Newbie here, looking for advice

Hi everyone, been reading this forum for a while now and excited to start contributing!

Context:
24, 5'8, 160 lbs, I would guess about 17% bf. My goal is to get to 165ish and 10-12%bf.
Finally started making decent money ~180k this year, so I feel financially ready to start taking my physique to the next level.

I am looking to do Test and Reta to recomp, hopefully stay close to the same weight while losing bf. Then once I get lean enough maybe around 10%bf ill slowly bulk up. I am not looking to cycle and come off Test, I want to cruise after.

Here is my bloodwork (done last week at 11:45 am - was the earliest time I could get):

I am trying to get my total test to ~1500 and stay there for 6 months, then bring it down to 1000 or so to cruise. To do this I will start Test at 200mg/week and see where that gets me and adjust accordingly. I also will be starting reta at 0.5mg a week and titrating up by .5 every 2-3 weeks.

I am debating whether to go the TRT clinic or UGL route. I already bought UGL gear from a source I found on MesoRX called Stanford Pharma - seems like they have good reviews but I might use one of the sources here next time. I will definitely use their reta and the Cialis I ordered, but I am unsure about taking UGL test. I had a consultation with a TRT clinic called TRT Kingdom and they said they try to get their patients to 800-1200 ng/dl (Obv I would need to get to the 1200 range) and they charge 99$ a month for everything including ancillaries. I would prefer going TRT clinic route since its more consistent and I can travel with it, but I guess they might not even give me the dose I'm looking for. I will probably do a second call with them to see what the doctor is willing to give me, but I recognize they likely wont start me off with enough to get into that 1200+ range. Anyone have thoughts on TRT clinic vs UGL for my case?

If anyone has advice on if my approach is fine, TRT clinic vs UGL, or anything else I would greatly appreciate it. Your bloods are already good with test 677 and normal LH and FSH, so chasing 1500 for 6 months is just asking for e2 issues and bloat for an influencer look, so I would run retatrutide+hgh with training and food before you even think about adding test. You're literally walking around with TRT level test right now!

Start a proper log now with daily bodyweight, calories and macros, steps, sleep, training numbers, and weekly pics so the EVO family can support your recomp and guide you. WE can help you get there but not without a log :D 15min of your time to start it easy.


HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

You look way under 17% bf to me. Hard to say for sure with the filter on your pics tho. No need for that here. We're all bros, and you can't get honest feedback without honest progress pics. You got nothing to worry about, it's all support here. Save the filters for your dating profile lol. Although with your physique and career path you're probably beating the ladies back with a stick right

How long have you been training (both total and seriously)?

What makes you want to run gear for life at 24 with high natural test? Do you think you've refined your training and diet enough that you've stalled out in terms of natural gains (I would say no chance FYI).

Can you share you training and typical meals including macros?
 
Mate a lot of guys here would be taking gear to end up with your physique - you have great natty potential already and as Lev said at most maybe some GH rather than going Test.

I think you can learn more and get better guidance on here than you will from any TRT clinic. I'd stick to approved sources on here and go UGL. What you're paying the TRT clinic you can get here for free in terms of advice and keep that money for gear. You can do your own bloodwork and get analysis on it here as well.

180,000 a year should be plenty of money to live a very comfortable life as a single guy. I would wait two or three years to buy a house as prices come back down to earth. Set aside a certain amount of money on your hobby, which is bodybuilding, but don't go and give your money away to these stupid TRT clinics man. At your age you don't need TRT; just cycle steroids if you want to use them. Maybe do one cycle per year.

My advice is take your time man. There's no need to rush into anything. You're still super young at 24 years old. You really don't start to peak in bodybuilding till your mid to late 30s anyway.

If you bring your total test up that high for six months and then cruise the rest of the way, then you will be on TRT the rest of your life for sure. There's no turning back. You're only 24 years old and you have good testosterone levels so I don't see why you need to do this.

I agree with the guys above. Why don't you just do 8 to 10 week cycles? You're still really young. You'll get great results that way and you won't obliterate your reproductive system for life.
 
Hi everyone, been reading this forum for a while now and excited to start contributing!

Context:
24, 5'8, 160 lbs, I would guess about 17% bf. My goal is to get to 165ish and 10-12%bf.
Finally started making decent money ~180k this year, so I feel financially ready to start taking my physique to the next level.

I am looking to do Test and Reta to recomp, hopefully stay close to the same weight while losing bf. Then once I get lean enough maybe around 10%bf ill slowly bulk up. I am not looking to cycle and come off Test, I want to cruise after.

Here is my bloodwork (done last week at 11:45 am - was the earliest time I could get):

I am trying to get my total test to ~1500 and stay there for 6 months, then bring it down to 1000 or so to cruise. To do this I will start Test at 200mg/week and see where that gets me and adjust accordingly. I also will be starting reta at 0.5mg a week and titrating up by .5 every 2-3 weeks.

I am debating whether to go the TRT clinic or UGL route. I already bought UGL gear from a source I found on MesoRX called Stanford Pharma - seems like they have good reviews but I might use one of the sources here next time. I will definitely use their reta and the Cialis I ordered, but I am unsure about taking UGL test. I had a consultation with a TRT clinic called TRT Kingdom and they said they try to get their patients to 800-1200 ng/dl (Obv I would need to get to the 1200 range) and they charge 99$ a month for everything including ancillaries. I would prefer going TRT clinic route since its more consistent and I can travel with it, but I guess they might not even give me the dose I'm looking for. I will probably do a second call with them to see what the doctor is willing to give me, but I recognize they likely wont start me off with enough to get into that 1200+ range. Anyone have thoughts on TRT clinic vs UGL for my case?

You look better than most people on trt by a lot hahaha. My latest bloodwork shows 1200 ng/dl. It’s been Sundays around that since like October, and I didn’t even lift from them until recently because I was working too much.

You have the genetic shape to look really freaking big. If you don’t want to get huge stay away from steroids hahaha.

You already look like an influencer. You really don’t have to take steroids. You can if you want, I just don’t really think you’re missing anything. Just don’t be arrogant about being natty. That’s so annoying.
 
If you bring your total test up that high for six months and then cruise the rest of the way, then you will be on TRT the rest of your life for sure. There's no turning back. You're only 24 years old and you have good testosterone levels so I don't see why you need to do this.
i agree with all these points, i dont believe that is the right move at that age, when i was natty i was low 700's for test and built a really nice physique, he has a ton of potential if he just sticks it out a while longer.

I'm going to piggyback off of Lev here I put my log because im just starting and the support you get from this group of guys is absolutely incredible it truly is a family here and they have no problem answering any questions you have post a log and your goals they will absolutely help you reach them

The reason I am in a rush to get my physique goals is because I want to make money from my body as a second source of income. I feel like I have some knowledge of the gym and I could coach/do social media and see where that takes me. People of my ethnicity are not known for muscles so I think I could have a niche business coaching people like me. Working out is probably the only hobby I enjoy so might as well try to make some money from it. Also a ton of people are using gear these days at a younger age for lifting, entrepreneurship, etc. In some ways I feel like if I don't take a risk for once in my life like this then I won't ever get any sort of reward. I don't drink, do drugs, or party ever so if I am going to have a "vice" might as well make it something that makes me feel happy and I can monetize.

I bought some Test from Pharmacom which seems to be a good UGL from my research. Still waiting to take it as I'm just a bit paranoid about this stuff lol. I am also looking into using HCG so I can maintain fertility as I am looking to have kids in the next 5-10 years. Anyone have a recommendation of HCG dosages on 200ish Test and how to balance HCG / Test dosage?

Really? Imo influencers have a really full yet lean physique which I feel like is so hard to achieve as a natty. I'm always really curious what influencers like Alex Eubanks, Joseph Shin, etc run to get such an aesthetic physique because these are my exact goals. I am guessing they're all on test base + reta + var sometimes? Interestingly all these guys are 180 lbs or less but look so much bigger on camera. I think theres maybe like 5 people in the entire fitness influencer space that are fully natty lol. In the hyper competitive world we live in I think its necessary to take risks and I am fine with taking some years off my life if it means I can be more successful/have more opportunity short term.

Ok, so those guys are a bit more muscular and a bit leaner than you. But I couldn’t tell you what they are running, honestly I don’t think anyone can with certainty. What you have in common with them is good shape. It probably wouldn’t take much to look like your own version of that. But you look good! If you want to take it to another level you can definitely do that. You’re in the right place!
 
If your goal is to do social influencing, I would say with some diet, and as the others mentioned, HGH and reta will lean you out well. The easiest way to look like you packed on some mass is to lose body fat. See where your social media adventure goes from there before diving into hormones. If your socials start taking off - and you can justify needing HRT to get you to the next level with that career - THEN dive into it.

You mentioned risk v reward - the social media landscape has tens of thousands of bros trying to do exactly what you are. It's an incredibly difficult space to break into in terms of financial success - compounds your on will only be a minuscule aspect of being able to be successful in it. Personality and creativity are the real measuring stick in that arena. Banking a life of needing to be on TRT and the reproductive consequences is a gigantic risk without knowing if your niche will take hold enough to justify making that irreversible decision.

You have a very good base to start working with - as others have said - dial in your diet, try other compounds that won't torpedo your hormones, and see where it takes you on this career to start.

You dont have to compete with others, be your own man, do your own thing.

Without taking risks , you have built a nice physique and apparently make good money. This is enough for you to be a role model to others of your race or anyone else.

Social media is fuckimg your generation up royally, you have already obtained more than 99% of your generation, all thats missing is to get married and start a family, that is how a man "has it all"...and you are prepared to jepodise that, for what? A little bit of social media fame and maybe a bit more money.

Compete at what though? What do those dudes have that you don’t? Is it your plan to be an influencer and earn money that way? Maybe you can. But beyond that I don’t think those dudes have anything you don’t. Women? I got more women when I was skinny and natty. Not because I was skinny and natty, but just because I put more time into it. There’s a ton of roided out dudes online that probably don’t make much money at all. And I can’t think of any other reason to want to do that.

Your bloods are already good with test 677 and normal LH and FSH, so chasing 1500 for 6 months is just asking for e2 issues and bloat for an influencer look, so I would run retatrutide+hgh with training and food before you even think about adding test. You're literally walking around with TRT level test right now!

Start a proper log now with daily bodyweight, calories and macros, steps, sleep, training numbers, and weekly pics so the EVO family can support your recomp and guide you. WE can help you get there but not without a log :D 15min of your time to start it easy.


HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Just money/success tbh. Bc of social media there are a lot of young people making so much money (not just through fitness influencing, talking about any other niches too). I already got through the women phase so not too interested in short term hookups and stuff anymore. I have a gf who I plan to marry, but even with that it kinda annoys me that I cant be more successful for her. She also might make more than me once she graduates and has a couple years of experience bc her field has really good upward trajectory so I need to find some way to leverage social media to make more money so I can keep up lol
