Context:
24, 5'8, 160 lbs, I would guess about 17% bf. My goal is to get to 165ish and 10-12%bf.
Finally started making decent money ~180k this year, so I feel financially ready to start taking my physique to the next level.
I am looking to do Test and Reta to recomp, hopefully stay close to the same weight while losing bf. Then once I get lean enough maybe around 10%bf ill slowly bulk up. I am not looking to cycle and come off Test, I want to cruise after.
Here is my bloodwork (done last week at 11:45 am - was the earliest time I could get):
I am trying to get my total test to ~1500 and stay there for 6 months, then bring it down to 1000 or so to cruise. To do this I will start Test at 200mg/week and see where that gets me and adjust accordingly. I also will be starting reta at 0.5mg a week and titrating up by .5 every 2-3 weeks.
I am debating whether to go the TRT clinic or UGL route. I already bought UGL gear from a source I found on MesoRX called Stanford Pharma - seems like they have good reviews but I might use one of the sources here next time. I will definitely use their reta and the Cialis I ordered, but I am unsure about taking UGL test. I had a consultation with a TRT clinic called TRT Kingdom and they said they try to get their patients to 800-1200 ng/dl (Obv I would need to get to the 1200 range) and they charge 99$ a month for everything including ancillaries. I would prefer going TRT clinic route since its more consistent and I can travel with it, but I guess they might not even give me the dose I'm looking for. I will probably do a second call with them to see what the doctor is willing to give me, but I recognize they likely wont start me off with enough to get into that 1200+ range. Anyone have thoughts on TRT clinic vs UGL for my case?
If anyone has advice on if my approach is fine, TRT clinic vs UGL, or anything else I would greatly appreciate it. Again, my goal is to build an aesthetic influencer type of physique, and on my frame/height I cannot really go that much heavier because it just makes me look too blocky and not aesthetic.
