Approved Log My first LOG Testosterone-Primobolan-Trenbolone

Good morning everyone. Hope everyone had a nice Easter and enjoyed some time off. I certainly did. Still got all my sessions in over the long weekend and ate reasonably well. Wife’s birthday today so out for dinner tonight but will try be good.

Check in with coach over the weekend saw a new high in weight, 91kg and holding lean enough still. Everything has been kept the same. Really keen for pushing the cycle a bit further but while I’m progressing there’s no point.

LL37 went in last week. I’m using a protocol that someone wrote on the UGL forum.
100mcg twice a week for the first 2 weeks, 200mcg 3 times a week for the next 2 weeks then 300mcg 3 times a week for the next 3 weeks, then a break and assess results. Lots of people have used this protocol and got decent results.

I have another posing lesson this weekend, pretty keen to keep working on dialling this in. Been practising a few times a week and my posing fitness is getting a lot better too.

Update of physique below. For those who have been following along keen to hear your thoughts on how I’m progressing.

Hey guys, hope everyone’s had a killer start to the week. Stress levels have been a little high due to work being quiet. But I predict it shouldn’t last long (hopefully)
Check in with coach on the weekend. 91.2kg, so up a small amount and holding decent shape. Calories bumped up to 3308 total. P 245, C 440 and F 52. Also a 50mg bump in testosterone. Cycle is now 300 test, 200 primo, 400 mast and 6iu HGH.

We keep pushing and hoping to see weight keep increasing while holding decent body comp.

Also on the hunt for some decent knee sleeves if anyone has any recommendations?

Hey guys, happy Wednesday. Hope everyone is smashing the week. Sorry for the lack of updates in the last week or so. Been quite sick. What started as a cold/flu type thing has turned into something lung related. Xray ruled out infection, but doctor is possibly thinking a blood clot in my lung now. Get results from blood test tomorrow, then I’ll have a ct scan to confirm.

That being said I’ve struggled to train, only had 2 sessions in the last couple weeks.

Hopefully all this will be behind me before I know it and Back on track.

Hello everyone, happy Monday.

Well, I didn’t die, even though I felt very close to it at times. Only just back training properly the weekend just gone. Still a little short of breath but feeling so much better.

The two sessions over the weekend and this morning were the best I’ve had in probably close to 2 months, even though I was sick I feel the rest with training helped a lot.

Check in with coach yesterday, weight was 91.2kg (up from the past couple weeks, but down from my highest of 93kg)

Diet and training remained the same

Current cycle
Test 375mg
Primo 275mg
Mast 400mg
HGH 6iu

(Current macros are attached in a screen shot)

Current plan is to keep trying to push for another month or so before slowly starting a cut. I’d like to cut really deep to see how I look close to stage lean.

I’ll update with some training as I get back on track.

Just wanting to start somewhere and fill you guys in with why I’ve been a little absent
