This was some food from yesterday, food is pretty average at the moment at work,

No grill for night time so can't get my steaks or grilled chicken, but hopefully they get the grill fixed soon

Also yesterday had 2 protein shakes and 4 poached eggs for breakfast on wholemeal toast, no pics of those as I forgot

@codezz whenever i get DOMS i just get in an extra hour or two of sleep. that always works for me. keep the grind going!

Had a few rest days, over the weekend the misso found my stash of oils and least just say when I thought she knew I was taking it.... she didn't buttttt all is good now and she now knows all, which is better for all,

I told her I'm gonna start my cycle tomorrow and it went all good, this whole time I was worried about telling her for no reason

But off for another good night rest, been taking mk677 for about 4 weeks now and have been getting amazing sleep, at least 9 to 10.5hrs a night, but back to work on Tuesday so that will drop off again a bit but should still be having deep sleeps because of the mk677 which is good

Bro it's definitely a game changer, the last 4 weeks for my sleep has been like the friggen best!!!! Should have done it ages ago haha I onky go for mk677 over hgh as it's easier to take to work for me otherwise I'd go down the hgh route

However now the misso knows she might be open to me doing hgh hahahah
