So grateful to have just been accepted to this community of veterans, i'm brand new to the forum and anabolics, and genuinely happy to be here. I’ve been reading a lot of threads for a while and there’s a serious amount of knowledge on here, so I figured I’d introduce myself properly and share my current cycle plan before I go ahead with anything.
Stats:
The goal with this cycle is to put on muscle, not too fussed about leaning out. But more than anything its about seeing how my body responds, and doing it as safe as possible (with all of your guidance).
Current plan:
12-15 weeks (not sure which), Testosterone Enanthate, 250mg p/w until first bloods (4-6 weeks), then up to 300 depending on results.
Bloodwork:
Test E (250mg)
Arimidex on hand but not planning to use unless bloodwork or symptoms actually justify it (will get your opinion on this boys), if needed:
Nolvadex
Diet:
My maintenance is around ~2850 calories ish (have tested this, weigh myself every day)

- Age 22,
- 182 cm (naturally ectomorph - skinny)
- currently sitting at ~82kg and around 18% body fat.
- For context, I was bulking for about a year and got up to ~90kg but ended up around ~27% body fat which was definitely too high, so I’ve since cut back down to a moderate bf
- 5-6 years of consistent training (optimally for hypertrophy i promise)
- about 3 years of tracking macros

Bloodwork:
- Pre-cycle bloods (waiting on results, will share once received)
- 4–6 weeks into cycle
- End of cycle (around weeks 12–15)
- 4–6 weeks after starting PCT
Test E (250mg)
- 250mg/week for the first 4–6 weeks
- 0.5ml twice weekly
- Potential increase to 300mg/week after bloods/response if everything looks good
- 0.6ml twice weekly
- not sure whether to stop at 12, or go to 15 weeks
- Tues/Sat
- keep timing similar
- Glutes
- Ventroglutes
- Quads
- Delts (want to avoid if i can to be discreet)
Arimidex on hand but not planning to use unless bloodwork or symptoms actually justify it (will get your opinion on this boys), if needed:
- 0.25mg twice weekly to start
- 0.5mg twice weekly only if symptoms persist
Nolvadex
- 40mg/day weeks 1–2
- 20mg/day weeks 3–4
- Start ~16–18 days after last pin
- Minoxidil (1mg/day)
- Finasteride (1mg/day) - i really don't fucking want to lose hair, but ik may be inevitable (advice?)
- Prescribed Adapalene (retinol) on face - face acne control, dont have any currently
Diet:
My maintenance is around ~2850 calories ish (have tested this, weigh myself every day)

- Calories: if cutting i stagger down to 2300 NET (calories in - expenditure) at lowest, and stagger up to 3400 NET on bulk
- Protein: 1g per lb bodyweight (usually 180–200g/day)
- Fats: under 75g/day
- Carbs: fill the rest
- Creatine
- Men’s multivitamin
- Pre-workout
Really open to advice from people who’ve been through this before, especially around:
- Best way to set calories/macros for this cycle. I have no idea how much different my macros/cals need to be on an anabolic cycle.
- Anything I might be overlooking in terms of nutrition or the structure and duration of the cycle (12 vs 15 weeks)
- Thoughts on my compounds and anything else
