EQ - Easy pin, no pip, no pain. Love the almost instant tightening feeling I get from this. Hard to explain, great to feel.

Dbol - 20mg in the morning, and 40mg pre training today. I will see how this feels today. At 7pm, so far so good.

Overall - After quick discussion with SLC, I will adjust timing of DBol 40mg in afternoon for the rest of the week and see how it goes.

6.5 hours. Much better last night. Could of slept in and of course I couldn't because it was my first day back at work. Typical 🙄

**First time getting these into the program in a long time. All moved well on the first lift but 2 and 3 were tougher from 170kg. 210 moved well on first lift but lower back was cooked by then so bailed on 2nd rep. Next time.

Daily thoughts
Whilst reading a couple of articles on powerlifters last night, it had a revelation. That revelation was why was I rushing to get to a certain lift by 60 when my strength will continue to climb well into my mid 60s and beyond. I was putting a limitation on myself that just wasn't necessary. My focus needs to remain on my process and slowly building my strength base all the time, but it also needs to focus on being as injury free as possible. I don't actually have a time limit at all.
I also shifted to as much of a powerlifting style of lifting as I can physically handle now instead of occasionally having bodybuilding exercises start a days session. Now 1's and 3's are more prominent in my opening exercises with volume coming in after these. Thanks Dan Green for this bit of programming assist.
I was going to start next cycle but I need to get some areas of my body (lower back, shoulders, knees) used to heavy loads a bit faster than this, so fuck it, it is starting now.

I won't commit to a weight class as I think I will probably end up over 110kg. As long as my diet remains as it is I should stay lean so where I get is where I get weight wise. Plenty of time to figure that one out.
Happy with the minor adjustment so far.

Test E - Really easy pin again. Love this compound. Next cycle I am thinking of pushing this up to 1000mg a week. I am certainly having no issues on 750mg. A decision for later.

Rest day today. No training, setups, practice, absolutely nothing. Need to strictly adhere to this as I cannot recover properly without this day of rest from training.

Daily thoughts
Not much going on today. Just totally resting and not doing what I did last week and play with GHRs. That was a mistake and it drained me far more than I anticipated. Need to understand my rest days are more important now than ever.

Deca - Another Easy quad pin today. Simply no issues at all as I have become totally accustomed to. Deca is certainly doing its thing strength wise and I am holding almost no water.

EQ - Not Today

EQ - No problem again with this pin. As usual I really like the tightness this brings.

Dbol - 20mg morning. 5 weeks on this now. Cycle lengths are supposed to be 4-6 weeks.

Overall - For the first time my BP and RHR went up a few days in a row so I have ceased the Dbol for this cycle as I think this was the compound causing issue when it accumulates in my system.

5 hours. Fucking awful, no other way to describe it.

Took an extra day off today. Best to rest instead.

Daily thoughts
The out of sorts feeling yesterday turned into my BP spiking over 140 for the first time in 6 months. Had to take a day off from work to monitor this and get it back in sync. Felt drained all day today. Today was the worst spike by quite a margin though.

This has also made me look at my cycle and I have stopped the Dbol as it has been 5 weeks now. Last few days I have felt off in line with taking this, so I think this is the best approach.

Leg program has also been backed off a bit to see if this also helps. The leg sessions are long and extremely tough at present. They push my physical limits and I struggle to recover from them. Squats and leg press in the same session is just too much for me these days with a full program everywhere else. So I have split these up more and I will see how this works for me.

So I am going to take a full rest day tomorrow and will step back in Sunday. Have a delightful weekend Evo I will re-connect Sunday.

It can and does brother, often. I actually have 3 blood pressure medications daily, hence why it concerns me greatly when it jumps.
Proviron is awesome and was from the first time I took it 3 months ago. Balanced the Test E and Deca as soon as I took it.
Yes, bloodwork is kind of essential now. 🩵

EQ - Easy pin, no pip, no pain. Love the almost instant tightening feeling I get from this. Hard to explain, great to feel.

Dbol - 20mg in the morning, and 40mg pre training today. I will see how this feels today. At 7pm, so far so good.

Overall - After quick discussion with SLC, I will adjust timing of DBol 40mg in afternoon for the rest of the week and see how it goes.

Daily thoughts
Whilst reading a couple of articles on powerlifters last night, it had a revelation. That revelation was why was I rushing to get to a certain lift by 60 when my strength will continue to climb well into my mid 60s and beyond. I was putting a limitation on myself that just wasn't necessary. My focus needs to remain on my process and slowly building my strength base all the time, but it also needs to focus on being as injury free as possible. I don't actually have a time limit at all.
I also shifted to as much of a powerlifting style of lifting as I can physically handle now instead of occasionally having bodybuilding exercises start a days session. Now 1's and 3's are more prominent in my opening exercises with volume coming in after these. Thanks Dan Green for this bit of programming assist.
I was going to start next cycle but I need to get some areas of my body (lower back, shoulders, knees) used to heavy loads a bit faster than this, so fuck it, it is starting now.

I won't commit to a weight class as I think I will probably end up over 110kg. As long as my diet remains as it is I should stay lean so where I get is where I get weight wise. Plenty of time to figure that one out.
Happy with the minor adjustment so far.

Deca - Another Easy quad pin today. Simply no issues at all as I have become totally accustomed to. Deca is certainly doing its thing strength wise and I am holding almost no water.

EQ - Not Today

Dbol - 40mg in the morning, and 20mg in the afternoon. This was a better feeling yesterday so I will o this today as well.

Overall - Cruising at present with this cycle. No issues with health markers and I will get blood tested soon to see if everything is ok. Addition of HGH soon will be interesting.

I think those GHRs will help a lot with low back and overall squatting. As soon as I got good at GHRs my squats blew up.

Might be better to program the two on separate days if you can tho

Yes, it was either that or reduce the amount of squats/ leg press I did. I have gone for the latter to start with, if that doesn't feel right I will have to adjust my program and have a posterior chain day. That will be something very new if I do. 🩵

I think that posterior chain is something that gets kinda overlooked a little bit in a weird way. It does get hit, and you have the strength, but when you target it directly with something like GHRs at first you feel so weak. But you'll see, the progression is super fast with them. The reps fly up week to week and then you have to start loading them. It's like you need to wake it up or something weird like that lol. Then when it comes to squatting and deadlifts it's a game changer.

I agree and I do it all to often. I have added in specific items for the remainder of this cycle to address this, but next training block I think I may need two separate days for quads and posterior chain. That will be a new thing for me entirely. 🩵

I am about halfway through this entire cycle now and things are obviously going extremely well.
First of all a confession:
I have been on far more Eq than I thought. This idiot assumed it was dosed at 200mg, this is for no particular reason, when it's actually dosed at 300mg. So I am on 700mg per week of Eq not 466mg. Obviously it has had no ill effects and I will leave it at the increased dose, but fuck me Kopite, how stupid can you be.
Since I didn't notice it's safe to say the @Southern Cross Labs is fucking awesome to pin as I didn't notice any difference between this and the Deca which is dosed at 200mg.

I have been trying to categorise what this cycle actually is and I have come to the conclusion it really is a setting up cycle for future ones.
I am gaining strength, losing bodyfat and gaining muscularity all whilst adjusting my Peds, Peptides and diet as I go. I will continue this approach for the next 9 weeks.
I have a minor issue with the left shoulder during push motions and I am in discussions with the boss at SCL on what would be the best way to approach this. At present a combination of less is more will be employed and we will see how this pans out.

Next week I start using HGH from SCL and I will obviously be logging this. After my tumultuous and disastrous first effort trying HGH I am very much looking forward to using this from SCL now because at least I know it's 💯 reliable.

Overall it is obvious that the compounds from @Southern Cross Labs are totally awesome and very much the real deal. The HCL tests and multiple positive reviews tell you that already but below the pictures show this even further as I use only SCL oils.

Couldn't be happier with the results and can't wait to see what the second half of this cycle brings.

Weekly check-in
I am about halfway through this entire cycle now and things are obviously going extremely well.
First of all a confession:
I have been on far more Eq than I thought. This idiot assumed it was dosed at 200mg, this is for no particular reason, when it's actually dosed at 300mg. So I am on 700mg per week of Eq not 466mg. Obviously it has had no ill effects and I will leave it at the increased dose, but fuck me Kopite, how stupid can you be.
Since I didn't notice it's safe to say the @Southern Cross Labs is fucking awesome to pin as I didn't notice any difference between this and the Deca which is dosed at 200mg.

I have been trying to categorise what this cycle actually is and I have come to the conclusion it really is a setting up cycle for future ones.
I am gaining strength, losing bodyfat and gaining muscularity all whilst adjusting my Peds, Peptides and diet as I go. I will continue this approach for the next 9 weeks.
I have a minor issue with the left shoulder during push motions and I am in discussions with the boss at SCL on what would be the best way to approach this. At present a combination of less is more will be employed and we will see how this pans out.

Next week I start using HGH from SCL and I will obviously be logging this. After my tumultuous and disastrous first effort trying HGH I am very much looking forward to using this from SCL now because at least I know it's 💯 reliable.

Overall it is obvious that the compounds from @Southern Cross Labs are totally awesome and very much the real deal. The HCL tests and multiple positive reviews tell you that already but below the pictures show this even further as I use only SCL oils.

Couldn't be happier with the results and can't wait to see what the second half of this cycle brings.

Daily thoughts
After yesterday's revelation that I was taking way more Eq than I thought, I have reconsidered my approach of leaving it as is and have decided I am dropping it back 60mg or .2ml per 3 days. Do not want to crash my e2 and this seems to be a prudent start. So now it will be 240mg every 3 days. Or 560mg per week.
This will be the dose for the 9 weeks now.
Finally, no more re-jigging my Peds for a period of time. I think I have played enough with them this cycle.

BP is back on track after a bit of an off week. Always a concern when it drifts on me so much happier to have it back in sync again.

Shoulder was much better today. Some discomfort but easily managed. Lifts felt really good.

Great lifts mate. Glad your shoulder was more comfortable. But be careful! HGH addition should help over time, won't be a quick fix though.

I was wondering if, like me, you might be getting some joint pain from EQ being a little too much on the high side, giving you a slightly dry shoulder joint? Hard to say, but when I backed off the EQ and went to a lower dose, my aches and pains got easier to manage.

That was my EXACT thinking legend. Once I realised my stupidity, I thought that might be why I was having this issue more now. Obviously it will take a little bit to reduce in my system but it was 3 days since the last Eq pin and it was more manageable today. Last week it was the day before Bench and also actually on Friday when it hurt like a MF and I bailed on narrow press. See how this week goes I suppose. Great minds brother 😁🩵

Daily thoughts
After yesterday's revelation that I was taking way more Eq than I thought, I have reconsidered my approach of leaving it as is and have decided I am dropping it back 60mg or .2ml per 3 days. Do not want to crash my e2 and this seems to be a prudent start. So now it will be 240mg every 3 days. Or 560mg per week.
This will be the dose for the 9 weeks now.
Finally, no more re-jigging my Peds for a period of time. I think I have played enough with them this cycle.

BP is back on track after a bit of an off week. Always a concern when it drifts on me so much happier to have it back in sync again.

Shoulder was much better today. Some discomfort but easily managed. Lifts felt really good.
I have made a couple of adjustments to manage my Shoulders over the next few weeks and beyond. Rotor cuff warm-ups prior to Chest, shoulder and arm days are now in place and worked really well today.
Shoulder day will be high rep (20s) and concentrating on rehabilitation first and foremost. I might be backtracking slightly on this day now but in the end it will be worth it and it doesn't weaken my main lifts by doing this. If anything it makes them stronger.

6 hours. Much better last night. Didn't snore for the first time in ages. Stayed asleep longer in spells.


Weekly check-in
I am about halfway through this entire cycle now and things are obviously going extremely well.
First of all a confession:
I have been on far more Eq than I thought. This idiot assumed it was dosed at 200mg, this is for no particular reason, when it's actually dosed at 300mg. So I am on 700mg per week of Eq not 466mg. Obviously it has had no ill effects and I will leave it at the increased dose, but fuck me Kopite, how stupid can you be.
Since I didn't notice it's safe to say the @Southern Cross Labs is fucking awesome to pin as I didn't notice any difference between this and the Deca which is dosed at 200mg.

I have been trying to categorise what this cycle actually is and I have come to the conclusion it really is a setting up cycle for future ones.
I am gaining strength, losing bodyfat and gaining muscularity all whilst adjusting my Peds, Peptides and diet as I go. I will continue this approach for the next 9 weeks.
I have a minor issue with the left shoulder during push motions and I am in discussions with the boss at SCL on what would be the best way to approach this. At present a combination of less is more will be employed and we will see how this pans out.

Next week I start using HGH from SCL and I will obviously be logging this. After my tumultuous and disastrous first effort trying HGH I am very much looking forward to using this from SCL now because at least I know it's 💯 reliable.

Overall it is obvious that the compounds from @Southern Cross Labs are totally awesome and very much the real deal. The HCL tests and multiple positive reviews tell you that already but below the pictures show this even further as I use only SCL oils.

Couldn't be happier with the results and can't wait to see what the second half of this cycle brings.

No that is David Boreanaz giving me smouldering looks in his Angel get up. 🤣🤣
The bands really are really good at present and don't overload the joint. I have a whole set so I will keep doing these for months till it feels pain free again. The yellow band is the easiest and burned like a MF in the last few reps.
Cycle is fabulous and won't change,at all now for the 9 weeks. The GH starts at 2.5iu now and if it goes up won't be above 3iu this cycle.

Today was 4300 and I weigh that tomorrow morning 😬 I had a Coke and 2 Large cookies this afternoon because I was starving. Will be interesting to see if my weight holds or jumps a bit.
My weight drop this morning was after a 3700 day, so not sure what is going on.
I only ever go to commercial gyms if I travel. None are near me anyway.🩵

EQ - Not today

HGH - Very easy pin. No noticeable change after 1 night which is totally expected this time.

Overall - everything is now set for 9 more weeks. No more changes to occur. Love how this cycle is working. Hopefully HGH will aid recovery and injury response.

**Solid rows in good form today. Strength is good and lower back was much stronger in set position.

Underarm Pulldowns 8x40,50,55,60,65,70,75,77.5kg
**First time with these. Getting hands in right position is harder than I thought. Once in motion were stronger lifts.

Straight arm pulldown 4x12x21.25kg
** love these and hate these. Perfectly target lats, burn like fucking hell every time. Good form with them this week.

Daily thoughts
Will admit diet has been a bit loose so far this week. Nothing huge but I have really craved a bit of sweet stuff the last few days. Strangely I have lost body fat and weight. I will never understand nutrition 🙄.
Highest cals so far today.
Nothing much else to log today, pretty consistent, straightforward training day.

Love seeing tbar rows , they are a monster back exercise, I also like the straight arm pulldowns always do them at the end of my back day.

Loving the log the bro! I need to add some t bar rows into my programming at some point, they just fucking hit right! Keep up those additional wild life photos too hahha I love it!

Test E - Easy pin again in right delt today

Deca - Easy pin in left delt. If these oils were not so great I would never be able to continually do this.

EQ - Not today

HGH - 2nd Very easy pin. I don't feel tingling in extremities but like last time my joints have eased quickly. Sleep is still meh. I go to sleep fast but still wake often. Only 2 days though.

Overall - No more changes to occur. Love how this cycle is working. Test, Deca and Eq are excellent compounds and work so well together. Hopefully HGH will aid recovery and relieve slight injuries.

Sleep
6 hours. Ok sleep. Worked from home so could go back to bed for 1.5 hrs which was a huge difference.

Training
Rest day today. Don't feel like I actually need it today which is an improvement.

Daily thoughts
Rest day from training and didn't have my usual need for it today. This is positive in regards to recovery.
I am a few days into my GH and joints once again are responding positively. Sleep improvement is largely non existent at 2.5iu so I will push to 3iu tonight and see if that does anything.
Realistically I will take recovery improvement and joint injury reduction any day over the sleep thing so as we progress we will see what happens.
Not really interested going above 3iu, so I will run it for the next week and see if there is a significant difference between 2.5 and 3.
