-Ashwagandha 300mg
-Glycine 3g
-L-Theanine 400mg

I've been doing subq the whole time but actually if the whole process fails this time round, I want to try IM next to see if it may make a difference (since it should be deep enough hopefully....)
try it orally too maybe a good try as well

Locking in 1mg DSIP + 2IU GH as the sleep stack floor after 21 logs of testing is the data-driven dial-in that actually works brother 💪

Interesting had peak HR but managed to stay asleep this time! That 2IU GH finally locking sleep in!

Another sneak morning workout session. Had to stick only to machines this time because I got a meeting at 8AM... seriously, who fking has the right idea to setup 8AM meetings....

Interesting that in the past I would dread morning workouts but now I'm loving it. Maybe it has to do with my mitochondrial adaption able to utilise the fat stores more efficiently now. Thanks @Prymal for bringing back morning workout routines.

I also got city2surf in August so gotta start training them chicken legs again before going through hard cardio training from next month onwards!

Still working through the origin torn adductor. Can't fully stretch it out during eccentric so had to slow it down at its stop limit before going back on concentric phase. Many months of rehab to go before getting back to prime.

Machine Leg Press (2X1X) (RPE8-9)

Prone Leg Curl (31X1) (RPE8-9)

2 60 x7

Hip Adduction Machine (31X1) (RPE8-9)

3 35 x11

Still working through the origin torn adductor. Can't fully stretch it out during eccentric so had to slow it down at its stop limit before going back on concentric phase. Many months of rehab to go before getting back to prime.

Had 3 full strength scooners last night at a work function. Got back home super late, had a quick shower then just went straight to sleep. Didn't have any supplements or peptides this time round.

The deep sleep really held on strangely enough, but you can really see the stress the body is going through even whilst in deep sleep. Interesting how even barely any alcohol can still do that much to your sleep.

Looks like I'm gonna need to pull my finger out of the ass and get to bed early tonight. Accumulated almost 5 hrs worth of sleep debt 😱. Hopefully my pct hasn't tanked from this! 😭

I think I may have found the my ideal endurance running stack! First time ran the entire 40min without any resting. Yohimbine kicking in to support fat oxidation allowing mots-c to shuttle more ATP! Forgot semax entirely! 🥲

Unfortunately, it looks like Mots-c 1mg is still too much for body to handle. Good thing I managed to persevere against the itching sensation so the extent of the mast cell reaction isn't so bad.

I've been injecting KLOW night time nearby the Mots-c injection site, hoping the KPV will respond most closely to the inflamed site. Also still using zinc oxide powder and a bandaid to stop myself from scratching.

PCT Update
For the past few weeks, my mood for the gym has increased. Amazingly my lifts came back to their previous natural plateaus so it's good I actually didn't lose much. I'm not moody as much and able to focus more on work.

I would say most of it is due to my hormone balance being restored but need to also credit the peptides for assisting. In particular, the lose dose reta 1mg a week, SS31 14mg a week, NAD+ 150mg a week seems to have help kept fat off even when I was on surplus calories.

I'm eating pretty well now but earlier in my PCT I didnt care much to stick to a clean diet. Here I am still maintaining 75kg for the past 4 weeks natty.

Testagen I'm still taking daily 1mg but I have no idea if it's truly working or not. So far though, no visible side effects.

Finally had the chance to try out the YOSpermTest after abstaining for 3 days. Unfortunately, the numbers don't look good for me. Poor results on most of the markers.

1000040130.webp

Showed the results to my missus and she's feeling a bit down. Honestly, we are now reconsidering where we're at with all this. We're both past our prime (at 40s) and it almost seems crazy to be looking after a 10 year old kid at 50. Imagine trying to discipline a 20 year old kid when you're in 60s. Anyways, we haven't given up yet but let's just say the percentage has increased a fair bit.

I'm due for a blood test next week to see where I'm at after 4 weeks of PCT. Considering the poor scores on the sperm test, my guy feeling is that my LH/FSH has tanked a fair bit.

Interestingly, the reaction I get now is far less than what I previously experienced. Whatever I'm doing right now in boosting my immunity seems to be working.

So I was recently told that the low sperm test markers are fairly normal for the first month from PCT. Spermogenesis takes a few months after PCT so I may have been a bit premature with my assessment.

Good question! I never thought to link the two together and it might be possible that the steady state histamine reaction may be impacting my sleep! Thanks @waggat , I'll observe this reaction in the next injection.

From yesterday's perspective, it may be a probable cause as to why I woke up more often than usual.

All the best bro in conceiving with the mrs.

I wonder if @CypherOCE can shed some info. He did a whole fertility log. Took a bit but got everything back working
Thanks for the words of encouragement brother. We'll see how far this natural route will go, if it doesn't improve I'll have to consider hcg/hmg.

Machine Leg Press (2X1X) (RPE8-9)
1 135 x13
2 135 x12
3 135 x11

Machine Leg Extention (11X1) (RPE8-9)
1 89 x13
2 89 x12
3 89 x11

Seated Leg Curl (21X1) (RPE8-9)
1 63.5 x12
2 63.5 x11
3 63.5 x9

Prone Leg Curl (31X1) (RPE8-9)
1 60 x9
2 60 x8
2 60 x7

Hip Adduction Machine (31X1) (RPE8-9)
1 35 x 13
2 35 x12
3 35 x11

Still working through the origin torn adductor. Can't fully stretch it out during eccentric so had to slow it down at its stop limit before going back on concentric phase. Many months of rehab to go before getting back to prime.

Good question! I never thought to link the two together and it might be possible that the steady state histamine reaction may be impacting my sleep! Thanks @waggat , I'll observe this reaction in the next injection.

From yesterday's perspective, it may be a probable cause as to why I woke up more often than usual.

Tracking the histamine response through the next pin to see if it lines up with the wake patterns is the kind of self experiment that catches the cause before you waste weeks chasing the wrong protocol brother 💪

Sleep Log #27 27/4/26

Last night Sleep protocol:
-Magnesium Glycinate 655mg
-Ashwagandha 300mg
-L-Theanine 400mg
-DSIP 1.5mg
-GH 2IU

Sleep on the low end today but still restorative enough. Had to head into the office today to welcome a new starter to our team. Starting to seem like the DSIP / GH combo is perfectly synced but my prostate is the one disrupting.

I think by the end of this week I can come to a conclusion on DSIP usage. Time to move on to proper training, PCT and dietary logs.

Sleep Log #28 28/4/26

Last night Sleep protocol:
-DSIP 2mg

So last night I did something completely different. No other compounds, just pure DSIP 2mg.

Very interesting to see that the night of sleep was still restorative AND there's additional deep sleep period after 4AM. This is an interesting finding because in my previous logs, I was never able to return deep sleep back after 2AM. It may be true after all that DSIP does encourage your deep sleep periods.

I did notice though that with just DSIP alone, it is terrible at dampening the effects of wakefulness when you initially need to go to toilet. Notice around 2AM it took a bit of time to fall back to sleep. Might be hard to compete with the hard hitters like Melatonin and GH

Damn, with such interesting findings it might be hard to give up DSIP testing after all 😂 I'll try again tonight with DSIP only to see if I can replicate it again.

Try and PCT first IG youre dying and can’t handle it you can always go LOW dose TRT (75mg is plenty) and team it up with hCG and hMG 😝

Last 2 nights log combined because too busy yesterday to update 😅

In #29, the sleep was absolutely great. Very nice periods of deep sleep accrued. Unfortunately I woke up at 4AM and couldn't go back to sleep at all afterwards.

#30, dialling back to just simply DSIP and hitting the bed much earlier, I get a reasonably good sleep. Got woken up suddenly at 11PM to a random skin allergic reaction at the injection site.

Final Sleep Log 2/5/26

Last night Sleep protocol:
-Magnesium Glycinate 655mg
-Ashwagandha 300mg
-L-Theanine 400mg
-5HTP 99mg
-DSIP 2mg
-GH 2IU
-Melatonin 10mg

Being the final log, I put DSIP 2mg (heavy dose) together with the standard sleep stack hoping to finally obtain a full night of uninterrupted sleep. Sad to say that certainly didn't happen.

Woke up a few times, unusual amount of deep/REM sleep. What is really strange is that despite a nice 8hr sleep, it doesn't feel as restorative as it should have been.

Sleep Score : 8 / 10

So! After all that testing, time to collate the results, assess the efficacy of DSIP as a sleep support, and give some final thoughts to it! Will update tonight!

The DSIP Experiment Notes

So with my final Sleep log post, I compiled all of the logs together to review, analyse the data, and here to tell you my thoughts on DSIP.

My DSIP is supplied by @Prymal and I am absolutely thankful in his sponsorship. I have absolutely unquestionable trust in the peptide's quality and authenticity. Please check out his shop here and tell him @OwEv751 sent you!

Regardless, I intend to be open and honest about my findings. The community deserves an unbiased research findings to further improve their fitness outcomes.

Variables
The following variables will impact my judgement and observation of DSIP. My sleep hygiene and lifestyle environment is definitely different to yours, and thus DSIP may perform better or worse for you depending on your environment.
- Undergoing PCT phase
- Inconsistent sleep hygiene including late night work and early morning work wake up
- Undergoing Mots-c testing (overstimulated histamine)
- Work anxiety

Supplements are:
- Magnesium Glycinate 655mg
- Glycine 3g,
- Ashwagandha 300mg
- L-Theanine 400mg
- 5HTP 99mg

Number of nights of bad sleep WITH DSIP = 11/20
Number of nights of bad sleep with DSIP but work interrupted = 7/11 days
Number of nights of bad sleep with DSIP actual = 4/11
Number of nights of good latency with DSIP (Good+) = 12 / 20

Observations
Sleep Onset (Latency)

DSIP does appear to promote sleep onset but the data shows that this effect is very miniscule at best, leaning more towards 50/50 when stacked with other sleep aid medication. Even at first introduction of DSIP, the latency was still bad.

Sleep Quality
DSIP has been shown to slightly improve the sleep quality but is heavily dose dependent. Data suggests that at introduction, REM sleep would be high but this effect would start to decay over time. This may suggest that the body quickly assimilates to the peptide and more meaningful dosage may be required at intervals.

We can see that DSIP can hold deep sleep steadily at 1hr 20min + on most days but it does not meaningfully increase it any further. On the initial tests without DSIP, we also can see that a good sleep hygiene would already provide this benefit without needing DSIP.

DSIP also does not prevent night time awakenings to go to toilet, irrespective of the water volume consumed in the evening.

Stress Regulation
The data suggests that DSIP does not provide any positive benefits to stress regulation. It should be noted however that I am undergoing PCT, and work lifestyle is crippling sleep quality on certain days so it is possible that the DSIP effects are too mild for any noticeable impacts.

In some nights, irregular heart rates and HRV can be observed with multiple compounds. Whether stacking DSIP with other sleep aids actually causes a relative contraindication or not remains to be seen - but judgement on this experiment here certainly remains unbiased.

Conclusion
This 31 day experiment has shown that, at 0.5-2mg dosages, DSIP does not significantly improve sleep latency and sleep quality overall when used on myself who has irregular sleep hygiene and work lifestyle (shift worker). DSIP also does not meaningfully increase the volume of REM or deep sleep accrued.

in addition to the irregular sleep hygiene and unhealthy work lifestyle, there are other limitations in this experiment in reaching this conclusion:
-dosages may be too low (max 2mg / night)
-not diagnosed with insomnia
-insufficient experiment days to accrue clinically meaningful outcome
-tolerance built and DSIP effects may have saturated too quickly

For most of us with a familiar busy lifestyle like mine, DSIP effects are modest at best when compared to other more notable sleep aids such as melatonin and GH. I can certainly see it working the first couple of times (as noted by my log #9) but this effect seems to die off very quickly.

If you are still interested in DSIP, it is recommended that before considering,
- please improve your sleep hygiene FIRST. This includes hitting the bed early, turn off phone 30min-1hr prior to limit blue light, and engage in some form of relaxation.
- do NOT rely on it all the time. If you are shift worker and you KNOW you won't get any more than 6hrs sleep, don't bother using it as it'll be a waste. Instead, DSIP is better used when you're locked in for a great sleep.
- PULSE the DSIP use per week. Don't use it every day like I did. It seems that the body builds tolerance to DSIP very quickly.

Number of nights of good sleep WITHOUT DSIP (Score 7.5+) = 5

Number of nights of good sleep WITH DSIP (Score 7.5+) = 9/20

Number of nights of good sleep WITH DSIP (Score 7.5+) = 9/20

Bro, is this one of the most impressive experiments I've seen!

It certainly won't be my first choice recommendation.

I would say that once all inexpensive options are exhausted, then MAYBE give DSIP a go (maintaining a healthy sleep hygiene) before financially commit to expensive procedures / machines.

DSIP may have a place for individuals who are suffering primary sleep disorders (OSA, RLS/PLMD, Hypersomnia, Narcolepsy). But for everyday PED users, DSIP performance seems too weak for me.

- 5HTP 99mg

Super mad props to you for this extensive data and comprehensive review!

Never say never I could make this be my next one and put NAD+ on hold 🤔

Then bring in @OwEv751's data into it after the fact. Although his review just now is in itself a full research done on n=1 that's for sure.

Post workout feels: Pumped! Not fatigued.
Any post workout injuries? None (at least I didn't when I finished my workout...)

Had an arvo session with my health / wellness therapist who's profession seems to be against health / wellness. Got a bit of cupping done, deep tissue massage and tendon relief. Took so much effort to hold back that urge to scream like a little girl.

Any post trauma? Yes. From my health / wellness guru. I'll be back for more of course.

Honestly it sounds like you're expecting too much out of it. @OwEv751 and also like you said, these peptides fill in gaps for people. It would be like using BPC when you continuously hammer your body away and not seeing results.

@OwEv751 these PEMF times are so hit or miss. Some people really like them and some people don't think they're worth anything. I think it just depends on each person's situation.
Absolutely agree. DSIP appears to have initially work when I first introduced it but my body's tolerance seems to have quickly adjusted to it. Everyone's tolerance is different.

Honestly it sounds like you're expecting too much out of it. @OwEv751 and also like you said, these peptides fill in gaps for people. It would be like using BPC when you continuously hammer your body away and not seeing results.
Sorry if it sounded that way, but to be clear I'm not emotionally invested in DSIP. From a data collection perspective, I only report how it does or does not work on me.

If we are to drown my conclusive statements, my data is still useable for people to make judgement. I would think this is a good example use of a logger's log for others to make informed decisions.

Shoulders feeling super stiff today. Can really feel it right at the start with bench press. Make sense since it's been a while I came back properly to the gym. Hopefully I can stay consistent and start growing again!

Never say never I could make this be my next one and put NAD+ on hold 🤔

Then bring in @OwEv751's data into it after the fact. Although his review just now is in itself a full research done on n=1 that's for sure.
I think NAD+ more crucial :D lets do that first

- 5HTP 99mg

Number of nights of good sleep WITHOUT DSIP (Score 7.5+) = 5
Number of Nights of DSIP used = 20
Number of nights of good sleep WITH DSIP (Score 7.5+) = 9/20

Seriously why are uni gyms so packed at 5PM. Back in my day, 5 o clock is happy hour; it's time to get on the piss and imagine growing muscles. Kids these days; so inconsiderate of old farts needing to lift the iron.

Also, I love this accessory on the squat rack. It allows me to internally rotate the wrist so I don't get wrist tension like you normally get on a fixed straight bar. It's the absolute GOAT for pull up with eccentric tension!

Absolutely agree. DSIP appears to have initially work when I first introduced it but my body's tolerance seems to have quickly adjusted to it. Everyone's tolerance is different.
Might have to cycle these peptides off and on.

Pushing through the second upper push session at half capacity while the flu shot reaction is doing its thing is the consistency call that keeps the rhythm intact when the body's in defence mode brother 💪

Flu is still lingering. So annoying when nose starts dripping mid squats. Sorry for TMI

Squats strength crashed to 100kg which is just sad. Tempo style squat is still a bit sketchy, especially coming up from bottom position. The pain at adductor is only flaring up when ascending out of the hole. Most of the fatigue build up is happening from such slow reps (both eccentric and concentric portions). Damn you adductor tear. The KLOW is definitely doing it's job repairing but now I think it's just pain tolerance that I have to manage.

Leg Press doing ok. Can't get into deep position like I use to. Still feeling that stretch on the hamstrings back the back is poppingout of the seat much earlier than before. Guess the adductor is causing mechanical changes to my squat movement.

No drama with back and bis. If anything the back workout offset the depressing leg workouts. Good excuse to copy @zurk and get some biceps action on leg day 😂
