Macro intake & the Peds that I mentioned fulfills the need for muscle gain & fat loss at the same time.

Other factors influencing muscle gain & fat loss at the same time is a Synergistic combination of Ped's namely Testosterone & other Aas, Hgh, Insulin & T3/T4.
In a regular Ped stack usually only Aas & Hgh are used. Problem with this is Hgh use lowers insulin sensitivity & also lowes thyroid function & increases prolactin levels as do 19nors.
T3/T4 lowers prolactin levels.
Aas use also lowers thyroid function.
Firstly Insulin is the most Anabolic hormone in the body. So by not using Insulin you are missing out on the most Anabolic pathway available.
Secondly with Thyroid at low to normal levels which is a common side effect of Hgh & Aas use this becomes a sub-optimal environment for muscle growth & fat loss to occur.
The goal of taking T3/T4 at the right dose is to supplement the body with a normal to slightly high range level as this is considered optimal for metabolism & lean muscle growth rather than having normal or low levels.
Hgh & Aas lowering Thyroid levels is a very common side effect.
For me they lower my levels into the lower range which is far from optimal.
T3 especially essential for satellite sell activity which is crucial for muscle repair & growth.
Many users will experience a drop in T4, but it is not guaranteed for all individuals to enter a clinical hypothyroid state, particularly at lower doses of Hgh & Aas. However, in the context of high-dose, bodybuilding level use, a decrease in T4 or fT4 is highly likely.
By using the Ped combinations that I mentioned it largely negates the need for cut/health phase cycles as a push phase with the correct daily Macro intake & the Peds that I mentioned fulfills the need for muscle gain & fat loss at the same time.

Keep in mind that I am considered by medical professionals to be physically & functionally disabled also. So if this wasn't the case, the gains & fat loss would be even more significant

I'm starting to feel like my old self again, the one that I worked so hard to achieve.
it's a head trip getting bigger & Leaner by the day, it feels fantastic like I'm a Laboratory experiment mutating before everyone's eyes.
Physically & posturaly it feels bizarre!
I wake up the next day feeling heavier in my traps, my arms hanging heavy & steadily floating out more to my sides.
My legs starting to rub together feeling my quads flex with each step & my glutes are starting to feel like a seat of power when previously they were weak & withered away with my lower back hurting me standing up & with each step but not anymore.

This Transformation feels so easy because it's worth it & I love it!
It's my passion.
I don't even feel like I'm physically & functionally disabled like the Medical Specialists have diagnosed me with due to my previous injuries -
Which include,

- 2 right side pec tears
- Bicep tears to both sides
- Tricep tear right arm
- Lat tears both sides
- Patella tendon tears to both knees
- Full thickness tears to all structures involved with the rotator cuff both sides

I still can't get my arms back & up to hit a Bicep shot yet, but I'm working on it & it's getting better by the day.
I can't wait to start hitting flexes while etching in details to the muscles.

It's not my heaviest weight by a long shot I'm only 97kg in the photos but I think it still shows off my mass & symmetry.

good update keeping a stable level here :D seems protein level high but i'm guessing based on full numbers
 
Protein intake from complete protein sources is averaging at about 200g per day for me, which is considered quite low for someone who is over 100kgs & quite lean I would think.
Yeah bro would have had you at close to 250 for sure, are you still getting trace protein from carb sources ontop of your 200 brother?

I am also losing bodyfat on a weekly basis.
Another immediate example pertaining to the above workout in this log entry of mine is my very unstable strength increases from week on the Preacher curl machine being,
53kg for 7 reps & the following workout,
55.5kgs for 9 reps followed by the workout that I just listed being,
60kgs for 8 reps.
I can go on, with every single workout from week to week measuring a substantial increase in weight & reps all completed with perfect form

Nah I wouldn’t say your protein is high for your size at all brother, more saying its low.

Yeah we tracked everything pretty strictly through my last cut. It was mainly to keep a tight handle on total calories and to push as many carbs as possible around the training window when we had room to move.

As this reverse progresses into more of a push phase, I reckon things will loosen up a bit. Less militant about exact timing and more focused on hitting intake through solid direct protein sources and keeping performance high.

And honestly, where your physique was at when you were competing speaks for itself. That level can’t be argued with. I’ve never been anywhere near that, you were a machine.

At the end of the day it really comes down to how in tune you are with your body. Guys who’ve competed and gone through multiple phases start to pick up on patterns and small changes pretty quickly just through experience.

For the average guy still learning what his body can do and what it actually takes to get there, tracking gives a level of accuracy that really helps build that awareness early on.
