I might have to go to 5 meals ED with close to 200g carbs each meal OMG lol
I would plan at least 6 meals and cut down on GLP1 dose :D

That breakfast is wild! It's almost a full cutting day, for me! 👊
And I'm so active all freakin day I still can drop weight slowly. Even when I'm at my EVO desk I'll stop to do arm curls with my 25lb dumbbells to keep a pump going LOL. It's hard for me to stay anywhere near 200lbs at 5'9" I would need to up the cals/macros.

Ok wellllll........... I've learned pretty quickly that a 40g dose of seed husk is NOT equivalent to a 40g dose of standard husk. I blew a gasket yesterday in the washroom and am going to lower it to 20g and see how that goes. I think clearly seed husk is the more effect variety.

It was a bunch of chatter in the Team USP thread about no one needing more than 15g/day but I was functioning well on 5 hours with a 1.5 hour nap at 30g/day and I don't wanna toy with my sleep or my mental clarity so this experiment lasted a week and that was it now I wanna reload to 30g and stay there and saturate again at 30.

Yessir! My son is on vacation and I was doing 3 mins with him a couple weeks ago too!
PEG is a good solvent in pharmaceutical form, and at a certain concentration it may be suitable for injections — but of course it must be combined with BA and BB. I’m just trying to find the time to do some tests, but unfortunately I don’t have enough time at the moment :(

Good catch. This was the most I've done for chest in a long while. Felt strong that day and FINALLY had a spotter let me do the last reps. I took a ton of time after the 225 presses to be almost fresh for the 205x8 and the last two were ugly. I have no idea what my 1RM would be. I'm just on a maintenance/coast until the third week of June when I'm going to push it through the summer until my birthday in September.

Ok wellllll........... I've learned pretty quickly that a 40g dose of seed husk is NOT equivalent to a 40g dose of standard husk. I blew a gasket yesterday in the washroom and am going to lower it to 20g and see how that goes. I think clearly seed husk is the more effect variety.


It was a bunch of chatter in the Team USP thread about no one needing more than 15g/day but I was functioning well on 5 hours with a 1.5 hour nap at 30g/day and I don't wanna toy with my sleep or my mental clarity so this experiment lasted a week and that was it now I wanna reload to 30g and stay there and saturate again at 30.

In a big glass with about 500ml of Gatorade zero and CHUG all at once, no need to split the doses! LOL. I add 20g psyllium seed husk, probiotics and apple cider vinegar before each meal too.

@HarleyGuy when I did my longer fast, the energy was absolutely insane after day three or four. You get into a super deep ketosis. You save all that energy that your body would normally use to digest food.

Yesterday I did a light workout. I'll be working out fasted in the morning come end of June when I'm not working two jobs and tied up every day until 5:30-6pm when I usually work out, then final meal at 7pm.

It's blood glucose yes, and was pretty darn low LOL, had I kept going I'd have been in ketosis for sure.

Another thing to keep in mind for anyone who wants to attempt a fast, it is much easier if you spend a couple of days keto before beginning your fast

when you get deep into ketosis your body starts autophagy and blowing up cells.. cancer cells and fat cells. but also white blood cells and every other cell. the good ones get regenerated and the bad ones get zapped away. well that has to go somewhere so the body will naturally get rid of it. this is why you stink during a fast as your body will get rid of it via the mouth, sweat or urine. so you will piss A LOT while fasting for that reason and your breathe and pits will stink. its all normal.
peeing all the time is super annoying, i would get up 4-5x a night to pee. so if you don't drink enough to make it back you will wake up super dehydrated. plus we get a lot of liquids from food, so no food and less water in our body too. that is the most annoying part of fasting

when you get deep into ketosis your body starts autophagy and blowing up cells.. cancer cells and fat cells. but also white blood cells and every other cell. the good ones get regenerated and the bad ones get zapped away. well that has to go somewhere so the body will naturally get rid of it. this is why you stink during a fast as your body will get rid of it via the mouth, sweat or urine. so you will piss A LOT while fasting for that reason and your breathe and pits will stink. its all normal.
peeing all the time is super annoying, i would get up 4-5x a night to pee. so if you don't drink enough to make it back you will wake up super dehydrated. plus we get a lot of liquids from food, so no food and less water in our body too. that is the most annoying part of fasting

get a tongue scraper. use it and it will help get rid of that shit

my white blood cells crashed on my fast. then bounced back after. shows how many WBC's get recycled when fasting and the autophagy benefits.
