Cals holding the same at 5k, although off plan meals at minimum 2 x a week and if weight is in 112’s or lower cheat meal must be eaten. Plan is increase BW to 113.8/114 high end. Steps holding at 10k nice and easy. Training holding 1RIR hoping to be finishing next 2 weeks at 0 RIR in the mini cut.

Although training days are less volume is only slightly down letting the body recover as much as possible. We are also doing 3 x 15 min cardio at 130-150 HR which isn’t not bad at all. Hoping to feel super refreshed and tendons can have some time to chill out.
Food is sitting at 4500 cal, we held steady at 113 but then a sudden drop to 110.9, burger and fries will be deployed tonight.

week 1 of the cut done and into week 2, BW is sitting at a low 110’s, about 5 more kg to pull. Very slight decrease in cals this week, no changes to cardio although training is 2RIR and only aiming to gain 1.25kg a week maximum on lifts. Really focusing on contraction and form keeping the body very fresh. Feels very weird only training 4 days but I’m already feeling more recovered then prior, some Saturdays I do feel like a rest is needed so this is good knowledge for me to understand. Looking to get this cut done is max 8 weeks personally 6 weeks would be more than enough with how we are trimming down so far. If we end this cut around 4k ish cals I can see a very big offseason coming as long as we stay in decent shape.

Today was an absolutely great session, every movement executed to a tee and pushed 2RIR very nicely, aim is to add barely any weight but have form nailed for when we go into the next growth phase. A couple machine change ups like the leg press to a 45 degree precor leg press really like this machine. Little bit reduced volume from the push phase but it feels great. Weight has dropped a bit this week we reached 109.5 and was told to eat burgers and fries for the second time this week. Now sitting at 110.5 which is where we should be. Updates from coach in tomorrow and very keen to see what changes will be made.

Really solid session today, was really focusing in hitting the intended muscles 110%, have a slight niggle down my right outer quad had some body work done yesterday and it definitely feels better but just making sure to not further aggravate it. Weights have stayed consistent feeling smooth. BW is heading back down to 110/109 this week which is great to see definitely tightening up which is nice. Hoping for 6 more weeks max of cutting and then we send a big offseason till end of the year I’d say. Cardio reduction to 2 x is definitely allowing body to not churn through the food so much as last week extra food was required way to often for my liking as I want to be in and out of this cut but with holding all mass accumulated from last offseason.

Today I wasn’t feeling the greatest to be honest, body weight has been dropping at a decent rate and feeling slightly flat but honestly that’s proof that BF is coming off and we can get back to growing very soon.
With PEDS being escalated within the next 2 weeks I have got my next growth phase package from raptor coming inbound. Pics will be uploaded shortly, this next phase is going to be huge I can’t already tell. Most likely pushing PEDS around that 1.7g mark and GH to 8-10 IU.
