LOG UPDATE



Changes to program this week are very minimal. Decrease in total mg to 1000mg (600 test / 400 mast). Cardio holds biweekly 2 x 20 min @ 130-150 (Wednesday/Sunday). Cals holding the same at 5k, although off plan meals at minimum 2 x a week and if weight is in 112’s or lower cheat meal must be eaten. Plan is increase BW to 113.8/114 high end. Steps holding at 10k nice and easy. Training holding 1RIR hoping to be finishing next 2 weeks at 0 RIR in the mini cut.

This coming week is the final week of the first growth phase. Looking to try sit around low 113’s by the end of the week. Any day under 112.4 an off plan meal is required. Today I woke up at 112 flat which I haven’t been this low for 2 weeks.



Dosages dropped back to 200 test and 200 mast. GH is looking to hold the 8iu mark year round.



I’m feeling really good coming into the last push before we deload and start the mini cut.



Cardio was pulled to 2 x 15 mins this week just to take a slight stress off body before deload.
 
I ran out of my sleep supp I was taking post prep, my dog chewed my cpap mask and cable which doesn’t help

We will run a 4 day split and 3 cardio sessions weekly. 200 test and 100 mast 6 iu GH (3am/3pm) for this whole time. Slin has been pulled while we dial back the food. 4500 cals this week to start it off mainly dropping fats. I will post some meals although they are all the same lol.



Will keep updated on weight decreases and changes and I’m keen to get pushing again asap.

Offseason 1 of 4 has finally completed started at around 95 post show and finished up at avg of 113. We will pull back for 6 ish weeks (I want to get out of this phase asap) and then bloods will be pulled and if all clear we head into off season #2.



We will run a 4 day split and 3 cardio sessions weekly. 200 test and 100 mast 6 iu GH (3am/3pm) for this whole time. Slin has been pulled while we dial back the food. 4500 cals this week to start it off mainly dropping fats. I will post some meals although they are all the same lol.

Very slight decrease in cals this week, no changes to cardio although training is 2RIR and only aiming to gain 1.25kg a week maximum on lifts. Really focusing on contraction and form keeping the body very fresh. Feels very weird only training 4 days but I’m already feeling more recovered then prior, some Saturdays I do feel like a rest is needed so this is good knowledge for me to understand. Looking to get this cut done is max 8 weeks personally 6 weeks would be more than enough with how we are trimming down so far. If we end this cut around 4k ish cals I can see a very big offseason coming as long as we stay in decent shape.

Currently sitting at 110/111 but will end the week around 109 possible in 108’s. Body’s feeling really good and mentally too. Currently still running 200 test 100 mast and 6 IU GH. Training is staying at 2RIR for the next week just solely looking to either match or slightly increase reps or weight. Cardio has been reduced to 2 x 15 min due to weight falling too fast. Hoping for another great week, may have a gym excursion coming up too this week which will be exciting.

Weights have stayed consistent feeling smooth. BW is heading back down to 110/109 this week which is great to see definitely tightening up which is nice. Hoping for 6 more weeks max of cutting and then we send a big offseason till end of the year I’d say. Cardio reduction to 2 x is definitely allowing body to not churn through the food so much as last week extra food was required way to often for my liking as I want to be in and out of this cut but with holding all mass accumulated from last offseason.
